Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door plate attachment for attaching a folding door or a door of a hinged door to an opening of a building such as a closet or a partition of a room so as to be opened and closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Door plate fittings that can be attached to the opening of a building, such as closets and room dividers, so that the doors of folding doors or hinged doors can be freely opened and closed are provided in the holes provided in the door plates in the door plate production process in order to ensure the attachment to the door plates. It is common to install by hammering in. For example, a door plate fixture (support) found in Patent Document 1 is an upper rail (a guide rail fixed to the upper edge of an opening) by a plastic-molded cylindrical case (attachment portion) incorporating a spring therein. A roller (convex member) fitted into the shaft (swivel pin) mounted on the upper end is urged upward to support it so that it can move forward and backward, and this case (mounting part) is driven into and fixed to the door panel (door plate). Install.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-277675 (pages 3 to 4, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The door plate fixture proposed by Patent Document 1 has some problems in work or structure. First, as a problem in work, it can be mentioned that it requires a hammering operation with a hammer, it is difficult to adjust the force when driving, and there is a possibility of breaking the parts. Moreover, although it fixes using an adhesive agent in order to ensure the attachment to a doorplate, the storage management and handling of an adhesive agent are not easy, and the point which worsens a working environment can also be pointed out.
[0005]
Next, as a structural problem, it can be mentioned that a part of the convex member and the swivel pin protrudes from the door plate to reduce transportation and packing efficiency. In addition, it can be pointed out that there is a possibility that the protruding member protruding during transportation may be damaged by impact.
[0006]
Thus, the conventional door plate fixture has problems in work and structure, and improvement has been desired. Therefore, the installation to the doorboard was studied in order to develop a doorboard fixture that can be easily and reliably attached to each doorboard at the construction site, making hammering and adhesive unnecessary and making it easy.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
What was developed as a result of the study was that the mounting part that was attached to the upper end surface of the door plate that could be freely opened and closed to the opening of the building and the swivel pin that protruded downward from the lower surface were pivotally attached to the mounting part. In a door plate fixture comprising a convex member fitted from below into a guide rail fixed to the upper edge of the opening of the door, the mounting portion has a key groove formed in a shaft hole drilled at a depth through which the pivot pin penetrates, and the pivot pin The locking pin protrudes from the side surface deeper than the shaft hole, and the keyway and the locking pin are aligned in the horizontal position outside the normal turning range of the turning pin according to the door opening / closing operation, and the turning pin is removed from the shaft hole. It is a door plate mounting tool characterized by having a positional relationship that can be freely changed.
[0008]
In the door plate attachment tool of the present invention, the convex member is attached to the door plate so as to be rotatable via a turning pin pivotally attached to an attachment portion attached integrally to the upper end surface of the door plate. The convex member is inserted from the lower side into the guide rail fixed to the upper edge of the opening of the building with the swivel pin inserted into the mounting portion from the upper side to the lower side, so that it can be easily detached from the upper end surface of the door plate. There is no.
[0009]
The mounting part has a structure in which a key groove is engraved in a shaft hole drilled at a depth that penetrates the swivel pin in advance. The shaft hole structure to be inserted is easily realized on the upper end surface of the door plate, and the labor for processing the upper end surface is reduced.
[0010]
Here, if the key groove and the locking pin are in a positional relationship that matches the outside of the normal turning range of the swiveling pin that follows the door plate opening / closing operation, the swiveling pin may be inadvertently detached from the shaft hole during normal use of the door plate. Can be prevented. When attaching the door plate attachment to the door plate, there is no restriction on the turning range of the turning pin, so it is easy to insert the turning pin into the shaft hole even in the positional relationship of the key groove and the locking pin as described above. The convenience of easily attaching the door plate attachment to the door plate is not impaired.
[0011]
The convex member is formed by projecting a pair of convex protrusions upward from the upper surface, and by inserting both convex protrusions into the guide rail at the same time, each convex protrusion regulates the rotation with respect to each other so that the protruding direction of the convex rail Is a uniquely defined configuration. In addition, the convex member is provided with a drop-off prevention material that moves forward and backward in the horizontal direction from the insertion portion into the guide rail, and the drop-out prevention material is advanced in a state where the insertion portion is fitted into the guide rail. It is preferable that the convex member is prevented from falling off the guide rail by engaging the prevention member with the lower edge flange of the guide rail.
[0012]
More specifically, the convex member has a pair of convex projections that project into the guide rail from the upper surface upward, and the drop-off prevention material is horizontally disposed between the pair of convex projections. It is good to move forward and backward. The drop-off prevention material is an L-shaped cross-section plate member made up of a moving piece and an engaging piece. The moving piece is screwed into an adjusting screw inserted into the protruding member, and the engaging piece protrudes horizontally from the protruding member. This structure can be exemplified.
