Description

【0001】

Japanese Patent No. 3312021 (pages 3-6, FIG. 9)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The door plate fixture proposed by Patent Document 1 has some problems in work or structure. First, as a problem in the work, a large number of countersunk screws to be attached to the door plate are required, and it is troublesome as the above-mentioned on-site attachment work, and the attachment work cannot be performed without a driver. In addition, the work of attaching the door plate to the opening of the building imposes the labor of lifting the heavy door plate, and also points out that, for example, the convex member cannot be inserted well into the guide rail, leading to the risk of falling the door plate. .
[0005]
Next, as a structural problem, it can be mentioned that it is difficult to appropriately set the fitting amount of the convex member to the guide rail. As can be seen from the mounting operation of the door plate, it is desirable that the convex member of the door plate mounting tool can be deeply inserted into the guide rail at the time of installation, and after the installation, it is necessary and sufficiently engaged while being lowered to the guide rail. .
[0006]
However, the dimensional accuracy of the opening of the building is low, and the height of the guide rail fixed to the upper edge of the opening (kamoi) varies. As a result, the fitting amount of the convex member to the guide rail cannot be set appropriately. Moreover, such a relationship between the guide rail and the convex member leaves the possibility that the convex member will fit into the guide rail to the extent that the door pulley is detached, and has caused a risk that the door plate will come off. For this reason, there are not a few examples in which the height adjustment means is separately provided on the side of the door to the conventional door plate.
[0007]
Thus, the conventional door plate fixture has problems in work and structure, and improvement has been desired. Therefore, it was studied to develop a door plate fixture that can be easily attached to the door plate without the need for tools and can be easily attached to the opening of the building. In particular, the structure of the convex member inserted into the guide rail was examined, and the target board was studied to facilitate the mounting operation of the door plate and to easily realize an appropriate amount of insertion into the guide rail.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
What was developed as a result of the study was a mounting part that pivotally attaches a swivel pin to the upper end surface of the door plate that can be freely opened and closed to the opening of the building, and a convex member that fits from below into the guide rail fixed to the upper edge of the opening of the building and Ri Do and a guide portion for pivoting said pivot pin axially on the back side of the door leaf, the guide portion door leaf fitting formed by elastically supported by biasing the convex member upwardly, the mounting portion, door panel The mounting base is integrally fitted to the upper end surface of the pin, and the pin base is provided with a pivot pin protruding therefrom. The mounting base has a key groove formed in a shaft hole drilled at a depth through which the pivot pin penetrates. The lock pin protrudes from the side of the swivel pin deeper than the shaft hole, and the keyway and the lock pin are aligned horizontally outside the normal swivel range of the swivel pin following the door opening / closing operation, and swivel into the shaft hole. This is a door plate fixture in a positional relationship that allows the pins to be freely inserted and removed . This is a door plate attachment for an outer set door in which the door plate upper end is arranged on the front side of the guide rail and the door plate is attached to the opening. This door plate attachment is hidden behind the door plate and is hardly visible from the front.
[0009]
The specific guide part is good to have a configuration in which the convex member is accommodated and elastically supported by energizing the convex member upward with respect to the guide body that regulates the elevation direction and the elevation range of the convex member.
[0010]
In the door plate attachment tool of the present invention, the guide portion is pivotally attached to the door plate via the turning pin of the attachment portion pivotally attached to the upper end surface of the door plate. Since the swivel pin is inserted into the upper end surface from the upper side to the lower side, it usually does not easily detach from the upper end surface. From this, this attachment part may be the structure which inserts a turning pin in the upper end surface simply so that turning is possible. This facilitates the attachment of the door plate attachment to the door plate. For example, only the shaft hole into which the swivel pin is inserted needs to be drilled in the door plate. However, in view of the mounting stability of the door plate mounting tool with respect to the door plate, it is preferable that the mounting portion is configured to insert the swivel pin into the upper end surface so as to be turnable in a state of being removed.
[0011]
Specifically, the mounting portion includes a mounting base portion that is integrally fitted to the upper end surface of the door plate, and a pin base portion that protrudes a pivot pin. The mounting base portion is keyed to a shaft hole that is drilled at a depth that allows the pivot pin to penetrate. A groove is engraved, the pin base protrudes from the side of the swivel pin deeper than the shaft hole, and the keyway and the lock pin are positioned horizontally outside the normal swivel range of the swivel pin according to the door opening / closing operation. Are arranged so that the pivot pin can be freely inserted into and removed from the shaft hole.
