Description

【0001】

[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-277675 (pages 3 and 4, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The door plate fixture proposed in Patent Literature 1 has some problems in work or structure. First, as a problem in the operation, a driving operation by a hammer is required, it is difficult to control a force at the time of driving, and there is a possibility that components may be broken. In addition, it is fixed using an adhesive to ensure the attachment to the door plate. However, it can be pointed out that storage management and handling of the adhesive are not easy, and that the working environment is deteriorated.
[0005]
Next, as a structural problem, a part of the convex member and the pivot pin protrudes from the door plate to lower transportation and packing efficiency. Further, it can be pointed out that there is a possibility that the protruding member protruding at the time of transportation may be damaged by an impact.
[0006]
As described above, the conventional door plate fixture has problems in operation and structure, and improvement has been desired. In order to develop a door plate attachment that can be easily and securely attached to each door plate at the construction site, we studied the installation to the door plate by eliminating the need for hammering and adhesive.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of the examination, the building developed by attaching a mounting portion integrally attached to the upper end surface of a door plate that can be freely opened and closed to the opening of the building, and a pivot pin projecting downward from the lower surface to the mounting portion, A door member comprising a convex member fitted into a guide rail fixed to the upper edge of the opening from below, wherein the mounting portion has a keyway engraved in a shaft hole drilled at a depth penetrated by the pivot pin. The locking pin protrudes from the side surface at a position deeper than the shaft hole. The key groove and the locking pin match the horizontal position outside the normal turning range of the turning pin according to the opening and closing operation of the door plate, and the turning pin is pulled out of the shaft hole. A door plate fixture characterized in that the positional relationship is such that it can be freely changed.
[0008]
In the door plate fixture of the present invention, the convex member is pivotally attached to the door plate via a pivot pin pivotally attached to a mounting portion integrally attached to the upper end surface of the door plate. The convex member is inserted from below into the guide rail fixed to the upper edge of the opening of the building in a state where the pivot pin is inserted into the mounting portion from above to below, so that it can easily be detached from the upper end surface of the door plate. There is no.
[0009]
The mounting portion has a structure in which a keyway is cut into a shaft hole that has been drilled in advance to a depth through which the pivot pin penetrates, and the mounting portion is integrally attached to the upper end surface of the door plate, so that the pivot pin can be prevented from being removed. The shaft hole structure to be inserted is easily realized on the upper end surface of the door plate, and the labor for processing the upper end surface is reduced.
[0010]
Here, if the key groove and the locking pin coincide with each other outside the normal turning range of the turning pin according to the opening and closing operation of the door plate, the turning pin may be accidentally detached from the shaft hole during normal use of the door plate. Can be prevented. When attaching the door plate fixture to the door plate, since there is no restriction on the turning range of the turning pin, it is easy to insert the turning pin into the shaft hole even with the positional relationship between the key groove and the locking pin as described above. In addition, the convenience of easily attaching the door plate fixture to the door plate is not impaired.
[0011]
The projecting member has a pair of projecting projections projecting upward from the upper surface, and by fitting both projecting projections into the guide rail at the same time, each projecting projection restricts turning with respect to each other so that the fitting direction with respect to the guide rail is achieved. Is defined uniquely. Further, the projecting member is provided with a falling-off preventing member which advances and retreats in a horizontal direction from a fitting portion to the guide rail, and makes the falling-off preventing material advance in a state where the fitting portion is fitted to the guide rail, and It is preferable that the protruding member is prevented from falling off the guide rail by engaging the prevention member with the lower edge flange of the guide rail.
[0012]
More specifically, the projecting member is formed by projecting a pair of projecting projections, which are portions to be fitted into the guide rails, from the upper surface to the upper side, and the falling-off prevention member is horizontally arranged from between the pair of projecting projections. It is good to go back and forth. The falling-off prevention member is an L-shaped cross-section plate member including a moving piece and an engaging piece. The moving piece is screwed into an adjusting screw inserted into the convex member, and the engaging piece projects in a horizontal direction from the convex member. Can be exemplified.
