Claims (2)
- 弾性表面波共振器と、多重モード型フィルタと、を有する弾性表面波フィルタにおいて、信号入力端子とこれに最も近いグランドとの間、及び、信号出力端子とこれに最も近いグランドとの間の少なくとも一方に、直列に接続された複数の弾性表面波共振器が設けられ、前記複数の弾性表面波共振器のうち複数個が前記信号入力端子、及び、前記信号出力端子の少なくとも一方と前記多重モード型フィルタとの間に設けられ、前記複数の弾性表面波共振器のうち一個が前記グランドと前記多重モード型フィルタとの間に設けられ、前記複数の弾性表面波共振器の静電容量は略等しいことを特徴とする弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 弾性表面波共振器と、バランス型の多重モード型フィルタと、を有する弾性表面波フィルタにおいて、バランス端子とこれに最も近いグランドとの間に、直列に接続された複数の弾性表面波共振器が設けられ、前記複数の弾性表面波共振器のうち複数個が前記バランス端子と前記多重モード型フィルタとの間に設けられ、前記複数の弾性表面波共振器のうち一個が前記グランドと前記多重モード型フィルタとの間に設けられ、前記複数の弾性表面波共振器の静電容量は略等しいことを特徴とする弾性表面波フィルタ。
