Description
Claims (30)
- 多孔質保持体上に粒子状物質のある量を計量供給する方法であって、
前記多孔質保持体の第1の表面を前記粒子状物質に曝露する段階;
前記多孔質保持体の第2の表面に減圧をかけて前記第1の表面上に物質を計量供給する段階;ならびに
前記減圧を調節して前記保持体の第1の表面上に計量供給される物質の量を制御する段階;
を有することを特徴とする上記方法。 - 前記粒子状物質が微粉末の形態にある請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記微粉末が、平均直径が1μm〜100μmの範囲である粒子を含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子を曝気によって流動化させる請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記微粉末が雲の形態にある請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状物質がバルク粉末床の形態にある請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質保持体の組成が、金属、合金、ケイ酸塩および有機ポリマーからなる群から選択される請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記保持体の物理構造が、メッシュ、焼結、織編物、穿孔、鋳造および発泡構造からなる群から選択される請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記穿孔構造が前記保持体をレーザー光で穴あけすることで形成される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記穿孔構造が前記保持体の化学エッチングによって形成される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記穿孔構造が前記保持体の放電加工によって形成される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質保持体が、膜、フィルター、スクリーン、メッシュおよびストレーナーからなる群から選択される篩の形態にある請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記減圧を真空オリフィスブロックによってかける請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記減圧のレベルを圧力センサーによってモニタリングする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記圧力センサーが圧力変換器を有している請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧レベルを空気流制御バルブによって調節する請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記圧力センサーおよび前記空気流制御バルブと接続された制御装置によって、前記減圧レベルを調節する請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置が、コンピュータ、パーソナルコンピュータおよびプログラマブルロジック制御装置(PLC)からなる群から選択される請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記保持体上に計量供給される粒子状物質の量が1μg〜100mgの範囲である請求項1ないし18のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記計量供給される粒子状物質の量が1μg〜1mgの範囲である請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質保持体の第1の表面を有孔マスクで覆う段階をさらに有する請求項1ないし20のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 医薬容器に粒子状物質を充填する方法であって、
請求項1ないし21のいずれかに記載の方法に従って多孔質保持体上に前記粒子状物質を計量供給する段階;ならびに
前記医薬容器内に前記保持体を入れる段階を有する方法。 - 前記医薬容器が、瓶、バイアル、医薬パックおよびブリスター帯片からなる群から選択される請求項22に記載の方法。
- 1以上のシール材で前記医薬容器をシールする段階をさらに有する請求項22または23に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のシール材が、蓋、頂部、底、フィルム、箔および積層体からなる群から選択される請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状物質が医薬を含んでいる請求項1ないし25のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記医薬が、アルブテロール、サルメテロール、プロピオン酸フルチカゾンおよびジプロピオン酸ベクロメタゾンならびにそれらの塩もしくは溶媒和物およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記医薬容器が打錠用モールドであり、前記方法がタブレットの圧縮成型段階をさらに有する請求項22ないし27のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項23ないし27のいずれかに記載の方法によって得ることができる医薬パックまたはブリスター帯片。
- 請求項28に記載の方法によって得ることができる医薬錠剤。