[0013]
Further, the convex member may be provided with an elastic support member interposed between the lower surface and the mounting portion, and may be elastically urged upward with respect to the upper end surface of the door plate by the restoring force of the elastic support member. An example of the elastic support member is a coil spring. When the coil spring is loosely fitted to a pivot pin protruding from the lower surface of the convex member, a special holding means for the coil spring is not required and the possibility of falling off can be eliminated.
[0014]

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of a door opening / closing device in which an inner set type folding door 4 comprising a stationary door plate 2 and a moving door plate 3 to which a door plate fixture 1 is attached is attached to an opening 5 of the building. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the upper end surface 6 side of the door opening / closing device in a state in which the folding door 4 is opened, and FIG. 4 is a folding door of the door opening / closing device. FIG. 5 is a front view of the door plate fixture 1 attached to the fixed-side door plate 2, and FIG. 6 is an attachment relationship of the door plate fixture 1 to the door plates 2 and 3. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing the relationship between the opening and closing operation of the door plates 2 and 3 and the swivel pin 10 (a) when the folding door 4 is closed and (b) when the folding door 4 is opened. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the convex member 8 of the door plate fixture 1 is fitted into the guide rail 9. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a drop-off prevention member 31 is protruded from a convex member 8 of the fixture 1.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the door opening and closing device of this example includes an inner set type folding door 4 composed of a fixed door plate 2 and a moving door plate 3 connected in a bending relationship, and an opening 5 of a building. It is the structure attached to. In this example, the guide rail 9 is provided only at the upper edge of the opening 5, and the lower end edge of the opening 5 remains the floor 12.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the door plate 2 on the fixed side covers and restrains the fixing auxiliary tool 17 fastened to the guide rail 9 by covering the convex member 8 located on the upper end surface 6 side. The support pin 13 projecting downward from the support shaft 13 is pivotally supported by a swivel receiving tool 15 fixed to the lower edge of the opening 5 to restrain the movement along the guide rail 9 and only swivel.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 3, the convex member 8 positioned coaxially with the swivel pin 10 simultaneously inserts the convex protrusions 30 and 30 into the guide rail 9, and the convex protrusions 30 and 30 regulate the rotation with respect to each other. The insertion direction of the convex member 8 with respect to the rail 9 is uniquely determined with respect to the guide rail 9. Thereby, the door plate 3 on the moving side turns around the turning pin 10 while moving along the guide rail 9.
[0018]
Thus, the door opening and closing device of this example opens and closes while the stationary and moving door plates 2 and 3 are bent with the guide rail 9 prevented from being tilted, and the folding door 4 as a whole turns the stationary door plate 2. The structure is supported by the support 15.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the door plate fixture 1 for the inner set type folding door 4 of the present example is provided with a blindfold 16 so that the guide rail 9 and the convex member 8 are almost hidden by the flange 16. be able to. As shown in FIG. 6, the door plate attachment 1 is pivotally attached to the upper end surface 6 of each door plate 2 and 3 and the attachment portion 18 that is integrally fitted to the upper end surface of the corner portion of each door plate 2 and 3. The swivel pin 10 that protrudes downward from the lower surface and the convex member 8 that has a pair of convex protrusions 30 and 30 protrude upward from the upper surface.
[0020]
The mounting portion 18 in this example is a resin block body having a shaft hole 20 drilled at a depth through which the swivel pin 10 penetrates, and engages with a notch 22 provided in a steel plate butt rib 21 in the door plates 2 and 3. The engagement protrusion 25 in the insertion groove 24 is designed to prevent the upper end surface 6 from coming off. Although not shown in the drawing, a more reliable prevention is provided if the projecting piece that sinks into the lower surface of the mold material (see FIG. 9) that closes the upper end surface 6 is projected from the side surface of the adjacent mounting portion 18 and pressed. Figured.
[0021]
The shaft hole 20 has a pair of key grooves 19, 19 at a point-symmetrical position, and a metal retaining plate 27 provided with an insertion hole 26 having the same shape as the section of the shaft hole 20 at the lower end of the shaft hole 20. Is inserted. Further, a recess 23 is formed on the upper surface for securing a lowering margin of the convex member 8 that moves up and down integrally with the pivot pin 10.
[0022]
The metal retaining plate 27 is not worn by rubbing of the pivot pin 10 with the latch pin 28 and is not damaged by the latch pin 28 when a pulling load is applied to the pivot pin 10. Engagement can be kept stable. Actually, since the swivel pin 10 is always pressed downward by the convex member 8 fitted in the guide rail 9, there is little chance that the locking pin 28 rubs against the metal retaining plate 27 (in FIG. (See the gap between the retaining plate 27 and the locking pin 28).
[0023]
The convex member 8 is formed of a resin block having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the swivel pin 10 is suspended downward from the lower surface and the convex protrusions 30 and 30 are projected upward from the upper surface.
