図1は本発明の一実施の形態である通帳類印刷装置1を示す全体構成図である。
Claims (6)
- 中間転写体に画像を印刷する印刷手段と、
芯材とこの芯材の外周面部を被覆する弾性材を有して構成され、外周一部がカットされることにより前記弾性材の端面部が芯材の回転軸方向に沿って露出するようにエッジ部を形成し、このエッジ部側から前記中間転写体の画像が印刷されている面と反対側に当接して前記画像を通帳類に転写する転写ローラとを具備し、
前記転写ローラはそのエッジ部に前記弾性材の端面部を保護する金属製の保護部材を設けたことを特徴とする印刷装置。 - 前記保護部材はその先端角部側から前記中間転写体に当接し、前記先端角部に0.1mm〜1mmのRの面取り加工部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の印刷装置。
- 前記保護部材は、前記芯材の中心部からの外径寸法を前記弾性材の外径寸法と略等しくしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の印刷装置。
- 前記弾性材は硬度60〜90度、厚さ1mm〜3mmのシリコンゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の印刷装置。
- 前記転写ローラのエッジ部は前記転写ローラのカット面から突出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の印刷装置。
- 前記転写ローラのエッジ部は前記転写ローラのカット面に対し面一に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の印刷装置。
