Description
磁気センサー要素を備えた注射装置は、実願平4−52512号(実開平6−7741号)のCD−ROMによって公知である。
結局、本発明の目的は、実際に注射された投与量に関する情報を表示する電子的なディスプレイを有する注射装置であって、分配された投与量が正確にモニターされる注射装置を提供することである。
Claims (15)
- 人体に調合薬剤を注射するための電子制御される装置であって、
前記装置は、
注射される薬剤の1回分の投与量を設定するための第1ボタン手段(1)と、第2ボタン手段(1)が押されたときに設定された1回分の投与量を注射するための第2ボタン手段(1)と、を備え、それによって注射動作に応じて、前記装置の第1部分(6)が、前記装置の第2部分(1,2)に関して相対的に移動し、前記相対移動は注射された1回分の投与量に比例しており、
シールされた回路ブロック(10)内で集積化され、前記装置の前記第2部分(1,2)に収容されている複数のセンサー(17,21,22,23,24)であって、前記複数のセンサー(17,21,22,23,24)は、前記第2部分(1,2)に関しての前記第1部分(6)の動きをモニターするために非接触の状態で取り付けられており、
シールされた電子回路は、前記複数のセンサー(17,21,22,23,24)からの信号を受信し、前記受信した信号に基づいて1回分の投与量を計算するように構成されており、
前記シールされた電子回路によって提供される情報を表示するためのディスプレイ(14)を備え、
前記シールされた電子回路は、注射中の前記相対移動の前記モニターリングに基づいて、実際に注射される1回分の投与量を計算するように構成されていること、
及び前記装置は、前記実際に注射される1回分の投与量を表示するように構成されていることを特徴とする電子制御される装置。 - 前記シールされた回路ブロック(10)と、前記回路ブロック(10)の電源(11)と、前記回路ブロック(10)に接続された他の電気素子とが、前記装置の1つの固体部品(1,2)内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子制御される装置。
- 前記装置の前記固体部品(1,2)は、共同して投与量設定及び注射ボタン(1)を形成している第1及び第2ボタン手段(1)であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電子制御される装置。
- 前記センサー(17,21,22,23,24)のうち少なくとも1つはホール素子であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記ホール素子(17,21,22,23,24)には、前記装置の一部分(6)に固定された磁石(7)によって信号が送られて、前記シールされた回路ブロック(10)を収容している部分(1,2)に対して可動のこの一部分(6)の位置をモニターすることを特徴とする請求項4の装置。
- 前記シールされた回路ブロック(10)は、タイマーを有し、このタイマーは、リセット信号のための第1の入力部と、前記電子回路の読み出しを開始させる信号のための第2の入力部と、前記第1の入力部が最後に信号を受信した後に経過した、読み出された時間をディスプレイ(14)に表示させる出力部とを有し、更に、このシールされた回路ブロック(10)は、ピストンロッドを動かすために前記第2のボタン手段が押されたときに信号を出す、前記第1の入力部に接続されたセンサー(17,21,22,23,24)と、前記電子回路の読み出しを開始させるように前記第2の入力部へ任意で信号を送る手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4もしくは5記載の装置。
- 前記シールされた電子回路は、前記第2の入力部に送られた信号がホール素子(17,21,22,23,24)と他のエネルギー消費センサーとの動作を開始させるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記ホール素子(17,21,22,23,24)は、前記シールされた電子回路を収容した部分(1,2)に対する磁石(7)の位置の変化を感知すると、前記第1の入力部へと信号を送るように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項6もしくは7記載の装置。
- 任意で第2の信号を送る前記手段は、前記シールされた回路ブロック(10)の外側にあるスイッチであることを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記磁石は、周囲に沿ってサインカーブの磁界を発生させる磁気リング(7)の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項5乃至9のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記ホール素子(17,21,22,23,24)は多数設けられ、これらホール素子は、前記磁気リング(7)の区画に従った円弧に沿って位置されていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記ホール素子(17,21,22,23,24)は4つ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記円弧は、2つの極の間の円弧の1.5倍に相当し、また、第1及び第4のホール素子(21,24)は、円弧の両端部に位置され、第2及び第3のホール素子(22,23)は、4つのホール素子(17,21,22,23,24)が円弧に沿って均等な間隔を空けて位置されるように円弧の両端部の間に位置されていることを特徴とする請求項12記載の装置。
- 極の数は12個で、円弧の距離は45°であることを特徴とする請求項10乃至13のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第3のホール素子(21,23)の出力部は、第1の差動演算増幅器(24)の入力端子に接続され、また、第2及び第4のホール素子(22,24)の出力部は、第2の差動演算増幅器(25)の入力端子に接続され、そして、これら差動演算増幅器(24,25)からの出力信号は、アナログ/デジタル変換器(27,28)と正規化回路(29)とを通ってルックアップ・テーブル回路(32)に導かれ、ここで、テーブルへの入口として用いられる正接機能を得るように一方の信号が他方の信号によって除されることを特徴とする請求項13もしくは14記載の装置。
