Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性樹脂とNi粉とが加熱混練されて作製され、且つ、X線回折角30〜60度の範囲内において、Ni3Cの(002)面のピーク強度IAのNiの(200)面のピーク強度IBに対する比(IA/IB)が0.0030〜0.0621の範囲内である、ポリマーPTC素体。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、高密度ポリエチレンと低密度ポリエチレンとを混合した混合ポリエチレンを含み、その混合の比率は、高密度ポリエチレンが5〜50wt%、低密度ポリエチレンが50〜95wt%である、請求項1記載のポリマーPTC素体。
- 互いに対向する一対の電極と、前記一対の電極間に配置されたポリマーPTC素体とを備え、
前記ポリマーPTC素体は、熱可塑性樹脂とNi粉とが加熱混練されて作製され、且つ、X線回折角30〜60度の範囲内において、Ni3Cの(002)面のピーク強度IAのNiの(200)面のピーク強度IBに対する比(IA/IB)が0.0030〜0.0621の範囲内である、ポリマーPTC素子。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、高密度ポリエチレンと低密度ポリエチレンとを混合した混合ポリエチレンを含み、その混合の比率は、高密度ポリエチレンが5〜50wt%、低密度ポリエチレンが50〜95wt%である、請求項3記載のポリマーPTC素子。
