【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a surging detection method and apparatus for a gas turbine compressor. By detecting the pressure and temperature in the compressor, surging can be reliably detected, the gas turbine can be tripped, and surging can be predicted in advance. Thus, the detection method and the detection device can trip the gas turbine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 7 is a typical sectional view of a gas turbine compressor. In the figure, a compressor 100 is formed by alternately arranging a plurality of stationary blades 110 fixed to a casing and circumferentially arranged, and a plurality of moving blades 120 attached around the compressor rotor in the axial direction. It is configured. In the example shown in the figure, the stationary blade 110 and the moving blade 120 are arranged in the 15-stage axial direction, the air is sucked in and compressed between the 1st stage to the 15th stage, flows out of the
[0003]
The compressor 100 also has a No. 5
[0004]
In such a gas turbine compressor, the pressure changes suddenly depending on the state of the load, and surging that causes vibration occurs. If surging occurs, the gas turbine will not be tripped immediately, and the blades and the like may be damaged. . Current gas turbine compressor surging detection measures intake air temperature and partial pressure fluctuations, detects surging from these sudden fluctuations, and trips the gas turbine. The current situation is that no reliable detection method has been established.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, conventional gas turbine compressor surging is detected by monitoring the intake air temperature and sudden pressure fluctuations with a data logger to detect surging, until the gas turbine trips after detecting surging. It takes time, and if surging occurs, the compressor will be damaged if it is not tripped immediately. The current surging detection method is not sufficient in this respect, and the development of a reliable method capable of detecting the surging state more quickly has been desired.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention detects the pressure and temperature of each stage of the compressor, reliably detects surging from these detection signals so that the gas turbine can be tripped early, and further, the surging can be detected from the operating conditions during operation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a surging detection method and detection apparatus that can predict what will happen.

According to the configuration, surging is reliably predicted, and before the surging occurs, the fuel shut-off valve is closed and the discharge valve is opened, so that the compressor can be reliably prevented from being damaged by surging.
[0020]
In (6) of the present invention, when surging occurs and urgency is required, the control device outputs a signal to blow up the explosion valve connected to the discharge valve and forcibly open the discharge valve. Since the pressure in the compressor is released, the compressor can be prevented from being damaged. In the present invention (7), since three pressure and temperature sensors are attached in the circumferential direction, surging can be detected more accurately in each case.

【The invention's effect】
The surging detection method for a gas turbine compressor according to the present invention includes: (1) detecting the pressure and temperature of each stage of the gas turbine compressor, comparing the detection signal with a preset set value, and detecting either of the detection signals; Is larger than the set value, it is determined that surging has occurred, and the fuel shut-off valve is closed and the air discharge valve is opened. With this method, surging can be detected quickly, and the fuel shut-off valve is closed and the discharge valve is opened and compressed more quickly than the conventional method of monitoring the data logger pressure and temperature to trip the gas turbine. Damage to the machine can be prevented.
[0043]
The detection method (2) of the present invention detects the pressure and temperature of each stage of the gas turbine compressor, the bleed chamber and the diffuser, and compares the detection signals with the condition data for which surging is held in advance. When it is determined that the detection signal causes surging, the fuel cutoff valve is closed and the air discharge valve is opened. By such a method, the data held in advance is obtained by actually operating the compressor, obtaining data such as the pressure and temperature distribution of each stage when surging occurs, the operation pattern until it occurs, Since it is held, surging can be determined by comparing with these data, and the fuel shut-off valve is closed in advance and the air discharge valve is opened to prevent the compressor from being damaged by surging.
[0044]
(3) of the present invention is an apparatus for carrying out the method of (1), and surging is reliably detected by an apparatus configuration including a pressure / temperature sensor, a comparison circuit, and a surging detection signal output circuit at each stage, The operation of closing the fuel shut-off valve and opening the vent valve is done quickly, and the gas turbine can be tripped more quickly than the conventional method of monitoring the data logger and tripping the gas turbine depending on the condition, and the compressor is broken. Is reliably prevented.
[0045]
In (4) of the present invention, in the above (3), three pressure / temperature sensors in each stage are attached in the circumferential direction, and the pressure and temperature in each stage are two of the three. Since a surging state is detected when a signal is output, surging can be accurately detected at each stage, and the effect of the above (3) is further ensured.
[0046]
(5) of the present invention is an apparatus for carrying out the method of (2) above, and includes a pressure / temperature sensor, a database, a discharge valve driving device, and a control device arranged in each stage, the extraction chamber and the diffuser. According to the configuration, surging is reliably predicted, and before the surging occurs, the fuel shut-off valve is closed and the discharge valve is opened, so that the compressor can be reliably prevented from being damaged by surging.
[0047]
In (6) of the present invention, when surging occurs and urgency is required, the control device outputs a signal to blow up the explosion valve connected to the discharge valve and forcibly open the discharge valve. Since the pressure in the compressor is released, the compressor can be prevented from being damaged. In the present invention (7), since three pressure and temperature sensors are attached in the circumferential direction, surging can be detected more accurately in each case.