[0024]
The swivel pin 10 penetrates the locking pin 28 at a position deeper than the shaft hole 20 drilled in the mounting portion 18 (precisely, a position deeper than the total thickness of the shaft hole 20 and the metal retaining plate 27), and is engaged from the side. Both ends of the stop pin 28 are projected. In this example, a coil spring 29 loosely fitted to the swivel pin 10 is interposed between the recess 23 of the mounting portion 18 so that the entire convex member 8 is elastically supported in an upward biased state.
[0025]
The pivot pin 10 may be inserted into a shaft hole directly drilled in each door plate 2, 3, but it is difficult to prevent the pivot pin 10 from being removed from the shaft hole that bears the door plate fixture 1 attached to each door plate 2, 3. . Therefore, by making a shaft hole 20 having a key groove 19 in a mounting portion 18 that is integrally fitted to the upper end surface of the corners of each door plate 2, 3, the key groove 19, can be easily formed on the upper end surface of the door plate 2, 3. A shaft hole 20 with 19 can be provided.
[0026]
In the convex member 8 of this example, the convex protrusions 30, 30 provided on the upper surface are simultaneously inserted into the guide rail 9, whereby the convex protrusions 30, 30 regulate the turning of each other, thereby uniquely defining the insertion direction with respect to the guide rail 9. It is fixed.
[0027]
The pair of convex protrusions 30, 30 that fit into the guide rail 9 are integrally formed on the upper surface of the convex member 8, and move up and down together with the convex member 8. The drop-off prevention member 31 is an L-shaped metal piece made up of a moving piece 32 and an engaging piece 33. The moving piece is screwed into an adjustment screw 34 inserted horizontally into the convex member 8 so that the engaging piece 33 is convex. It is possible to protrude horizontally between the protrusions 30 and 30.
[0028]
In the door plate attachment 1, the turning pin 10 and the convex member 8 are integrally turned with respect to the attachment portion 18 fitted to the upper end surface 6 of each door plate 2, 3. Further, since the elevating orbit of the convex member 8 is regulated by the turning pin 10 inserted into the shaft hole 20, the entire structure is simple.
[0029]
A feature of the present invention resides in that the door plate mounting tool 1 can be attached to the upper end surfaces 6 of the door plates 2 and 3 simply by inserting the swivel pin 10 into the shaft hole 20 in a state of being removed. For this reason, when mounting, the swivel pin 10 can be freely inserted into and removed from the shaft hole 20, and the swivel pin 10 needs to be in a state of being removed from the shaft hole 20 when a normal door opening / closing device is used. Specifically, the positional relationship in the horizontal plane between the key groove 19 engraved in the shaft hole 20 and the locking pin 28 protruding from the swivel pin 10 is specified, and the selection of attachment and removal is realized.
[0030]
Since the convex member 8 of the door plate fixture 1 is fitted into the guide rail 9 by the pair of convex protrusions 30 and 30 so as not to rotate, the direction is fixed to the guide rail 9. For this reason, when each door plate 2, 3 is folded by the opening / closing operation of the folding door 4, the direction of each door plate 2, 3 changes with respect to the convex member 8, and the swivel pin 10 according to the convex member 8 is attached to the door plate 2, 3. It turns with respect to 18 shaft holes 20. The normal turning range with respect to the shaft hole 20 of the turning pin 10 according to the opening and closing operation of the door plates 2 and 3 is approximately 0 degrees (the closed state in which the door plates 2 and 3 are arranged in a straight line) from the change in the direction of the door plates 2 and 3. It is 90 degrees (open state in which each door plate 2 and 3 is folded).
[0031]
Therefore, the key groove 19 and the locking pin 28 in this example coincide with each other in the positional relationship of 135 degrees (the opening degree of the convex member 8 and the door plates 2 and 3 is 135 degrees) outside the normal turning range, and the shaft hole 20 On the other hand, the pivot pin 10 can be freely inserted and removed. Thus, in the normal turning range (0 to 90 degrees) of the turning pin 10 according to the opening and closing operation of the door plates 2 and 3, as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b), the key groove 19 and the locking pin 28 does not match and can be secured.
[0032]
The folding door 4 as a whole has a support pin 13 projecting from the lower end surface 7 of the stationary door plate 2 pivotally supported by a swivel receiver 15 fixed to the lower edge of the opening 5. The door plate 2, 3 is tilted when opening and closing, and the main function is to prevent it from deviating from the opening 5, so that only the locking pin 28 is engaged with the mounting portion 18 at a position disengaged from the keyway 19. However, there is no problem in the mounting strength of the door plate fixture 1 to the door plates 2 and 3.
