Description
図6は、本発明による圧延曲げ装置を使用して圧延曲げ加工を行った他の実験結果を示す。本例では、圧延量と曲率の関係を調べた。縦軸は鉄心の外径mm、横軸は圧延量μmである。本実験によれば、圧延量が1μm変動すると、鉄心の内径は3mm変動する。このことから、圧延量を一定に保つことが、鉄心の寸法精度を向上には重要であることが分かる。
Claims (5)
- 板厚が0.465mm〜0.535mmの範囲の帯状薄板を螺旋状に積層して形成されたリング状の回転電機の鉄心において、外周面上に円周方向に沿って周期的に配置された軸線方向の切欠きを有し、該切欠きの深さは、0.5mm以上であって加工時に圧延される幅の1/2以下の寸法としたことを特徴とする鉄心。
- 請求項1記載において、上記切欠きは、鉄心の内周に設けられたティースに対応する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする鉄心。
- 請求項1記載において、上記切欠きは、鉄心の内周に設けられたティースに対応する位置に配置され且つティースと同一数にて設けられていることを特徴とする鉄心。
- 請求項1記載において、上記帯状薄板は珪素鋼鈑より構成されていることを特徴とする鉄心。
- 自動車に搭載されて少なくとも発電機として用いられる車両用回転電機において、
フロントブラケット及びリヤブラケットによって固定された鉄心と、
該鉄心に装着された巻線と
を有し、
上記鉄心は、
環状のヨークと、
該ヨークの周の一方側に形成された複数のティースと、
該ティースと交互に上記ヨークの周の一方側に形成された複数のスロットと、
上記ヨークの周の他方側に形成された複数の切欠きと
を備えたものであって、
上記ヨーク部分を形成する帯状の部分の一方側に、上記ティースを形成する部分と上記スロットを形成する部分とが交互に形成され、その他方側に上記切欠きを形成する部分が形成された板厚が0.465mm〜0.535mmの範囲の帯状薄板を圧延加工しながら螺旋状に積層することによって形成されたものであり、
上記複数のスロットには上記巻線が挿入されており、
上記複数の切欠きは、
上記ヨークの円周方向に周期的に配置されて、
軸線方向に延びており、
0.5mm以上であって加工時に圧延される幅の1/2以下の寸法とした
ことを特徴とする車両用回転電機。