[0013]
The projecting member may be provided with an elastic member interposed between the lower surface and the mounting portion, and may be urged upward against the upper end surface of the door plate by the restoring force of the elastic member to be elastically supported. A coil spring can be exemplified as the elastic member. When the coil spring is loosely fitted on a pivot pin projecting from the lower surface of the convex member, a special holding means for the coil spring is not required, and the possibility of falling off can be eliminated.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of a door opening and closing device in which an inner set type folding door 4 including a fixed side door plate 2 to which a door plate fixture 1 is attached and a movable side door plate 3 is attached to an opening 5 of a building. FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing the relationship between the opening / closing operation of the door plates 2 and 3 and the pivot pin 10. FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 8 showing (a) when the folding door 4 is closed and (b) when the folding door 4 is opened. FIG. 8 and FIG. 8 are sectional views showing a state in which the convex member 8 of the door plate fixture 1 is fitted into the guide rail 9, and FIG. A cross-sectional view showing a state of being projected the captive member 31 from door leaf fitting of the projecting member 8 Lumpur 9.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the door opening / closing device of the present embodiment includes an inner set-shaped folding door 4 including a fixed-side door plate 2 and a moving-side door plate 3 that are connected in a bending relationship. It is a configuration attached to. In this example, the guide rail 9 is provided only on the upper edge of the opening 5, and the lower edge of the opening 5 is left as the floor surface 12.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the fixed side door plate 2 restrains the fixing aid 17 fastened to the guide rail 9 by covering the fixing member 17 on the convex member 8 located on the upper end surface 6 side. The support pin 13 protruding downward from the shaft is pivotally supported by a swivel holder 15 fixed to the lower edge of the opening 5 to restrict movement along the guide rail 9 and only swing.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 3, the convex member 8 coaxial with the pivot pin 10 has the convex protrusions 30, 30 simultaneously fitted into the guide rail 9, and the respective convex protrusions 30, 30 restrict the rotation of each other to guide the guide. The fitting direction of the convex member 8 with respect to the rail 9 is uniquely determined with respect to the guide rail 9. Thereby, the moving side door plate 3 turns around the turning pin 10 while moving along the guide rail 9.
[0018]
In this manner, the door opening and closing device of this embodiment opens and closes while bending while the fixed side and moving side door plates 2 and 3 are prevented from being tilted by the guide rail 9, and the folding door 4 as a whole turns the fixed side door plate 2. It is configured to be supported by the receiver 15.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the door plate attachment 1 for the inner set type folding door 4 of the present embodiment is provided with a blind frame 16 so that the guide rail 9 and the convex member 8 are almost hidden by the blind frame 16. be able to. As shown in FIG. 6, the door plate attachment 1 is attached to an attachment portion 18 which is integrally fitted to a corner upper end surface of each door plate 2, 3, and pivotally attached to an upper end surface 6 of each door plate 2, 3. And a convex member 8 having a pair of convex protrusions 30 protruding downward from the lower surface and projecting upward from the upper surface.
[0020]
The mounting portion 18 of this embodiment is a resin block body having a shaft hole 20 perforated at a depth through which the pivot pin 10 penetrates, and engages with a notch 22 provided in a butt rib 21 of a steel plate in the door plates 2 and 3. The engagement projection 25 in the insertion groove 24 prevents the upper end surface 6 from coming off. Although illustration is omitted, a more reliable retaining structure can be obtained if the projecting piece that sneaks into the lower surface side of the profile material (see FIG. 9) that closes the upper end surface 6 is configured to be protruded from the side surface of the adjacent mounting portion 18 and pressed down. It is planned.
[0021]
The shaft hole 20 is provided with a pair of key grooves 19, 19 at point symmetric positions, and a metal retaining plate 27 having an insertion hole 26 having the same shape as the cross section of the shaft hole 20 at the lower end of the shaft hole 20. Is fitted. In addition, a recess 23 is formed on the upper surface to secure a descending allowance of the convex member 8 which moves up and down integrally with the pivot pin 10.
[0022]
The metal retaining plate 27 is free from abrasion due to the rubbing of the turning pin 10 with the locking pin 28, and is not damaged by the locking pin 28 when a pulling load is applied to the turning pin 10; Engagement can be kept stable. Actually, since the turning pin 10 is always pressed down by the convex member 8 fitted into the guide rail 9, there is little chance that the locking pin 28 rubs against the metal retaining plate 27 (see FIG. (See the gap between the locking plate 27 and the locking pin 28).
[0023]
The protruding member 8 is formed of a resin block having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the revolving pin 10 is hung downward from the lower surface, and the protruding protrusions 30 are projected upward from the upper surface.
[0024]
The pivot pin 10 allows the locking pin 28 to penetrate a position deeper than the shaft hole 20 drilled in the mounting portion 18 (more precisely, a position deeper than the total thickness of the shaft hole 20 and the metal retaining plate 27), and engages from the side. Both ends of the stop pin 28 are projected. In the present embodiment, the coil spring 29 loosely fitted to the pivot pin 10 is interposed between the coil spring 29 and the recess 23 of the mounting part 18 to elastically support the entire convex member 8 upward.
