Claims (9)
- 本体部分およびクラウン部分を有し;
上記本体部分は1の密度の第1の材料からなり;
上記クラウン部分は上記第1の材料の密度より小さな密度の第2の材料からなり;さらに、
上記クラウン部分の内部表面の周縁は、振動を抑制し音響的な減衰を行なう材料の1の層を介して、上記本体部分に形成された開口の周縁に結合され、上記1の層は上記クラウン部分の下側面全体に対して一体に並んで当該下側面全体を実質的に被覆するチタンメッシュ振動減衰材料からなり、上記減衰材料は149Km/h(90mph)のスイング速度で3800Hzから10000Hzの間の周波数範囲にわたって、28%から50%の雑音減衰を実現することを特徴とするゴルフクラブヘッド。 - 上記クラウン部分の密度は、0.1g/ccから4.0g/ccの間である請求項1記載のゴルフクラブヘッド。
- 上記クラブヘッドの最大反発係数は0.80より大きい請求項1記載のゴルフクラブヘッド。
- 上記第1の材料はチタン合金であり、上記第2の材料は熱可塑性材料、または、金属である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゴルフクラブヘッド。
- 上記第1の材料はステンレス鋼合金であり、上記第2の材料は金属、または、熱可塑性材料である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゴルフクラブヘッド。
- 上記クラウン部分は、注型、成型、射出成型、機械加工、または、プリプレグシート成型により製造される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゴルフクラブヘッド。
- 上記本体部分は鍛造される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゴルフクラブヘッド。
- 上記本体部分はシート金属成型される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゴルフクラブヘッド。
- 上記本体部分は注型により製造される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゴルフクラブヘッド。
