Claims (21)
- 液体および/または冷凍食品を包装するための板紙であって、
第1の面および第2の面を含む繊維質基材、ならびに
前記第1の面上に適用された少なくとも1つの分散液バリア層であって、前記の少なくとも1つの分散液バリア層が印刷表面を形成しており、ここで、前記分散液バリア層が、30〜50重量%の量のラテックスと、50〜70重量%の量の粘土および炭酸カルシウムの群から選択された顔料とを含み、これら全てのパーセントは前記分散液バリア層の乾燥重量に基づいて計算されたものであることを特徴する、分散液バリア層を含む、
板紙。 - 繊維質基材が前記第1の面上にて表面サイジングされており、前記少なくとも1つの分散液バリア層が前記表面サイジングされた繊維質基材上に適用されている、請求項1に記載の板紙。
- 前記板紙が、前記第2の面上に適用されたポリマー層をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の板紙。
- 前記ポリマー層が、発泡ポリエチレンなどの発泡ポリマーから形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記少なくとも1つの分散液コーティング層が、前記分散液バリア層の乾燥重量に基づいて計算して、0.1〜5重量%の間の量の架橋剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 顔料が粘土である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 顔料が炭酸カルシウムである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 第1および第2の分散液バリア層が第1の面上に適用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 前記第1の分散液バリア層がラテックスおよび粘土を含み、前記第2の分散液バリア層がラテックスおよび炭酸カルシウムを含む、請求項8に記載の板紙。
- 1つの分散液バリア層が繊維質基材の第1の面上に適用されており、その分散液バリア層が第1の面上に適用される唯一のバリア層であり、その分散液バリア層が印刷表面を形成している、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 分散液でコーティングされた板紙が、少なくとも70%、好ましくは少なくとも80%の輝度、および1日当たり10g/m2未満の水蒸気透過率(WVTR)を示す、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 分散液でコーティングされた板紙が、COBB 3600を使用して測定した場合、1〜6g/m2の間、好ましくは1〜5g/m2の間の吸水率を示す、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の板紙。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の板紙を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも2つの層を含み、第1および第2の面を有する繊維質基材を提供する工程、
少なくとも1つの分散液バリア層を第1の面上に適用し、分散液でコーティングされた基材を形成する工程、
前記の分散液でコーティングされた基材を乾燥する工程を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの分散液バリア層は、30〜50重量%の間の量のラテックスと、50〜70重量%の間の量の粘土および炭酸カルシウムの群から選択された顔料とを含み、これら全てのパーセントは前記分散液バリア層の乾燥重量に基づいて計算されたものである、
製造方法。 - 繊維質基材が、少なくとも1つの分散液バリア層の適用前に第1の含水率を有し、分散液でコーティングされた基材を乾燥した後に第2の含水率を有しており、ここで前記の第1の含水率および第2の含水率の差が2重量%未満、好ましくは1重量%未満である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 基材の第1の面上に第1および第2の分散液バリア層を適用する工程を含む、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の面上にポリマー層を適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー層が、発泡コーティングによって適用される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の板紙を含む、液体および/または冷凍食品の包装。
- 請求項3〜12のいずれか1項に記載の板紙を含む、液体および/または冷凍食品の包装。
- ポリマーでコーティングされた第2の面が包装の内表面を形成し、分散液でコーティングされた第1の面が外表面/印刷表面を形成する、請求項19に記載の包装。
- 外表面/印刷表面が、前記分散液バリア層上に印刷インクをさらに備えている、請求項18〜20のいずれか1項に記載の包装。
