【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the component holding member pass / fail detection device of the first aspect of the present invention and the component holding member pass / fail detection method of the second aspect, the lighting device, the imaging device, and the control device are provided, and the component holding member Since the quality of the component holding member is judged based on the luminance on the component holding surface, the light reflectance of the component holding surface is so affected that the accurate recognition of the component held by the component holding member is adversely affected. The raised component holding member can be detected.
[0072]
Moreover, the quality of the component holding member can be determined with higher accuracy by dividing the component holding surface to provide a partition and measuring the luminance for each partition.
In addition to the luminance measurement, imaging information of the component holding surface is also taken into consideration, whereby the quality determination accuracy of the component holding member can be further improved.
Moreover, since the light quantity in a normal component recognition operation | movement is exceeded by performing quality determination of a component holding member using the light quantity for an inspection, the said quality determination can be performed with a higher precision.
[0073]
Further, according to the component mounting apparatus of the third aspect and the component mounting method of the fourth aspect of the present invention, the component holding member pass / fail detection device of the first aspect is provided, and the component holding member pass / fail detection method is executed. In addition, it is possible to detect contamination on the component holding surface of the component holding member, peeling of the coating, and the like before holding the component. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of erroneous component recognition due to light reflection on the component holding surface during the component recognition operation performed before component mounting.
[0074]
Since the component transfer device includes the detection device support member and the drive device, when the component held by the component holding member is recognized, the component transfer device is moved to the place where the recognition device is installed as in the past. There is no need to let them. Therefore, the mounting cycle time can be shortened, and as a result, the operation rate of component mounting can be increased.
[0075]
Furthermore, by providing the cleaning device, the component holding surface of the component holding member can be automatically cleaned when it is determined that the component holding member is defective as a result of the quality detection of the component holding member.
Furthermore, by providing the holding member exchanging device, it can be automatically replaced with a normal suction nozzle when it does not return to a normal component holding member despite being washed by the cleaning device.
