Description
T+273≧9442.3/(9.23+log10(t))
を満たす処理条件で熱処理を施し、かつ、熱処理後の当該溶接金属部より採取したVノッチ試験片をシャルピー衝撃試験法により破断するのに要する、室温での衝撃吸収エネルギーを100J以上に保つことを特徴とする(3)または(4)記載の方法。

ここで、Tは熱処理温度(℃)、tは保持時間(秒)である。
T+273=C1/(C2+log10 t) ……(2)
但し、T:温度(℃)、t:時間(hr)、C1:定数、C2:定数。
T+273=9442.3/(9.23+log10 t)……(3)
但し、T:温度(℃)、t:時間(hr)。
溶接金属部のδフェライト相は、熱処理によりオーステナイト相やσ相等に変化する。このことから、熱処理前のフェライト量と熱処理後のフェライト量を比較すれば、溶接金属部の脆化度を推定できると考えられる。

Claims (14)
- オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼部材どうしの溶接部を含む原子炉構造物において、少なくとも一方の前記オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼部材の化学成分が質量でNiが10.50〜15.00%、Crが16.00〜18.50%、Siが1.00%以下、Mnが2.00%以下、Moが2.00〜3.00%、Coが0.10%以下、Cが0.020%以下、Nが0.12%以下、Pが0.045%以下、Sが0.030%以下、残部がFeと不可避不純物からなり、溶接金属部の化学成分が質量でNiが9.00〜14.00%、Crが19.50〜25.00%、Siが0.65%以下、Mnが1.00〜2.50%、Moが0.50%以下、Coが0.10%以下、Cが0.020%以下、Nが0.12%以下、Pが0.030%以下、Sが0.030%以下、残部がFeと不可避不純物からなり、少なくとも高温水に接する表面の室温での残留応力が引張応力で144MPa以下、もしくは圧縮応力であることを特徴とする原子炉構造物。
- オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼部材どうしの溶接部を含む原子炉構造物の製造方法において、化学成分が質量でNiが10.50〜15.00%、Crが16.00〜18.50%、Siが1.00%以下、Mnが2.00%以下、Moが2.00〜3.00%、Coが0.10%以下、Cが0.020%以下、Nが0.12%以下、Pが0.045%以下、Sが0.030%以下、残部がFeと不可避不純物からなる前記オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼部材どうしを溶接する溶接施工に用いる溶加材の化学成分が、質量でNiが9.00〜14.00%、Crが19.50〜25.00%、Siが0.65%以下、Mnが1.00〜2.50%、Moが0.50%以下、Coが0.10%以下、Cが0.020%以下、Nが0.12%以下、Pが0.030%以下、Sが0.030%以下、残部がFeと下可避不純物からなり、溶接後に、少なくとも高温水に接する表面の室温での残留応力が引張応力で144MPa以下、もしくは圧縮応力となる熱処理を施すことを特徴とする原子炉構造物の製造方法。
- オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼部材どうしの溶接部を含む原子炉構造物の一部を取り替える補修方法において、既設のオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼部材に替えて、新規に、化学成分が質量でNiが10.50〜15.00%、Crが16.00〜18.50%、Siが1.00%以下、Mnが2.00%以下、Moが2.00〜3.00%、Coが0.10%以下、Cが0.020%以下、Nが0.12%以下、Pが0.045%以下、Sが0.030%以下、残部がFeと不可避不純物からなるオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼部材を取り付ける溶接施工に用いる溶加材の化学成分が、質量でNiが9.00〜14.00%、Crが19.50〜25.00%、Siが0.65%以下、Mnが1.00〜2.50%、Moが0.50%以下、Coが0.10%以下、Cが0.020%以下、Nが0.12%以下、Pが0.030%以下、Sが0.030%以下、残部がFeと不可避不純物からなり、溶接後に、少なくとも高温水に接する表面の室温での残留応力が引張応力で144MPa以下、もしくは圧縮応力となる熱処理を施すことを特徴とする原子炉構造物の補修方法。
- 溶接後に、高温水に接する表面を240℃〜1050℃に昇温して1秒以上100,000秒以下に保持する熱処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項2記載の原子炉構造物の製造方法。
- 溶接施工後に、前記溶接部の高温水に接する一面を水または水以上の熱伝達率を有する流体で冷却すると同時に、他の一面を240℃〜1050℃に加熱し、ここで冷却面と加熱面との温度勾配を12℃/mm以上確保する熱処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項2記載の原子炉構造物の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理を、熱処理温度T℃と熱処理時間t時間との関係が
T+273≧9442.3/(9.23+log10(t))
を満たす処理条件で行い、かつ、熱処理後の当該溶接金属部より採取したVノッチ試験片をシャルピー衝撃試験法により破断するのに要する、室温での衝撃吸収エネルギーを100J以上に保つことを特徴とする請求項2記載の原子炉構造物の製造方法。 - 前記熱処理の温度を850℃未満とし、かつ熱処理後の溶接金属部に含まれるフェライトの量を百分率で6%以上に保つことを特徴とする請求項2記載の原子炉構造物の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理の温度を850℃未満とし、使用する溶接金属部中のフェライト含有量百分率と、前記熱処理後の溶接金属部に含まれるフェライト量百分率との差を5以内に保持することを特徴とする請求項2記載の原子炉構造物の製造方法。
- 溶接後に高温水に接する表面を240℃〜1050℃に昇温して1秒以上100,000秒以下に保持する熱処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項3記載の原子炉構造物の補修方法。
- 溶接施工後に、前記溶接部の高温水に接する一面を水または水以上の熱伝達率を有する流体で冷却すると同時に、他の一面を240℃〜1050℃に加熱し、ここで冷却面と加熱面との温度勾配を12℃/mm以上確保する熱処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項3記載の原子炉構造物の補修方法。
- 前記熱処理を、熱処理温度T℃と熱処理時間t時間との関係が

を満たす条件で行い、かつ、熱処理後の当該溶接金属部より採取したVノッチ試験片をシャルピー衝撃試験法により破断するのに要する、室温での衝撃吸収エネルギーを100J以上に保つことを特徴とする請求項3記載の原子炉構造物の補修方法。 - 前記熱処理の温度を850℃未満とし、かつ、前記熱処理後の溶接金属部に含まれるフェライトの量を百分率で6%以上に保つことを特徴とする請求項3記載の原子炉構造物の補修方法。
- 前記熱処理の温度を850℃未満とし、使用する溶接金属部中のフェライト含有量百分率と、前記熱処理後の溶接金属部に含まれるフェライト量百分率との差を5以内に保持することを特徴とする請求項3記載の原子炉構造物の補修方法。
- 前記熱処理の温度が700℃以上800℃以下の範囲では、前記熱処理の時間を10時間未満にする請求項2記載の原子炉構造物の製造方法。