[0025]
The pivot pin 10 may be inserted into a shaft hole directly perforated in each door plate 2, 3, but it is difficult to prevent the pivot pin 10 from coming off the shaft hole that is responsible for mounting the door plate fixture 1 to each door plate 2, 3. . Therefore, by drilling a shaft hole 20 having a key groove 19 in the mounting portion 18 which is fitted integrally with the corner upper end surface of each door plate 2, 3, the key groove 19, A shaft hole 20 with 19 can be provided.
[0026]
The convex member 8 of the present example is configured such that the convex protrusions 30 provided on the upper surface are simultaneously fitted into the guide rail 9, thereby restricting the respective protrusions 30, 30 from rotating with each other, so that the fitting direction with respect to the guide rail 9 is unified. Stipulated.
[0027]
The pair of protrusions 30, 30 fitted into the guide rail 9 are formed integrally on the upper surface of the protrusion 8, and move up and down together with the protrusion 8. The falling-off prevention member 31 is an L-shaped metal piece having a cross section composed of a moving piece 32 and an engaging piece 33. The moving piece is screwed into an adjusting screw 34 inserted horizontally into the convex member 8, and the engaging piece 33 is made convex. The projections 30 can be projected horizontally between the projections 30.
[0028]
In the door plate fixture 1, the pivot pin 10 and the convex member 8 pivot integrally with a mounting portion 18 fitted to the upper end surface 6 of each of the door plates 2 and 3. Further, since the elevating trajectory of the convex member 8 is regulated by the turning pin 10 inserted into the shaft hole 20, the configuration is simple as a whole.
[0029]
A feature of the present invention is that the door plate fixture 1 can be attached to the upper end surfaces 6 of the door plates 2 and 3 simply by inserting the turning pin 10 into the shaft hole 20 in a locked state. For this reason, it is necessary that the pivot pin 10 can be freely inserted into and removed from the shaft hole 20 at the time of mounting. Specifically, the positional relationship between the key groove 19 formed in the shaft hole 20 and the locking pin 28 protruding from the pivot pin 10 in a horizontal plane is specified, and the selection of the mounting and the retaining is realized.
[0030]
Since the convex member 8 of the door plate fixture 1 is non-rotatably fitted into the guide rail 9 by the pair of convex protrusions 30, the direction is fixed to the guide rail 9. For this reason, when each door plate 2, 3 is folded by opening and closing operation of the folding door 4, the direction of each door plate 2, 3 changes with respect to the convex member 8, and the pivot pin 10 according to the convex member 8 is attached to the mounting portion according to the door plates 2, 3. It turns with respect to the shaft hole 20 of 18. The normal turning range of the turning pin 10 with respect to the shaft hole 20 according to the opening / closing operation of the door plates 2 and 3 is approximately 0 degrees (closed state in which the door plates 2 and 3 are linearly arranged) from a change in the direction of the door plates 2 and 3. It is 90 degrees (the doors 2 and 3 are folded open).
[0031]
Therefore, the keyway 19 and the locking pin 28 of the present example coincide with each other in a positional relationship of 135 degrees (135 degrees between the convex member 8 and the door plates 2 and 3) outside the normal turning range, and the shaft hole 20 is formed. The pivot pin 10 can be freely inserted and removed. Thus, in the normal turning range (0 to 90 degrees) of the turning pin 10 according to the opening and closing operations of the door plates 2 and 3, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the keyway 19 and the locking pin 28 does not match, and it is possible to prevent slippage.
[0032]
The folding door 4 as a whole supports a support pin 13 projecting from the lower end face 7 of the fixed side door plate 2 with a swivel holder 15 fixed to the lower edge of the opening 5. The main function of the door plates 2 and 3 to prevent the door plates 2 and 3 from inclining during opening / closing and to deviate from the opening 5 is only engagement of the locking pin 28 with the mounting portion 18 at a position deviated from the key groove 19. However, there is no problem in the mounting strength of the door plate fixture 1 to the door plates 2 and 3.
[0033]
After the door plates 2 and 3 have been attached to the door plate attachment 1, the support pins 13 on the lower end surface 7 are first pivotally supported by the turning receiver 15 at the lower edge of the opening 5, and then the projections 30 and The assembly can be assembled to the opening 5 simply by causing the fitting 30 to be fitted toward the guide rail 9. As shown in FIG. 8, the convex member 8 urged upward by the coil spring 29 and elastically supported is lowered by pressing the coil spring 29 downward so as to compress it, and obstructs the frame 16. And can be brought directly below the guide rail 9.
