Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention provides a fragrance packaging that can be peeled off by leaving a peelable film on a package body side by peeling the peelable film from a package containing a fragrance such as solid, granule or liquid. The present invention relates to a material and a lid for a fragrance container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a container for fragrance packaging, a breathable sheet or resin made of paper or non-woven fabric is used at the opening of various shapes such as bottles, cups, trays, etc. made of glass or plastic with gas barrier properties. A container containing a fragrance, which is covered with an inner lid made of a breathable sheet made of heat and sealed with heat sealing, and a gas-barrier sealing plastic cap is covered and sealed at the opening, is used.
[0003]
In addition, a container containing a fragrance made by making a bag using a breathable sheet or film and enclosing a plurality of sachets packed with a fragrance in a pouch made using a gas barrier resin film and hermetically sealing and packaging and so on.
[0004]
Also, in recent years, as a packaging material used for plastic containers for packaging fragrances, sealing lids (sheets) for sealing and sealing the opening of containers, or sealing pouches, fragrance has evaporated to the outside of the container. In consideration of long-term storage so that the fragrance does not deteriorate, a polyethylene terephthalate film in which a gas barrier aluminum foil or a metal oxide such as silicon oxide or aluminum oxide is deposited on the intermediate layer of the resin film packaging material is used. A gas barrier composite laminated material laminated as an aroma retaining layer is used.
[0005]
This gas barrier composite laminate material is often used as a cover material for simple containers that are used in a state in which a fragrance is contained in a container, and a gas barrier aluminum layer is added to the surface layer of the cover material as a fragrance. It is used as an easily peelable gas barrier composite laminate material applied as a layer.
[0006]
This easy-peelable gas barrier composite laminate material prevents the fragrance from evaporating during storage before use due to the scent retention by the scent retention layer, and when used, the scent retention on the container lid surface side. By peeling the adhesive film layer, a non-fragrance-retaining film (sealant) that is a non-gas barrier (breathable) residual lid film of the laminated material remains on the container opening side, and the container side The fragrance of the fragrance can be evaporated through the remaining non-scented film.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the interlayer of the gas barrier composite laminate material between the scent-holding film layer and the non-scent-holding film layer is laminated and bonded via an easily peelable adhesive so that it can be easily peeled when used. For this reason, the vapor of the fragrance in the container deteriorates the adhesive through the non-fragrance film, or delamination occurs between the fragrance film layer and the non-fragrance film layer. Irregular peeling areas and voids are generated at the interface between the scent-holding film layer and the non-scent-holding film layer, and the scent-holding film layer is non-scent-holding film layer during display storage and transportation. There is a concern that the fragrance may be completely peeled off, resulting in transpiration loss or deterioration of the fragrance outside the container, damaging the storage function of the container and adversely affecting the product quality of the fragrance.
[0008]
The present invention suppresses delamination between the fragrance-retaining layer and the non-fragrance-retaining film layer, and even if delamination occurs, it does not damage the storage function of the container, The purpose is to prevent adverse effects on product quality.

【The invention's effect】
The fragrance packaging material of the present invention comprises a scent-retaining film layer, an adhesive layer, a gas barrier resin layer, a peelable resin layer, and a non-scent-retaining film layer, which are laminated in this order. A layer and a gas barrier resin layer, which are laminated so as to be easily peelable from the non-fragrance film layer through the peelable resin layer, and move in the direction of the adhesive layer through the non-fragrance film layer. Gas barrier properties in which aromatic vapors evaporating from fragrances such as solid, granular, and jelly are interposed between the adhesive layer adhering the fragrance-holding film layer and the non-fragrance film layer It can be blocked by the resin layer, and has an effect of preventing the deterioration of the adhesive bonding the aroma retaining film layer and the gas barrier resin layer.
[0049]
Therefore, the occurrence of delamination between the aroma retaining film layer and the gas barrier resin layer can be avoided, and irregular peeling regions and voids are generated at the interface between the aroma retaining film layer and the gas barrier resin layer, It is possible to prevent a phenomenon in which the scent-retaining film layer completely peels from the gas barrier resin layer during display storage or transportation. Further, the fragrance packaging material of the present invention is not limited to the fragrance packaging material, and can be used and deployed as a packaging material for packaging a vaporizable deodorant or insect repellent.
[0050]
Moreover, even if delamination occurs between the aroma retaining film layer and the gas barrier resin layer, and an irregular peeling region or void occurs at the interface between the aroma retaining film layer and the gas barrier resin layer. In addition, since the gas barrier resin layer remains on the non-scent retaining film layer side, there is an effect of not adversely affecting the product quality of the fragrance without damaging the flavor retaining function of the container.
[0051]
In addition, the fragrance packaging material of the present invention includes a nylon resin layer between a gas barrier resin layer made of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and a non-fragrant film layer, and the gas barrier resin layer and the nylon resin layer. Thus, the effect of preventing the edge of the material from being cut is added.
