製造条件:
加熱温度:1250〜1050℃
仕上温度:750〜950℃
巻取温度:500〜800℃
冷間圧延率:50%以上
焼鈍:650〜850℃×1〜300分
ほうろう性:
酸洗、Ni処理を行った後、膜厚:100μmの一回かけほうろう処理を行い、つまとび性、泡・黒点性表面欠陥、密着性を調査した。その結果以下の知見をした。
A) 深絞り性はC量が低いほど、酸素量が低いほど良好になる。
B) S量が比較的高い鋼において、Mnを一定量以上含有させることにより深絞り性が向上し、かつ時効性が小さくなる。
C) 深絞り性はC:0.0025%以下で、Nbを0.004%以上添加すれば、高いr値が得られる。
D) 時効指数はC:0.0025%以下、V:0.003%以上、Nb:0.004%以上添加の条件を満足すれば、焼鈍条件によらず5MPa以下が得られる。
E) つまとび性と良い相関のある水素透過時間は酸素、Mn、S、V、Nb量に影響され、これらの元素は添加量が多いほど水素透過時間が長くなる。

S:0.025%超〜0.08%、
Cu:0.02〜0.045%、

V:0.003〜0.06%、
残部Feおよび不可避的不純物からなり、酸化物と酸化物の間に0.10μm以上の空隙が存在することを特徴とする加工性および耐つまとび性に優れたほうろう用鋼板。
C:0.0025%以下、
Mn:0.05〜0.8%、
Si:0.015%以下、
Al:0.015%以下、
N:0.0045%以下、
O:0.005〜0.055%、
P:0.025%未満、
S:0.025%超〜0.08%、
Cu:0.02〜0.045%、
Nb:0.004%超〜0.06%、
V:0.003〜0.06%、
残部Feおよび不可避的不純物からなり、酸化物と酸化物の間に0.10μm以上の空隙が存在することを特徴とする加工性および耐つまとび性に優れたほうろう用鋼板。
また、ほうろう密着性は酸洗時間が2分と短い条件で評価した。ほうろう密着性は通常行われているP.E.I.密着試験方法(ASTM C313ー59)では密着性に差が出ないため、2kgの球頭の重りを1m高さから落下させ、変形部のほうろう剥離状態を169本の触診針で計測し、未剥離部分の面積率で評価した。
表1の結果から明らかなように、本発明の鋼板はr値、Elが良好であり、かつ耐時効性も良好で、ほうろう特性も優れたほうろう用鋼板である。本発明鋼においてはNb、Vの添加によって時効性(AI)が良好(0)である。一方、比較例で示した鋼板は、材質特性もしくはほうろう特性のいずれか一方、または双方の特性が劣っている。また本発明鋼は、r値の面内異方性が著しく小さいという特徴を有しており、成形性および成形時の鋼板歩留りの観点からも有利といえる。すなわち、化学組成及び化学組成間の密接な関係が本発明範囲をはずれると材質、ほうろう特性の優れた鋼板が得られない。

- 質量%で、
C:0.010%以下、
Mn:0.03〜1.3%、
Si:0.03%以下、
Al:0.02%以下、
N:0.0055%以下、
O:0.005〜0.055%、
P:0.035%未満、
S:0.025%超〜0.08%、
Cu:0.02〜0.045%、
Nb:0.004%超〜0.06%、
V:0.003〜0.06%、
残部Feおよび不可避的不純物からなり、酸化物と酸化物の間に0.10μm以上の空隙が存在することを特徴とする加工性および耐つまとび性に優れたほうろう用鋼板。 - 質量%で、
C:0.0025%以下、
Mn:0.05〜0.8%、
Si:0.015%以下、
Al:0.015%以下、
N:0.0045%以下、
O:0.005〜0.055%、
P:0.025%未満、
S:0.025%超〜0.08%、
Cu:0.02〜0.045%、
Nb:0.004%超〜0.06%、
V:0.003〜0.06%、
残部Feおよび不可避的不純物からなり、酸化物と酸化物の間に0.10μm以上の空隙が存在することを特徴とする加工性および耐つまとび性に優れたほうろう用鋼板。 - さらに、質量%で、B,Sn,Ca、Mg、Ni、Crの1種以上を、B,Sn,Ca、Mgについては合計で0.08 % 以下、Ni、Crについては合計で25 % 以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の加工性および耐つまとび性に優れたほうろう用鋼板。
- 前記鋼の600℃以上の熱間での圧延加工において、1000℃以上、且つ歪速度1/秒以上の条件で真歪の総和で0.4以上の圧延を行った後、1000℃以下、かつ歪速度10/秒以上の条件で真歪の総和で0.7以上の圧延を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかの項に記載の加工性および耐つまとび性に優れたほうろう用鋼板の製造方法。
- 水素ガス中での850℃の温度で20時間の焼鈍前後の鋼板の密度変化が0.02%以上であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の加工性および耐つまとび性に優れたほうろう用鋼板の製造方法。