[0034]
Here, the projecting member 8 urged upward by the coil spring 29 and elastically supports the projecting projections 30 and 30 in a normal state, and cannot be fitted into the guide rail 9 as it is, but as shown in FIG. The protruding member 8 is pushed down by the operator's hand to bring the protruding protrusions 30 and 30 directly below the guide rail 9, and by removing the load that has pressed down the protruding protrusions 30 and 30, the protruding member 8 autonomously. Is restored, and the protrusions 30, 30 can be fitted into the guide rail 9 (see FIG. 9).
[0035]
The protruding member 8 is urged upward by the urging of the coil spring 29, and the front and rear portions other than the protruding protrusion 30 abut on the lower edge flange 35 of the guide rail 9. For this reason, it is not necessary to adjust the fitting amount of the convex member 8 to the guide rail 9 by adjusting the height on the lower end surface 7 (the turning receiver 15) side of the door plate 2. As is clear from FIG. 5, the left and right positions of the convex member 8 on the fixed side door plate 2 side are regulated by the fitting of the projections 30 into the guide rail 9 and the fitting into the fixing aid 17. The illustration of the fixing aid 17 is only shown in FIG. 5 and is omitted in other drawings.
[0036]
When the protrusions 30, 30 of the protrusion member 8 can be fitted into the guide rail 9, the mounting of the door plates 2, 3 to the opening 5 is completed. In the present invention, in order to further secure the mounting stability of the door plates 2 and 3, the falling-off prevention member 31 is projected from the convex protrusions 30 and 30 fitted into the guide rail 9 toward the catch provided in the guide rail 9.
[0037]
In the case of this example, since the adjusting screw 34 is merely inserted in the position fixed state with respect to the convex member 8, when the adjusting screw 34 is turned clockwise, the falling-off preventing material 31 screwed to the adjusting screw 34 relatively moves. Then (rightward direction in FIG. 9), the engaging piece 33 is projected from the projections 30, 30 toward the lower edge flange 35 of the guide rail 9, and can be positioned above the lower edge flange 35.
[0038]
Since the convex member 8 is in contact with the tip of the lower edge flange 35 of the guide rail 9 and its position is regulated in the front and rear directions, the degree of freedom regarding the movement of the falling-off prevention member 31 from which the engagement piece 33 is projected is low, and the lower edge Since the engagement relationship with the flange 35 is not released, there is no danger that the convex members 8 fall out of the guide rails 9 in normal use and the door plates 2 and 3 come off.
[0039]
In order to construct a door opening / closing device for a hinged door, a door plate fixture 1 having exactly the same structure as that of the above-described example (see FIG. 1 and subsequent figures) is pivotally attached to a side end of the door plate 2 on the upper end surface 6 side. As shown in FIG. 5, the door plate 2 fits the convex member 8 of the door plate fixture 1 into a fixing aid 17 fastened to the guide rail 9 and restrains the same, and the support pin 13 protrudes from the lower end surface. Is pivotally mounted by a swivel holder 15 fixed to the lower end position of the side edge of the opening 5 to enable swiveling. That is, the moving-side door plate 3 of the above-mentioned folding door door opening / closing device is eliminated and only the fixed side door plate 2 is provided, and the fixed-side door plate 2 has exactly the same structure as the above-mentioned folding door door opening / closing device. do it.
[0040]
This means that the members can be shared, regardless of whether the door is a folding door or a hinged door. As a result, it is possible to reduce the product cost, and it is possible to significantly reduce the time and labor for managing and installing members when installing a folding door and a hinged door in the same building.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, when attaching to a door plate, it becomes easy to perform attachment work so that a tool becomes unnecessary, and it becomes possible to provide the door plate fixture which can be easily attached to a door plate at a construction site. This is an effect obtained by the configuration of the pivot pin and the mounting portion that can be inserted into and removed from the shaft hole on the door plate only outside the normal pivot range.
[0042]
As an improvement in operation, the door plate fixture of the present invention can be attached to the door plate without the need for hammering-in operation, and can be installed at a construction site. In particular, there is an advantage that the mounting operation can be performed without using an adhesive which makes handling and storage management difficult and deteriorates the working environment.
[0043]
As a structural improvement, the door plate fixture of the present invention has an advantage that the convex member and the pivot pin do not project from the door plate during transportation. Since the convex member and the pivot pin are attached at the construction site, transportation and packing efficiency can be improved. Further, there is no need to worry about damage to the door plate fixture during transportation as in the related art. As described above, the door plate fixture of the present invention has an effect of improving work and structure.
