Claims (3)
- 車両に対し車輪と一体的に回転する制動部材と、該制動部材に対し当接可能に前記車両に支持した摩擦部材と、該摩擦部材を前記制動部材に当接する方向に駆動する電動モータを具備し、該電動モータによって前記摩擦部材を前記制動部材に押圧して前記車輪の回転を抑制する車両の電動ブレーキ装置において、前記車輪を回転可能に支持する軸部と、該軸部と一体的に形成された本体部を有し、該本体部に、前記車輪の回転軸と略平行で少なくとも前記車両側に開口する開口部を形成して成り、当該本体部を前記車両に支持するナックルと、該ナックルの前記開口部内に収容し、前記電動モータの回転力を前記摩擦部材の前記制動部材への押圧力に変換する運動変換機構とを備え、該運動変換機構を、前記ナックルに対し前記車両側で前記電動モータに連結し、前記電動モータを前記ナックルに支持するように構成すると共に、前記車輪の回転軸近傍まで延出するように前記運動変換機構と前記電動モータとの間に介装し前記電動モータを直接電気的に接続する回路基板と、前記車輪の回転軸に支持し前記車輪と一体的に回転するセンサロータと、該センサロータに対向する位置で前記回路基板に支持して直接電気的に接続し、前記車輪の回転速度を検出する車輪速度センサと、前記ナックルに支持し、前記回路基板を介して前記電動モータと電気的に接続し、前記電動モータを駆動制御するコントローラとを備えたことを特徴とする車両の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記ナックルと前記回路基板との間に介装し、前記車輪速度センサ及び前記電動モータと電気的に接続すると共に、リード線に接続したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記回路基板に対して、一方側の面に前記電動モータを配設し、他方側の面に前記コントローラを配設したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の車両の電動ブレーキ装置。