[0012]
The above mounting part can easily realize the shaft hole structure for inserting the swivel pin in the secured state by integrally fitting the mounting base with the shaft hole into which the swivel pin is inserted into the upper end surface of the door plate. Reduce the hassle of. The pivot pin provided with the locking pin can be prevented from coming off unless the key groove of the shaft hole matches the locking pin.
[0013]
Here, if the key groove and the locking pin are in a positional relationship that matches the outside of the normal turning range of the swiveling pin that follows the door plate opening / closing operation, the swiveling pin may be inadvertently detached from the shaft hole during normal use of the door plate. This can be prevented. When attaching the pin base to the mounting base, since there is no restriction on the turning range of the turning pin, it is easy to insert the turning pin into the shaft hole even in the positional relationship between the key groove and the locking pin as described above. The convenience of easily attaching the door plate attachment to the door plate is not impaired.
[0014]
Further, the door plate fixture of the present invention comprises a convex member that is provided integrally with the conventional fixture body (corresponding to the guide portion of the present invention) as a separate member from the guide portion, and is further attached upward with respect to the guide portion. I supported it. This means that the convex member can freely move in and out of the guide portion. Thereby, even if the convex member protrudes greatly from the guide portion, it is possible to ensure the lifting amount necessary for placing the door wheel on the guide rail fixed to the lower edge of the opening portion by immersing the convex member.
[0015]
In addition, when attaching the door plate to the opening, for example, a convex member that has been immersed by striking against a ridge can protrude autonomously by urging when it reaches the position directly below the guide rail, and can be inserted into this guide rail, or the amount of insertion into the guide rail can be reduced. Since it can adjust with the protrusion amount of the convex member from a guide part, the necessity of providing a height adjustment means in the doorwheel side like the past can be reduced or eliminated.
[0016]
The guide portion may be provided with a drop-off preventing material that protrudes and protrudes from the convex member fitted into the guide rail toward the inner wall of the guide rail. This guide part projects the drop-off prevention material toward the inner wall of the guide rail, thereby engaging the drop-off prevention material with the guide rail (more specifically, the lower edge flange of the guide rail). By restricting the degree of freedom of the convex member, it is possible to prevent the convex member from being inadvertently detached from the guide rail.
[0017]
A specific drop-off prevention material can be exemplified by a cross-sectional L-shaped plate material composed of a moving piece and an engaging piece. This drop-off prevention material is configured by screwing the moving piece onto an adjusting screw inserted into a convex member and projecting an engaging piece from the convex member in the horizontal direction.
[0018]
If the said door-plate attachment is used, a folding door or a hinged door can be comprised as follows. The folding door is a pair of folding door plates that are flexibly attached to the opening of the building, a guide rail fixed to the upper edge of the opening, and pivotally attached to the upper end surface of the outer edge of each door plate to the guide rail. In the door opening and closing device comprising the door plate fittings to be fitted, each door plate attachment member urges a convex member inserted from below into the guide rail and elastically supports the folding door at the opening of the building. It becomes the attached door opening and closing device.
[0019]
In addition, the hinged door is pivotally attached to one end of the upper end surface of the door plate and fitted to the guide rail for the door plate for the hinged door that can be freely opened and closed to the opening of the building, the guide rail fixed to the upper edge of the opening. In the door opening and closing device comprising a door plate fixture, each door plate fixture is a door with a hinged door attached to the opening of a building, wherein a convex member inserted from below into the guide rail is urged upward and elastically supported. It becomes a switchgear.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 11 is a sectional view showing a state in which the convex member 10 of the door plate fixture 1 is fitted into the guide rail 9, and FIG. FIG. 13 is a sectional view showing a state in which the material 11 is protruded, and FIG. 13 is an exploded perspective view showing a mounting relationship with respect to a door plate of a door plate fixture attached to the hinged door using another example of the attaching portion.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the door opening and closing device of this example attaches an outer set type folding door 4 composed of fixed and moving door plates 2 and 3 connected in a bending relationship to an opening 5 of a building. It is a configuration. In this example, the guide rail 9 is provided only at the upper edge of the opening 5, and the lower end edge of the opening 5 remains the floor 12. As shown in FIG. 5, the fixed-side door plate 2 is fitted and restrained by inserting the guide portion 13 of the door-plate fixture 1 located on the back side into a fixing aid 14 fastened to the guide rail 9. The end face is pivotally supported by a swivel support 15 that is fixed to the lower end position of the opening 5 side edge so that only swivel is possible.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 6, the door plate 3 on the moving side pivots while moving along the guide rail 9 by directly fitting the convex member 10 of the door plate fixture 1 attached to the upper end surface 6 into the guide rail 9. . In other words, the door opening and closing device of this example is supported by the swivel receiver 15 of the fixed door plate 2 as a whole and the door is swung in a state in which the tilting is prevented by the fixing auxiliary tool 14, and the door plate 3 on the moving side. The folding door 4 as a whole is opened and closed while being bent by the guide rail 9.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the door plate mounting tool 1 includes a mounting portion 16 that pivotally attaches the pivot pin 8 to the upper end surface 6 of each door plate 2, 3, and a convex that fits into the guide rail 9 from below. It comprises a guide portion 13 that urges the member 10 upward and elastically supports it. The mounting portion 16 may be inserted into a shaft hole that is directly drilled in each door plate 2, 3, but it is difficult to prevent the pivot pin 8 from coming off from the shaft hole that is responsible for mounting the door plate fixture 1 to each door plate 2, 3. .
