Claims (11)
- 溶媒中に燃料成分と酸化剤成分を含んで分散させてなる、粘度1,000〜300,000センチポイズの火工材料スラリーを製造する工程、
板状に形成されたヘッダ部材の、着火電流で発熱する発熱体の上に、火工材料スラリーを滴下する工程、及び
滴下した火工材料スラリーを乾燥する工程
を含んでなるインフレータ用点火器の製造方法。 - 前記火工材料スラリーを製造する工程は、燃料成分とバインダー成分とを溶媒に分散させてなる粘度1,000〜300,000センチポイズの燃料スラリーを攪拌する工程を含む請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記火工材料スラリーを製造する工程は、燃料スラリーに更に酸化剤成分を添加してなる粘度1,000〜300,000センチポイズの火工材料スラリーを攪拌する工程を含む請求項1又は2記載の製造方法。
- 前記火工材料スラリーは、更にセルロース誘導体類、ウレタン類、ゴム類及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるバインダーを含有する請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の製造方法。
- 前記セルロース誘導体類は、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースである請求項4記載の製造方法。
- 前記火工材料スラリーには、更にガラス粉末、ガラスファイバー、セラミックファイバー、スチールウール、ベントナイト、カオリナイト及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるものが配合される請求項1〜5の何れか一項記載の製造方法。
- 前記燃料成分は、ジルコニウム、鉄、すず、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、タングステン、チタン、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、ニオビウム及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される粉末であり、
酸化剤成分は、過塩素酸カリウム、過塩素酸リチウム、過塩素酸ナトリウム及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される粉末である
請求項1〜6の何れか一項記載の製造方法。 - 前記酸化剤成分は過塩素酸カリウムであり、火工材料スラリーは、更にヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ニトロセルロース及びウレタンから成る群から選択されるバインダーを含有する請求項1〜7の何れか一項記載の製造方法。
- 前記火工材料スラリーを滴下する工程は、攪拌しながら行われる請求項1〜8の何れか一項記載の製造方法。
- 板状に形成されたヘッダ部材の、着火電流で発熱する発熱体が存在する面側には、発熱体を取り囲む周壁面を備えたチャージホルダーが取り付けられており、
前記火工材料スラリーを滴下する工程において、火工材料スラリーはヘッダ部材とチャージホルダーで規定された空間に滴下される請求項1〜9の何れか一項記載の製造方法。 - チャージホルダーは合成樹脂を用いて形成されている請求項10記載の製造方法。
