Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a simple roof such as a balcony roof, a terrace, and a carport, and a method for assembling the roof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of simple roof, for example, the one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-48574 is known. In this simple roof, a panel-like roofing material is provided with the area surrounded by the rafter and the main house as a unit, and the roofing material is set so as to cover each area from the upper side, and above the rafter and the main house It is water-tight so as to be pressed by roofing material pressers arranged along these.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional simple roof, since the roofing material and the roofing material presser are constructed from the upper side of the simple roof, a high scaffold is required, and the construction is difficult and takes time to assemble. There was a bug.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a simple roof and an assembling method thereof capable of easily constructing a roofing material from below without impairing stability in construction.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The simple roof of the present invention includes a pair of front and rear girder members, a plurality of hanging lumbers spanned between the pair of girder members, and a plurality of sheets covering a region surrounded by the pair of girder members and the adjacent hanging lumbers. In each simple roof provided with a roofing material, each girder and each hanging lumber are formed with a recessed groove portion to which an edge of the roofing material is attached, and at least the outermost of the plurality of hanging lumbers Brackets are provided at both front and rear ends of one suspended lumber located at the end, and at least one suspended lumber is arranged in the left-right direction to widen the area where the roofing material is to be incorporated via the bracket. It is attached to be able to move and to be fastened from below.
[0006]
According to this structure, a frame-shaped structural part is assembled by assembling a pair of girders, and then assembling both hanging timbers positioned at the outermost end on the pair of girders. When it is configured to be movable with respect to the girders, one suspended wood is temporarily fixed so as to be movable, and the other suspended wood is permanently fixed. Then, the roofing material is inserted into the grooved groove portion in the order of the roofing material and the hanging wood from the other fixed hanging wood to the temporarily fixed hanging wood. And, when installing the last roofing material, move one temporarily fixed hanging lumber (outermost end) to the outside, widen the area where the roofing material should be installed, and enter this area from the bottom. While facing the roofing material, the temporarily fixed one suspended lumber (outermost end) is moved inward to a predetermined position to support the roofing material and to permanently fix the one suspended lumber to the girder.
Thus, since the hanging lumber of both outer end parts is first attached to the pair of front and rear girders, the subsequent work can be performed with the girders stabilized. In addition, it is possible to construct the roofing material and hanging wood from below by incorporating them in the left and right direction in the order of the roofing material and hanging wood with respect to the other fixed hanging wood. This roofing material can also be constructed from below by moving one temporarily suspended lumber. In particular, even when constructing the last roofing material, the operator does not need to lean out outside the hanging wood (corresponding to the side frame) at the outermost end. Moreover, the roofing material can be replaced from the lower side in the reverse procedure.
When both the outermost hanging timbers are configured to be movable with respect to the girders, the roofing material and the hanging timbers are directed from any one hanging timber in the middle to the outermost hanging timbers. These are assembled in the left-right direction in the order of the wood, and the last roofing material is incorporated by moving the hanging wood at each outermost end.
In addition, when all the hanging timbers are configured to be movable, a pair of girders are installed, and then all the hanging timbers are assembled so as to be movable, and then the suspended timber is moved in the horizontal direction. The roofing material is attached one by one in order while repeating the above, and finally all the hanging timbers are positioned at a predetermined fixing position and finally fixed.
[0007]
In this case, it is preferable that the sum of the movable dimensions of two adjacent suspended timbers including the movable suspended timber is at least twice the squeezing dimension of each roofing material in each sunk groove.
[0008]
According to this configuration, if two adjacent hanging timbers are moved outward from each other, the roofing material can face the predetermined mounting position from below without interfering with the hanging timber.
[0009]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a case where a simple roof and an assembling method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention are applied to a balcony roof will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the balcony roof 1 is a single-flow roof provided on the balcony B, the rear part is supported by the outer wall W of the building, and the front part is supported by a pair of left and right columns P and P of the balcony B. Yes. The balcony roof 1 includes a last rafter (girder) 2 fixed to the outer wall W, a front frame (girder) 3 at the foremost portion laid in parallel to the rafter 2, a rafter 2 and a front frame 3 A plurality of rafters (rafter timbers) 4 spanned in between form a main structure, and the upper ends of the columns P, P are fixed to the left and right ends of the front frame 3. In this case, the front frame 3 also serves as a rain gutter, and reference numeral 5 in the figure is a vertical gutter that guides the rain on the balcony roof 1 to the ground surface via the front frame 3.