[0024]
Therefore, the mounting portion 16 of this example is composed of a mounting base portion 17 that is integrally fitted to the upper end surfaces of the corner portions of the door plates 2 and 3, and a flat-plate-shaped pin base portion 18 that protrudes the swivel pin 8. A shaft hole 20 having a keyway 19 is drilled in the mounting base 17.
[0025]
The mounting base portion 17 is a resin block body having a shaft hole 20 perforated with a depth through which the swivel pin 8 penetrates, and urethane resin is applied to the space in the door plate in a state of being attached to the upper end surfaces of the corner portions of the door plates 2 and 3 in advance. Injection foaming and adhesive integration. In addition, the engagement protrusion 24 in the insertion groove 23 that engages the notch 22 provided in the abutment rib 21 of the steel plate on the front side and the back side in the door plate is intended to reliably prevent the upper end surface 6 from coming off. Yes.
[0026]
Although not shown in the drawing, a more reliable prevention is provided if the projecting piece that sinks into the lower surface side of the mold material (see FIG. 9) that closes the upper end surface 6 protrudes from the side surface of the adjacent mounting base 17 and is pressed down. Figured. The shaft hole 20 has a pair of key grooves 19 and 19 formed at point-symmetric positions, and a metal retaining plate 26 provided with an insertion hole 25 having the same shape as the section of the shaft hole 20 at the lower end of the shaft hole 20. Is inserted.
[0027]
Compared to the resin mounting base 17, the metal retaining plate 26 is worn by friction between the engaging pivot pin 8 and the retaining pin 27, or by the retaining pin 27 when a pulling load is applied to the pivot pin 8. There is no breakage, and the engagement with the locking pin 27 can be kept stable.
[0028]
The pin base 18 is a foundation that hangs the swivel pin 8 on a plate surface that extends forward from the guide body 28 of the guide portion 13 toward the door plate and is bent horizontally. The swivel pin 8 penetrates the locking pin 27 at a position deeper than the shaft hole 20 drilled in the mounting base 17 (more precisely, a position deeper than the total thickness of the shaft hole 20 and the metal retaining plate 26), and is engaged from the side. Both ends of the stop pin 27 are projected. In the door plate fixture 1, the pin base portion 18 and the guide portion 13 are integrally turned from the turning pin 8 relative to the attachment base portion 17 fitted to the upper end surface 6 of each door plate 2 and the three corners.
[0029]
The guide portion 13 includes an outer box-shaped metal guide body 28 that extends the pin base portion 18 made of the plate material, and a convex member 10 of a resin block that is fitted to the guide body 28 so as to be movable up and down. A coil spring 29 that repels upward is interposed between 28 and the convex member 10, and is elastically supported by urging the convex member 10 upward. In the present example, the entire upper surface is integrally formed with a pair of convex protrusions 30, 30 that fit into the guide rail 9.
[0030]
The drop-off prevention material 11 is an L-shaped metal piece that is vertically inverted in cross section and includes a moving piece 31 and an engaging piece 32. The drop-off prevention material 11 is fitted between the convex protrusions 30 and 30, and the moving piece 31 is screwed onto the adjustment screw 33 inserted in the horizontal direction into the convex member 10, and only the engaging piece 32 is inserted between the convex protrusions 30 and 30. Protrusible in the horizontal direction.
[0031]
The guide body 28 cuts and raises the support protrusion 34 that engages the lower end of the coil spring 29 from the bottom surface, the parallel rails 35 and 35 that restrict the elevation direction of the convex member 10, and the restraining pin 36 that prevents the convex member 10 from deviating. The insertion holes 37 are integrally formed on the side surfaces.
