Claims (11)
- 根元部側および頂部側のうち少なくともいずれか一方を壁面に支持され、周方向に沿って列状に配置された翼体と、
前記翼体の前縁と前記壁面との間の角部に、上流側に向って延びるように覆設され、上流側から前記翼体の前記前縁の高さ方向に向うとともに、前記翼体の前記前縁に衝突する作動流体の淀み点を基準に前記翼体の腹側および背側のそれぞれに向って扇状に延びる凹曲面状の***部として形成された被覆部と、を備え、
前記被覆部は、
上流側の据部分から前記翼体の前記前縁に向う距離をLo、前記壁面から前記前縁の高さ方向に向う距離をHo、作動流体の定常運転状態での境界層の厚さをTとするとき、Lo=(2〜5)Hoの範囲に設定するとともに、Ho=(0.5〜2.0)Tの範囲に設定し、
かつ、前記翼体の前記前縁に衝突する作動流体の定常運転状態での淀み点を基準とした角度θ=±15°〜±60°の範囲で扇状に延びることを特徴とするタービン翼列装置。 - 前記被覆部は、前記翼体の前記根元部側および前記頂部側のうち、少なくともいずれか一方に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記被覆部は、前記***部を予め別体として作製しておいた被覆接続片で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記被覆部は、前記翼体との一体削り出し片で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記被覆部は、溶接施工による肉盛部で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記翼体の前記根元部側を支持する壁面は、前記翼体の前縁から上流側に向って拡開された直線状の傾斜面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記翼体の前記根元部側を支持する壁面は、前記翼体の中間部分から上流の前縁側に向って拡開された傾斜曲面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記翼体の前記根元部側および頂部側のそれぞれを支持する壁面は、前記翼体の前縁から上流側に向って拡開された直線状の傾斜面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記翼体の前記根元部側および頂部側のそれぞれを支持する壁面は、前記翼体の中間部分から上流の前縁側に向って拡開された傾斜曲面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記翼体の前記根元部側を支持する壁面は、前記翼体の中間部分から上流の前縁側に向って拡開された傾斜曲面に形成されるとともに、前記翼体の頂部側を支持する壁面は、前記翼体の前縁から上流側に向って拡開された直線状の傾斜面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼列装置。
- 前記翼体を支持する壁面は、平坦に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のタービン翼列装置。
