Abstract
【解決手段】メタノールを気化してメタノールガスを発生させるメタノールガス発生装置11と、メタノールガス発生装置11の上方に位置し、メタノールガス発生装置から発生したメタノールガスを自然対流により上方に移行させる流路となるとともに、メタノールガスに所定の割合で空気を混合させる筒体12と、筒体12の上方に位置し、筒体12において所定の割合で空気が混合したメタノールガスを触媒反応によりラジカル化する触媒カートリッジ13とを備え、触媒カートリッジ13は、金属薄板35aをハニカム構造に成形してなるラジカル反応触媒30より構成される。

Claims (8)
- メタノールタンクから供給されたメタノールを霧状に噴射するノズルを備え、該ノズルを介して噴射されたメタノールを気化してメタノールガスを発生させるメタノールガス発生部と、
上記メタノールガス発生部の上方に位置して、熱反射可能な多孔質金属材料で互いに隔てられた上部と下部とからなり、該上部には空気を供給する空気供給部が連結されており、上記メタノールガス発生部から発生したメタノールガスを自然対流により上方に移行させる流路となるとともに、上記メタノールガスに該空気供給部から供給された空気を所定の割合で混合させる筒体部と、
上記筒体部の上部の上方に位置し、該筒体部において上記所定の割合で空気が混合したメタノールガスを触媒反応によりラジカル化する触媒部とを備え、
上記触媒部は、金属薄板をハニカム構造に成形してなるラジカル反応触媒より構成され、該ラジカル反応触媒を複数積層してなる滅菌ガス発生装置。 - 上記ラジカル反応触媒は、上記金属薄板を波状に成形してなるハニカム構造からなる請求項1記載の滅菌ガス発生装置。
- 上記触媒部は、それぞれ上記金属薄板の上記波状の位相をずらして、上記ラジカル反応触媒を複数積層してなる請求項2記載の滅菌ガス発生装置。
- 上記触媒部は、交換可能に設けられてなる請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の滅菌ガス発生装置。
- メタノールタンクから供給されたメタノールを霧状に噴射するノズルを備え、該ノズルを介して噴射されたメタノールを気化してメタノールガスを発生させるメタノールガス発生部と、該メタノールガス発生部の上方に位置して、熱反射可能な多孔質金属材料で互いに隔てられた上部と下部とからなり、該上部には空気を供給する空気供給部が連結されており、該メタノールガス発生部から発生したメタノールガスを自然対流により上方に移行させる流路となるとともに、該メタノールガスに該空気供給部から供給された空気を所定の割合で混合させる筒体部とを備える滅菌ガス発生装置に交換可能に設けられる触媒カートリッジであって、
金属薄板をハニカム構造に成形してなるラジカル反応触媒より構成され、該ラジカル反応触媒を複数積層してなり、上記筒体部の上方に位置し、該筒体部において上記所定の割合で空気が混合したメタノールガスを触媒反応によりラジカル化する触媒カートリッジ。 - 上記ラジカル反応触媒は、上記金属薄板を波状に成形してなるハニカム構造からなる請求項5記載の触媒カートリッジ。
- 当該触媒カートリッジは、それぞれ上記金属薄板の上記波状の位相をずらして、上記ラジカル反応触媒を複数積層してなる請求項6記載の触媒カートリッジ。
- メタノールタンクから供給されたメタノールを霧状に噴射するノズルを備え、該ノズルを介して噴射されたメタノールを気化してメタノールガスを発生させるメタノールガス発生部と、

上記触媒部は、金属薄板をハニカム構造に成形してなるラジカル反応触媒より構成され、該ラジカル反応触媒を複数積層してなる滅菌ガス発生装置を備えた滅菌処理装置。