[0032]
The convex member 10 has a spring hole 68 into which the coil spring 29 is fitted in a loosely fitting state, and is drilled upward from the bottom surface, and a rail groove 38 that is regulated by the parallel rails 35 and 35 of the guide body 28 is provided on the side surface. Guide flanges 39 and 39 for holding the side edges of the guide body 28 are provided (see FIG. 7), and a restraint consisting of a vertically long slot through which the restraint pin 36 inserted from the insertion hole 37 of the guide body 28 is inserted. A groove 40 is provided. As for the convex member 10, the raising / lowering direction is restricted by the rail groove 38 following the parallel rail of the guide body 28, and the raising / lowering range is restricted by inserting the restriction pin 36 inserted from the guide body 28 into the restriction groove 40. .
[0033]
The feature of the present invention lies in that the door plate mounting tool 1 can be attached to the upper end surfaces 6 of the door plates 2 and 3 simply by inserting the swivel pin 8 into the shaft hole 20 in a state of being removed. For this reason, the pivot pin 8 can be freely inserted into and removed from the shaft hole 20 during mounting, and the pivot pin 8 needs to be in a state of being prevented from being removed from the shaft hole 20 when a normal door opening / closing device is used. Specifically, the positional relationship between the key groove 19 carved in the shaft hole 20 and the locking pin 27 protruding from the swivel pin 8 in the horizontal plane is specified, and the selection of attachment and removal is realized.
[0034]
The guide portion 13 of the door plate fixture 1 is fixed to the guide rail 9 in the direction of the guide rail 9 because the tip of the convex member 10 is inserted into the guide rail 9 by the pair of convex protrusions 30 and 30 so as not to rotate. For this reason, when each door plate 2, 3 is folded by opening / closing operation of the folding door 4, the direction of each door plate 2, 3 changes with respect to the guide portion 13, and the swivel pin 8 following the guide portion 13 is attached to the base plate according to the door plate 2, 3. It turns with respect to 17 shaft holes 20. The normal turning range with respect to the shaft hole 20 of the turning pin 8 following the opening and closing operation of the door plates 2 and 3 is approximately 0 degrees (the closed state in which the door plates 2 and 3 are arranged in a straight line) from the change in the direction of the door plates 2 and 3. It is 90 degrees (open state in which each door plate 2 and 3 is folded).
[0035]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10 (a), the keyway 19 and the locking pin 27 in this example are 135 degrees outside the normal turning range (the opening degree between the guide portion 13 and the door plates 2 and 3 is 135 degrees). ) So that the swivel pin 8 is inserted into the shaft hole 20. As a result, in the normal turning range of the turning pin 8 according to the opening / closing operation of the door plates 2 and 3, the key groove 19 and the locking pin 27 should coincide with each other as seen in FIGS. 10 (b) and 10 (c). There is no, and it can aim at retaining.
[0036]
The whole folding door 4 is axially supported by a swivel receiver 15 attached to the lower end surface 7 of the stationary door plate 2, and the door plate attachment tool 1 is tilted when the folding door 4 is opened and closed so as not to deviate from the opening 5. Therefore, there is no problem in the mounting strength of the door plate fixture 1 with respect to the door plates 2 and 3 even if the locking pin 27 is merely engaged with the mounting base 17 at a position disengaged from the keyway 19.
[0037]
The door plates 2 and 3 that have been attached to the door plate fixture 1 are folded, and the door plates 2 and 3 are raised in the state of being placed on the lower edge of the opening 5 (the floor surface 12 in this example). After 7 is pivotally supported on the swivel support 15, the guide portion 13 is brought directly below the guide rail 9. Here, the convex member 10 that is elastically biased upward by the coil spring 29 causes the convex protrusions 30 and 30 to protrude normally and cannot be fitted into the guide rail 9 as it is, but as shown in FIG. By pushing down the convex member 10 against the guide body 28 by the operator's hand, the convex protrusions 30 and 30 are brought to just below the guide rail 9, and the load that has pushed the convex protrusions 30 and 30 down is removed. The convex member 10 returns autonomously and the convex protrusions 30 and 30 can be fitted into the guide rail 9 (see FIG. 12).
[0038]
The convex member 10 is biased upward by the bias of the coil spring 29, and the front and rear portions other than the convex protrusions 30 are brought into contact with the lower edge flange 41 of the guide rail 9. For this reason, the height adjustment by the side of the lower end surface 7 (swivel receiving tool 15) of the doorplate 2 is not required unlike the past. As is apparent from FIG. 5, the right and left positions of the convex member 10 on the fixed side door plate 2 are also restricted by the insertion of the protrusions 30 and 30 into the guide rail 9 and the insertion of the fixing aid 14.
[0039]
If the convex protrusions 30 and 30 of the convex member 10 can be fitted into the guide rail 9 in this way, the attachment of the door plates 2 and 3 to the opening 5 is completed. In the present invention, in order to further secure the mounting stability of the door plates 2, 3, the drop-off prevention material 11 is protruded from the protruding protrusions 30, 30 fitted in the guide rail 9 toward the catches provided in the guide rail 9.
