Claims (2)
- 多気筒内燃機関の全気筒を二つの気筒群に分けて、それぞれの排気マニホルドには気筒群毎の排気通路が接続され、一方の前記排気通路には、ターボチャージャのタービンとタービン下流側の触媒装置とが配置され、前記一方の排気通路のタービン上流側の連通部と他方の前記排気通路の連通部とが連通され、前記他方の排気通路の前記連通部の下流側には制御弁が配置された内燃機関の排気装置において、前記一方の排気通路の前記連通部の下流側にはもう一つの制御弁が配置され、前記他方の排気通路の前記連通部の下流側にはもう一つの触媒装置が配置され、フューエルカット時には全気筒の排気ガスが主に前記一方の排気通路の前記触媒装置を通過するように前記他方の排気通路の前記制御弁及び前記一方の排気通路の前記もう一つの制御弁が制御され、フューエルカット時に、前記触媒装置及び前記もう一つの触媒装置のそれぞれの温度が測定又は推定され、前記他方の排気通路のもう一つの触媒装置の温度が前記一方の排気通路の前記触媒装置の温度より低い場合には、全気筒の排気ガスが主に前記他方の排気通路の前記もう一つの触媒装置を通過するように前記制御弁及び前記もう一つの制御弁が制御されることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気装置。
- 多気筒内燃機関の全気筒を二つの気筒群に分けて、それぞれの排気マニホルドには気筒群毎の排気通路が接続され、一方の前記排気通路には、ターボチャージャのタービンとタービン下流側の触媒装置とが配置され、前記一方の排気通路のタービン上流側の連通部と他方の前記排気通路の連通部とが連通され、前記他方の排気通路の前記連通部の下流側には制御弁が配置された内燃機関の排気装置において、前記一方の排気通路の前記連通部の下流側にはもう一つの制御弁が配置され、前記他方の排気通路の前記連通部の下流側にはもう一つの触媒装置が配置され、フューエルカット時には全気筒の排気ガスが主に前記一方の排気通路の前記触媒装置を通過するように前記他方の排気通路の前記制御弁及び前記一方の排気通路の前記もう一つの制御弁が制御され、フューエルカット時に、前記もう一つの触媒装置の温度が測定又は推定され、前記もう一つの触媒装置の温度が設定温度より低い場合には、全気筒の排気ガスが主に前記他方の排気通路の前記もう一つの触媒装置を通過するように前記制御弁及び前記もう一つの制御弁が制御されることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気装置。