[0033]
Each of the door plates 2 and 3 having finished the attachment of the door plate fixture 1 first supports the support pin 13 of the lower end surface 7 on the swivel support 15 on the lower edge of the opening 5, and then the convex protrusion 30 of the convex member 8. It is possible to assemble 30 with respect to the opening 5 only by causing 30 to be fitted toward the guide rail 9. The convex member 8 urged upward by the coil spring 29 and supported by the coil spring 29 is lowered by pressing the coil spring 29 downward so as to compress it, as shown in FIG. It can be brought directly under the guide rail 9.
[0034]
Here, the convex member 8 urged upward by the coil spring 29 and elastically supported projects the convex protrusions 30 and 30 as normal, and cannot be fitted into the guide rail 9 as it is, but as shown in FIG. By pushing down the convex member 8 by the operator's hand, the convex protrusions 30 and 30 are brought to just below the guide rail 9, and the convex member 8 is autonomously removed by removing the load that pushed the convex protrusions 30 and 30 as they are. Then, the protrusions 30 and 30 can be fitted into the guide rail 9 (see FIG. 9).
[0035]
The convex member 8 is biased upward by the bias of the coil spring 29, and the front and rear portions other than the convex protrusion 30 are brought into contact with the lower edge flange 35 of the guide rail 9. For this reason, it is not necessary to adjust the insertion amount of the convex member 8 with respect to the guide rail 9 by adjusting the height of the door plate 2 on the lower end surface 7 (swivel receiver 15) side. As is clear from FIG. 5, the right and left positions of the convex member 8 on the stationary door plate 2 side are also regulated by the insertion of the protrusions 30 and 30 into the guide rail 9 and the insertion of the fixing aid 17. It should be noted that the description of the fixing aid 17 is omitted only in FIG.
[0036]
If the convex protrusions 30 and 30 of the convex member 8 can be fitted into the guide rail 9 in this way, the attachment of the door plates 2 and 3 to the opening 5 is completed. In the present invention, in order to further secure the mounting stability of the door plates 2, 3, the drop-off prevention member 31 is protruded from the protrusions 30, 30 fitted in the guide rail 9 toward the catches provided in the guide rail 9.
[0037]
In this example, since the adjustment screw 34 is only inserted in a fixed position with respect to the convex member 8, when the adjustment screw 34 is turned to the right, the fall-off prevention material 31 screwed into the adjustment screw 34 moves relatively. Then, the engaging piece 33 can be protruded from the protrusions 30 and 30 toward the lower edge flange 35 of the guide rail 9 and positioned above the lower edge flange 35 (rightward in FIG. 9).
[0038]
Since the convex member 8 abuts on the front end of the lower edge flange 35 of the guide rail 9 and is regulated in the front-rear direction, the degree of freedom with respect to the movement of the drop-off prevention material 31 with the engaging piece 33 protruding is low. Since the engagement relationship with the flange 35 is not released, there is no possibility that the convex member 8 falls off from the guide rail 9 and the door plates 2 and 3 come off in normal use.
[0039]
In order to configure the door opening / closing device of the hinged door, the door plate fixture 1 having the same structure as that of the above-described example (see FIG. 1 and the subsequent drawings) is pivotally attached to the side end portion of the door plate 2 on the upper end face 6 side. As shown in FIG. 5, the door plate 2 is inserted into and restrained by a fixing auxiliary tool 17 fastened to the guide rail 9, and the support pin 13 protruding from the lower end surface is fixed. Is pivotally supported by a swivel receiver 15 that is fixed to the lower end position on the side of the opening 5 so that the swivel is possible. That is, the moving side door plate 3 in the example of the door opening / closing device of the folding door described above is eliminated, and only the stationary side door plate 2 is configured, and the stationary side door plate 2 has the same structure as the example of the door opening / closing device of the folding door described above. do it.
[0040]
This means that the members can be shared without any difference between the folding door and the hinged door. As a result, the product cost can be reduced, and it is possible to greatly reduce the labor of member management and installation when installing folding doors and hinged doors in the same building.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a door plate fixture that can be easily attached to a door plate at a construction site so that the attachment work can be facilitated to the extent that a tool is not required when attaching to the door plate. This is an effect obtained by the configuration of the pivot pin and the mounting portion that can be inserted into and removed from the shaft hole on the door plate side only outside the normal pivot range.
[0042]
As a work improvement point, the door plate attachment tool of the present invention can be attached to the door plate without requiring a hammering operation, and can be attached at a construction site. In particular, there is an advantage that the mounting operation can be performed without using an adhesive that is difficult to handle and store and deteriorates the working environment.
[0043]
As a structural improvement, the door plate fixture of the present invention has an advantage that the convex member and the pivot pin do not protrude from the door plate during transportation. Since the convex member and the pivot pin are attached at the construction site, the transportation and packing efficiency can be improved. Further, it is not necessary to worry about the door plate fixture being damaged during transportation as in the prior art. As described above, the door plate fixture of the present invention has an effect of improving work and structure.
