Abstract
【解決手段】 処理容器2に収容された溶銑13に酸素源を供給して脱燐処理或いは脱珪処理を施す溶銑の予備処理方法において、溶銑の脱燐処理で発生したスラグから回収した、スラグを付着する地金16を、処理中に前記処理容器内に上置き添加してスラグ19のフォーミングを抑制する。その際に、前記地金に付着したスラグ中のCaO含有量を30質量%以上とすること、前記スラグを付着した地金中の鉄分の比率を30質量%以上とすることが好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 処理容器内の溶銑に酸素源を供給して脱燐処理或いは脱珪処理を施す溶銑の予備処理方法において、溶銑の脱燐処理で発生したスラグから回収した、スラグを付着する地金を、処理中に前記処理容器内に上置き添加してスラグのフォーミングを抑制することを特徴とする、溶銑の予備処理方法。
- 前記地金に付着したスラグ中のCaO含有量が30質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の予備処理方法。
- 前記スラグを付着した地金中の鉄分の比率が30質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶銑の予備処理方法。
