Description
該耐油処理層は、それぞれ糊液塗布による下塗り塗膜(アンダーコート)と上塗り塗膜(トップコート)とを備え、
該上塗り塗膜は、酸化澱粉又は酸処理澱粉から選択される分解澱粉又は該分解澱粉の糊化可能な水酸基水素置換体の澱粉誘導体が塗膜主成分であり、
前記下塗り塗膜は、エラストマー水系コロイドと糊化可能澱粉類との前者/後者(固形分質量比)=5/95〜95/5の混合物が塗膜主成分であることを特徴とする。
(a)炭素数2〜16の飽和・不飽和脂肪酸及び芳香族カルボン酸のアシル残基置換体であり、かつ、水酸基置換度(DS)が約0.001〜1.8であるもの、
(b)コハク酸、マレイン酸又はそれらの炭素数1〜26のアルキル・アルケニル変性基を有する誘導体のモノアシル残基置換体(片エステル化物)であり、かつ、水酸基置換度(DS)が約0.001〜0.5であるもの、
を好適に使用可能である。
また、本発明の耐油処理紙の製造方法は、下記構成となる。
該下塗り塗膜上に前記糊化可能澱粉の糊液に必要により副資材が添加された上塗り塗料を塗布して上塗り塗膜を形成し、更に、乾燥させることを特徴とする。
、望ましくは、約0.5〜15g/m2とする。
該上塗り塗膜は、低粘度化澱粉(分解澱粉)又は該分解澱粉の糊化可能な水酸基水素置換体が塗膜主成分(塗膜形成成分)である。
酢酸澱粉・・・「AC30」日本コーンスターチ社製;原料:タピオカ澱粉、DS:0.03
片エステル化澱粉・・・コーンスターチ(アミロース含量35%)を水スラリー中で硫酸により低粘度化させ、これにオクテニルコハク酸無水物を対澱粉3部添加反応させて調製したもの。
SBRラテックス・・・「L1662」旭化成社製
PVAL・・・「N−300」日本合成化学社製
PAAM・・・「ハマコートP−3800」ミサワセラミックス社製
なお、各下塗り・上塗り塗料(糊液)は、何れも各澱粉の15%糊液を用いた。各種澱粉糊液は、10〜15%の濃度の澱粉スラリーをガラス容器に移した後、スチームバスにより攪拌しながら加熱して調製した。

Claims (13)
- 紙基材の片面又は両面に耐油処理層を備え、
該耐油処理層は、それぞれ糊液塗布による下塗り塗膜(アンダーコート)と上塗り塗膜(トップコート)とを備え、
該上塗り塗膜は、酸化澱粉又は酸処理澱粉から選択される分解澱粉又は該分解澱粉の糊化可能な水酸基水素置換体が塗膜主成分であり、
前記下塗り塗膜は、エラストマー水系コロイドと糊化可能澱粉類との前者/後者(固形分質量比)=5/95〜95/5の混合物が塗膜主成分であることを特徴とする耐油処理紙。 - 前記エラストマー水系コロイドがゴムラテックスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐油処理紙。
- 前記ゴムラテックスがSBRラテックスであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の耐油処理紙。
- 前記水酸基水素置換体がエステル化澱粉(アシル残基置換体)又はエーテル化澱粉であることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の耐油処理紙。
- 前記エステル化澱粉が、炭素数2〜16の飽和・不飽和脂肪酸又は芳香族カルボン酸のアシル残基置換体であり、かつ、水酸基置換度(DS)が0.001〜1.8であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の耐油処理紙。
- 前記エステル化澱粉が、コハク酸、マレイン酸又はそれらの炭素数1〜26のアルキル・アルケニル変性基を有する誘導体のモノアシル残基置換体(片エステル基導入体)であり、かつ、水酸基置換度(DS)が0.001〜0.5であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の耐油処理紙。
- 前記エーテル化澱粉が、エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、又は総炭素数1〜8である一価・二価アルキルアルコールのモノ・ジグリシジルエーテルのヒドロキシアルキル化物であり、かつ、分子置換度(MS)が0.01〜0.5であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の耐油処理紙。
- 少なくとも前記上塗り塗膜に、更に、硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸カリウム、塩化ナトリウム及び塩化マグネシウムの群から選択される吸湿性鉱酸塩が浸透性改善剤として含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の耐油処理紙。
- 少なくとも前記上塗り塗膜に、更に、硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸カリウム、塩化ナトリウム及び塩化マグネシウムの群から選択される吸湿性鉱酸塩が前記糊化可能澱粉類100質量部に対して0.01〜10質量部を含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の耐油処理紙。
- 少なくとも前記上塗り塗膜に、更に、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、マイカ、タルク、カオリン及び酸化チタンの群から選択される無機充填剤が印刷セット性改善剤として含有されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の耐油処理紙。
- 少なくとも前記上塗り塗膜に、更に、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、マイカ、タルク、カオリン及び酸化チタンの群から選択される無機充填剤が前記糊化可能澱粉類100質量部に対して5〜50質量部を含有されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の耐油処理紙。
- 前記紙基材が坪量400g/m2以下であり、前記下塗り塗膜及び上塗り塗膜における塗膜形成成分量が、0.1〜20g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の耐油処理紙。
- 請求項12に記載の耐油処理紙の製造方法であって、
前記エラストマー水系コロイドと糊化可能澱粉類との前者/後者(質量比)=5/95〜95/5の混合物の糊液に必要により副資材が添加された下塗り塗料を前記基材紙に塗布して下塗り塗膜を形成後、
該下塗り塗膜上に前記糊化可能澱粉の糊液に必要により副資材が添加された上塗り塗料を塗布して上塗り塗膜を形成し、
更に、乾燥させることを特徴とする耐油処理紙の製造方法。
