(1)オリゴマー(光重合性プレポリマー) 30〜50重量%
(2)多官能性アクリレート(光重合性モノマー) 10〜30重量%
(3)単官能性アクリレート(光重合性モノマー) 10〜40重量%
(4)光開始剤 0.5〜5重量%
(5)非反応添加物 1〜20重量%
本発明の具体的実施例1では、転写フィルムのインクの付着性を再現するために大橋化学工業株式会社製の商品名「ユービックSクリアー33−N2」と称する無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物を使用し、木目模様を有する転写フィルムのインクの付着性をこの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物で再現し、10cm×20cm×3mmのABS樹脂製の平板に、図2A乃至図2Gに示す工程順で転写フィルム上の木目模様を水圧転写した。転写フィルムは、黒又は焦げ茶の筋状の晩材部分とその間の茶色の早材部分とが明解に表現されるように濃いインクで木目模様を印刷して形成し、株式会社キュービックが水圧転写技術のライセンス先に「ZEBRA LINE」と称する商品名で販売しているものを用い、また上記の無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物は、転写フィルムを転写槽内に導入する直前にミヤバー塗布方法によって転写フィルムの印刷パターン上に塗布した。このようにして塗布された無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物を有する転写フィルムを転写槽の水面上に浮かばせ、この紫外線硬化樹脂組成物によって印刷パターンの付着性を再現させた後に、図2Dに示すように、転写フィルムを介して物品を水中に押し込み、転写後、物品を水中から取り出した後、紫外線を照射し、水洗、乾燥を行って水圧転写品(製品)10’を得た。
本発明の具体的な実施例2では、「ユービックSクリアー33−N2」に対して艶消し成分を添加して艶消し仕様とした大橋化学工業株式会社製の商品名「ユービックS艶消しクリアー33−N2」」と称する無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に処理した。
本発明の具体的実施例3では、黒と濃茶と濃緑とがそれぞれ印刷された部分と何も印刷されない部分との4者を比較的大きく斑状に配置してボウガンなどのアウトドアグッズ向け迷彩模様を有し株式会社キュービックのライセンス先に「MEISAI DARK」と称する商品名で販売している転写フィルムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に処理した。
本発明の具体的な実施例4では、艶消し仕様の大橋化学工業株式会社製の商品名「ユービックS艶消しクリアー33−N2」」を無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物として使用した以外は、実施例3と同様に処理した。
本発明の具体的実施例5では、実施例1で用いた商品名「ZEBRA LINE」と称する転写フィルムとは対照的に、全体が同一基調で、晩材部分と早材部分との強調がない全体的に薄茶色の木目模様を有し株式会社キュービックが水圧転写技術のライセンス先に「CREATION NATURAL」と称する商品名で販売している転写フィルムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に処理した。
比較例1では、無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物を転写フィルムの活性化に用いるのではなく、株式会社キュービックが水圧転写技術のライセンス先に「CPA−H」(日本国特許第3385576号の実施品)と称する商品名で販売している従来技術の活性剤を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に処理した。これは、従来と同様の水圧転写の工法で得た装飾層のみを有し、未だ表面保護層を形成しない中間製品状態のものである。
この比較例2では、比較例1で得られた装飾層の上に、日本油脂BASFコーティングス株式会社製の商品名「ハイウレタンNo.2000クリヤーG−500 21HP」と称するウレタン系の透明塗料をスプレー塗布し乾燥してトップコート層を形成した。これは、従来と全く同様の水圧転写の工法で最終製品として提供できる状態にまで仕上げた水圧転写品である。
この比較例3では、比較例1で得られた装飾層の上に、日本油脂BASFコーティングス株式会社製の商品名「ハイウレタンNo.5000スーパークリヤーG−4 81HP」と称するウレタン系の艶消しタイプの透明塗料をスプレー塗布し乾燥してトップコート層を形成した以外は、比較例2と同様に処理した。
この比較例4では、無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物を活性化に用いるのではなく、株式会社キュービックが水圧転写のライセンス先に「CPA−H」(日本国特許第3385576号の実施品)と称する商品名で販売している従来技術の活性剤を用いた以外は、実施例3と同様に処理した。
比較例5では、比較例4で得られた装飾層の上に、日本油脂BASFコーティングス株式会社製の商品名「ハイウレタンNo.2000クリヤーG−500 21HP」と称するウレタン系の透明塗料をスプレー塗布し乾燥してトップコート層を形成した。

Claims (5)
- 水溶性フィルム上の乾燥された印刷パターンを湿潤した後、物品の表面に前記印刷パターンを水圧転写して前記物品の表面に装飾層を形成する水圧転写方法において、前記印刷パターンを湿潤するために前記印刷パターンに光重合性モノマー含有の無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物を塗布して前記印刷パターンに前記光重合性モノマー含有の無溶剤タイプの紫外線硬化樹脂組成物を浸透し、水圧転写後、前記紫外線硬化樹脂組成物を紫外線硬化し、且つ前記印刷パターンのインクの顔料の吸油量、インクの濃度に応じて前記装飾層のインク印刷部分に高光沢模様部と低光沢模様部とが隣接する光沢変化性を付与することを特徴とする水圧転写方法。
- 請求項2に記載の水圧転写方法であって、前記低光沢模様部は、日本工業規格Z8741−1997「方法3−60度鏡面光沢」に準拠して測定して20未満の光沢度を有し、前記高光沢模様部と前記低光沢模様部との光沢度の差が日本工業規格Z8741−1997「方法3−60度鏡面光沢」に準拠して測定して10以上であることを特徴とする水圧転写方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の水圧転写方法であって、前記紫外線硬化樹脂組成物には艶消し成分が含まれ、前記艶消し成分は、前記高光沢模様部と前記低光沢模様部とに艶消し効果を付与することを特徴とする水圧転写方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の水圧転写方法であって、前記印刷パターンは、木目模様を有し、前記装飾層の高光沢模様部は、前記印刷パターンの木目模様における粗組織表現部に相応しており、前記装飾層の低光沢模様部は、前記印刷パターンの木目模様における密組織表現部に相応し、且つ前記粗組織表現部が早材部分に相当し、前記密組織表現部が晩材部分に相当し、前記最表面装飾層が板目または柾目の意匠となっていることを特徴とする水圧転写方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法によって形成された装飾層を有することを特徴とする水圧転写品。