[0023]
On the other hand, two main purlins 6 and 6 are respectively spanned between the adjacent rafters 4 and 4. Further, a roofing material 7 made of a resin such as an acrylic plate is attached to a long region in the front-rear direction defined by the front frame 3 and the rafter 2 and the adjacent rafters 4 and 4. Yes. Of the plurality of rafters 4, the rafters 4a, 4a disposed at the left end and the right end (outermost end) are provided with the roofing material 7 only on one side (inner side), and the plurality of rafters 4 disposed in the middle. A roofing material 7 is attached to both sides of the rafter 4b. That is, the left and right end rafters 4a, 4a also serve as side frames of the balcony roof 1, respectively.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 2, the front frame 3 includes a front frame body 11 that is formed in a hollow shape, and a rain gutter portion 12 that extends forward from the front frame body 11 in an arc shape. A support protrusion 13 that supports the front end portion of the rafter 4 from below is extended at an intermediate position of the rear portion of the front frame body 11. Each rafter 4 is screwed to the rear upper half of the front frame 3 via a front bracket 14 while being supported by the support protrusion 13. And the long hole 14a for the screw extended in the left-right direction is formed in the attachment piece by the side of the front frame 3 of a front bracket (refer FIG. 4).
[0025]
In addition, in the upper part of the front frame main body 11, a scooping groove 15 into which the front edge of the roofing material 7 is inserted is formed, and at the tip of the upper piece portion 16 constituting the scoring groove 15, the roof An eaves-side upper seal member 17 is attached to seal the brazing material 7 from above. Further, an eaves-side lower seal member 18 that seals the roofing material 7 from the lower side is disposed corresponding to the eaves-side upper seal member 17. The eaves side lower seal member 18 is attached in a retrofitting manner via a holder 19.
[0026]
On the other hand, the rafter 2 is formed of a shape having an upper piece 21, an intermediate piece 22, and a lower piece 23 projecting to the front side. Between the upper piece 21 and the intermediate piece 22, a swaging groove 24 is arranged. It is installed. Also, between the intermediate piece 22 and the lower piece 23, a coach screw 25 for fixing the rafter 2 to the outer wall W is disposed, and a rear bracket for fixing the rear end portion of each rafter 4 to the rafter 2 26 is arranged. Also in this case, a long screw hole 26a extending in the left-right direction is formed in the attachment piece on the rafter 2 side of the rear bracket 26 (see FIG. 4). Further, a front-type ridge-side upper seal member 27 is interposed between the roofing material 7 and the upper piece 21, and a rear-type ridge-side lower seal between the intermediate piece 22 and the lower side. A member 28 is interposed.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 3, each rafter 4 (4 b) is integrally formed with an upper roofing material presser 31 and a lower rafter main body 32, and this roofing material presser 31 and the rafter main body 32 are A pair of left and right squeezing grooves 33, 33 are provided between them (however, the rafter 4a at the left and right ends has one staking groove 33 on one side). An upper seal member 34 is interposed on the upper side and a lower seal member 35 is interposed on the lower side of the insertion groove 33 with the roofing material 7 interposed therebetween. The upper seal member 34 is attached between the roofing material 7 and the roofing material presser 31 in a leading manner, and the lower sealing member 35 is attached between the roofing material 7 and the rafter body 32 in a retrofitting manner. Has been.
[0028]
Although details will be described later, in this embodiment, the gap between the adjacent rafters 4 and 4 is widened using the long holes 14a and 26a of the front and rear brackets 14 and 26, and the roofing material is applied to the widened area. The rafter 4 is moved in the direction of narrowing the region so that the edge of the roofing material 7 is inserted into the insertion groove 33. For this reason, the lengths of the long holes 14a and 26a are set so that the total moving dimension of the adjacent rafters 4 and 4 is equal to or larger than the 2A dimension (twice the swaging dimension) in FIG. Further, in consideration of the elongation of the roofing material 7 due to heat, the clearance groove 33 is provided with a space of Y dimension. Furthermore, by providing the clearance of this Y dimension, when the roofing material 7 approaches one side, it may fall out. Therefore, the A dimension is set longer than the Y dimension.