[0040]
In this example, since the adjustment screw 33 is only inserted in a fixed position with respect to the convex member 10, the adjustment screw 33 is engaged toward the lower edge flange 41 of the guide rail 9 when the adjustment screw 33 is turned to the right. The piece 32 can be projected and positioned above (right direction in FIG. 12). Since the position of the convex member 10 is restricted by coming into contact with the tip of the lower edge flange 41 of the guide rail 9, the degree of freedom with respect to the movement of the drop-off prevention material 11 with the engaging piece 32 protruding is low. Since the overlapping relationship is not released, there is no possibility that the convex member 10 will fall out of the guide rail 9 and the door plates 2 and 3 will come off in normal use.
[0041]
The door plate fixture 1 of the present invention only needs to be able to pivotally attach the swivel pin 8 to the upper end surface 6 of the door plates 2 and 3, and the mounting base that fits the upper end surface 6 of the door plates 2 and 3 is not essential as the attachment portion 16. Absent. For example, as shown in FIG. 13, an attachment auxiliary portion 65 of an L-shaped piece in side view is attached from the upper end surface 6 to the back surface of the door plate 2, and the pin base 18 is attached by screwing a short swivel pin 66. You may axially attach to the upper end surface side of the auxiliary | assistant part 65. FIG.
[0042]
Thereby, for example, the door plate fixture 1 of the present invention can be attached without applying special processing to a solid wooden door plate. For example, a door opening / closing device (see FIG. 13) for a hinged door made of a wooden door plate is provided. Can be configured. Since the mounting auxiliary portion 65 of this example is fixed to the door plates 2 and 3 using wood screws 67, the advantage of the above-described example (see FIG. 1 and subsequent drawings) that facilitates the mounting work by eliminating the need for screwing or the like. However, there is no need to perform a process for fitting the mounting base on the door plate side or to directly drill the shaft hole. Therefore, there are various advantages of easily fitting the convex member 10 into the guide rail 9. Another effect that can be provided to a large doorboard.
[0043]
In order to configure the door opening / closing device of the hinged door, the door plate fixture 1 having the same structure as that of the above-described example (see FIG. 1 and the subsequent drawings) is pivotally attached to the side end portion of the door plate 2 on the upper end face 6 side. As shown in FIG. 5, the door plate 2 is fitted and restrained by inserting the guide portion 13 of the door plate fixture 1 located on the back surface side into the fixing aid 14 fastened to the guide rail 9 and opening the lower end surface. It is pivotally supported by a swivel support 15 that is fixed to the lower end position of the side edge of the part 5 so that it can turn. That is, the same structure as the door plate 2 on the fixed side in the example of the door opening / closing device of the folding door described above may be used.
[0044]
This means that the members can be shared without any difference between the folding door and the hinged door. As a result, the product cost can be reduced, and it is possible to greatly reduce the labor of member management and installation when installing folding doors and hinged doors in the same building.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a door plate mounting tool that can be easily attached to the opening of a building and can be easily attached to an opening of a building so that a tool is not required when mounting to the door plate. This is due to the structure of the mounting part consisting of a turning pin that can be inserted into and removed from the door hole on the door plate side only outside the normal turning range, and the structure of the guide part provided with a convex member that is urged and supported upward. Bear. In particular, the configuration of the convex member has an effect of realizing an appropriate amount of insertion with respect to the guide rail and making it unnecessary to adjust the height of the swivel support or the door wheel on the lower end face side of the door plate that has been conventionally seen.
[0046]
Specifically, as an improvement in work, it can be attached to a door plate without the need for a countersunk screw, thereby simplifying the installation work on site. In particular, there is an advantage that the mounting operation can be performed without a driver. In addition, the work of attaching the door plate to the opening of the building does not require lifting the heavy door plate, and furthermore, since the convex member can be easily and reliably inserted into the guide rail, there is a risk that the door plate may be dropped. There is an effect to cancel.
[0047]
Next, as a structural improvement, there is an advantage that it is not necessary to adjust the insertion amount of the convex member with respect to the guide rail. The convex member is in a state of being elastically supported by being biased upward, and the insertion amount can be adjusted autonomously according to the height of the guide rail. Moreover, by constructing such a convex member, the height of the door plate itself can be adjusted by the door plate fixture, which brings about an effect that it is not necessary to provide a complicated height adjusting means in the door wheel as in the prior art. As described above, the door plate fixture of the present invention has an effect of improving work and structure.
