Description
メタクリル酸メチル51〜100重量%、メタクリル酸メチルを除くメタクリル酸エステルおよびアクリル酸エステルの中からえらばれた少なくとも1種の単量体0〜49重量%とこれらと共重合可能なビニル系単量体0〜20重量%とからなる単量体または単量体混合物(A)50〜99重量部を乳化重合して得られた重合体で比粘度η sp (重合体0.1gを100mlのクロロホルムに溶解した溶液を用いて30℃でユーベロード型粘度計により測定)が0.7以上である(共)重合体のラテックスの存在下で、メタクリル酸メチル0〜49重量%とメタクリル酸メチルを除くメタクリル酸エステルおよびアクリル酸エステルの中からえらばれた少なくとも1種の単量体51〜100重量%とこれらと共重合可能なビニル系単量体0〜20重量%とからなる単量体または単量体混合物(B)50〜1重量部を、合計量が100重量部となるように添加・重合して得られた重合体で比粘度η sp (重合体0.1gを100mlのクロロホルムに溶解した溶液を用いて30℃でユーベロード型粘度計により測定)が0.5以上である塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤(請求項1)、
塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤が発泡剤含有塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤である請求項1記載の加工助剤(請求項2)、
塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部および請求項1記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤0.1〜30重量部からなる塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物(請求項3)、および
塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部、請求項1記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤0.1〜30重量部および発泡剤を添加してなる発泡剤含有塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物(請求項4)
に関する。
(1)少量の添加で、塩化ビニル系樹脂が本来有するすぐれた物理的、化学的特性を損うことなく、ゲル化を促進し、また2次加工性を改良することができる。
(2)発泡成形時の比重を低下させることができる。
(3)製品の光沢を向上させることができる。
試料0.1gを100mlのクロロホルムに溶解させ、30℃の水浴中で一定温度に保ったユーベロード型粘度計を用いて測定した。
ポリ塩化ビニル(平均重合度680)100部に、加工助剤6.0部、炭酸カルシウム5.0部、酸化チタン3.0部、二塩基性亜リン酸鉛3.0部、ステアリン酸鉛0.4部、ステアリン酸カルシウム0.8部、ヒドロキシステアリン酸(ヘンケル社、LOXIOL G−21)0.3部、脂肪酸エステル(ヘンケル社、LOXIOL G−32)0.5部、脂肪族アルコール二塩基性エステル(ヘンケル社、LOXIOL G−60)0.4部および酸化ポリエチレンワックス(ヘキスト社、ヘキストワックス PED−521)0.5部を配合したものをヘンシェルミキサーにて混合した。内温110℃まで昇温後、冷却し、パウダーコンパウンドを得た。
ポリ塩化ビニル(平均重合度680)100部に、加工助剤3.0部、オクチルスズメルカプト系安定剤1.5部、エポキシ化大豆油1.5部、ステアリン酸ブチル1.0部および脂肪酸のポリグリコールエステル0.5部を配合したものをヘンシェルミキサーにて混合し、内温110℃まで昇温後、冷却し、パウダーコンパウンドを得た。
ゲル化性の評価で使用された配合物に、さらにアゾジカルボンアミド1.0部を配合し、前記と同様の方法でパウダーコンパウンドを得た。東洋精機(株)製ラボプラストミル付属の小型押出機(2D20C)で170℃で成形した。得られた矩形成形体の比重を評価した。成形体の比重が低いものほど発泡倍率が高く、発泡性がよいといえる。
撹拌機付き8リットル反応器にあらかじめ水に溶解したジオクチルスルホコハク酸ソーダ0.7部を入れ、さらに以後加える副原料に含まれる水量もあわせて水の全量を200部となるように水を加えた。前記反応器内の液相部にチッ素を流通させることにより空間部および水中の酸素を除去したのち、撹拌しながら内容物を70℃に昇温した。
表1に示した組成にしたがって、実施例1と同様にして試料(2)〜(10)を得た。
表2に示した組成にしたがって、実施例1と同様にして試料(11)〜(18)を得た。
表3に示した組成にしたがって、実施例1と同様にして試料(19)〜(24)を得た。
表4に示した組成にしたがって実施例1と同様にして試料(25)〜(28)を得た。
撹拌機付き8リットル反応器にあらかじめ水に溶解したジオクチルスルホコハク酸ソーダ0.5部および過硫酸カリウム0.03部を入れ、さらに水を加えて水の全量を200部とした。前記反応器内にチッ素を流通させることにより空間部および水中の酸素を除去したのち、撹拌しながら内容物を70℃に昇温した。
表4に示した組成にしたがって比較例9と同様にして重合体試料(30)を得た。
実施例1で用いた試料(1)の塩化ビニル樹脂への配合割合の効果を評価するために、前記評価方法における試料(1)6.0部(塩化ビニル樹脂100部に対し)にかえて、表5に記載の配合部数にし、そのほかは前記評価方法と同様にして評価した。ただし、比較例12の場合には、組成物の不均一性がまして、透明性、発泡性を評価するのに適した成形体を得ることができなかった。結果を表5に示す。

- メタクリル酸メチル51〜100重量%とメタクリル酸メチルを除くメタクリル酸エステルおよびアクリル酸エステルの中からえらばれた少なくとも1種の単量体0〜49重量%とこれらと共重合可能なビニル系単量体0〜20重量%とからなる単量体または単量体混合物(A)50〜99重量部を乳化重合して得られた重合体で比粘度η sp (重合体0.1gを100mlのクロロホルムに溶解した溶液を用いて30℃でユーベロード型粘度計により測定)が0.7以上である(共)重合体のラテックスの存在下で、
メタクリル酸メチル0〜49重量%とメタクリル酸メチルを除くメタクリル酸エステルおよびアクリル酸エステルの中からえらばれた少なくとも1種の単量体51〜100重量%とこれらと共重合可能なビニル系単量体0〜20重量%とからなる単量体または単量体混合物(B)50〜1重量部を合計量が100重量部となるように添加・重合して得られた重合体で比粘度η sp (重合体0.1gを100mlのクロロホルムに溶解した溶液を用いて30℃でユーベロード型粘度計により測定)が0.5以上である塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤。 - 塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤が発泡剤含有塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤である請求項1記載の加工助剤。
- 塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部および請求項1記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤0.1〜30重量部からなる塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
- 塩化ビニル系樹脂100重量部および請求項1記載の塩化ビニル系樹脂用加工助剤0.1〜30重量部からなる混合物に、さらに発泡剤を添加してなる発泡剤含有塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物。