[0029]
Here, with reference to FIG. 5 thru | or FIG. 10, the assembly method of the balcony roof 1 is demonstrated in order. First, the rafter 2 is fixed to the outer wall W, and the front frame 3 is fixed to the upper ends of the left and right supports P, P. The front frame 3 is configured to be movable and adjustable in the longitudinal direction with respect to each column P (see FIG. 2), and the front frame 3 is aligned with the rafter hook 2 fixed to the outer wall W (movement adjustment). After performing this, it is fixed permanently (FIG. 5).
[0030]
Next, the rafters 4a and 4a at the left end and the right end in which the front bracket 14 and the rear bracket 26 are screwed and fixed in advance to the edge of the small edge are attached to the rafter 2 and the front frame 3, respectively. At that time, the front bracket 14 and the rear bracket 26 are temporarily fixed (temporarily tightened) so as to be movable in the left-right direction with respect to the rafter 2 and the front frame 3 through the long holes 14a and 26a, respectively. FIG. 6). The ridge-side upper seal member 27 and the eaves-side upper seal member 17 are previously attached to the rafter 2 and the front frame 3, respectively. Similarly, the upper seal member 34 is also attached to each rafter 4a (not shown).
[0031]
Similarly, a plurality of intermediate rafters 4b in which the front bracket 14 and the rear bracket 26 are screwed and fixed to the edge of the edge in advance are attached to the rafter 2 and the front frame 3, respectively. At that time, the front bracket 14 and the rear bracket 26 are temporarily fixed (temporarily tightened) so as to be movable in the left-right direction with respect to the rafter 2 and the front frame 3 through the long holes 14a and 26a, respectively. FIG. 7). Here, the roofing materials 7 are attached one by one. When this operation is performed from the left end, for example, the left end rafter 4a is moved to the left side through the long holes 14a and 26a. (Move), move all other rafters 4a, 4b to the right (move). Needless to say, the upper seal member 34 is attached to each rafter 4b (not shown).
[0032]
First, the roofing material 7 is attached from the left end. In this state, the roofing material 7 is already between the left end rafter 4a and the adjacent rafter 4b (second from the left end). It is wider than the width. Therefore, the roofing material 7 at the left end is bent in the front-rear direction, and the front edge portion and the rear edge portion thereof are returned from the lower side to the insertion groove 24 of the rafter 2 and the insertion groove 15 of the front frame 3, respectively. Then, the roofing material 7 is shifted to the left and is deeply engaged with the insertion groove 33 of the rafter 4a at the left end. Furthermore, the roofing material 7 is supported, the adjacent rafter 4b (second from the left end) is moved to the left as much as possible, and the roofing material 7 is deeply engaged with the insertion groove 33 (see FIG. 8).
[0033]
In the same manner, the next roofing material 7 is mounted from the lower side between the second rafter 4b and the third rafter 4b from the left end (the space between the rafters 4b is wide open at this time) and The third rafter 4b is moved to the left as much as possible. By repeating this, the last roofing material 7 is mounted between the rafter 4b that is the second from the right end and the rafter 4a at the right end (FIG. 9). Here, each rafter 4 is moved to a predetermined fixing position while being moved to such an extent that the mounted roofing material 7 does not come off from the penetration groove 33, and is fixed after the positioning. Subsequently, each roofing member 7 is positioned in the insertion groove 33 and the ridge-side lower seal member 28, the eaves-side lower seal member 18 and the lower seal member 35 are attached to fix the roofing member 7 in a watertight manner. To do. Finally, the purlin 6 is mounted between the rafters 4 from below (FIG. 10).
[0034]
In the above description, the constituent members are assembled from left to right. However, they may be assembled from right to left, and from the center to the left and right, or from the left and right to the center. You may make it assemble towards. Further, when assembling the constituent members from left to right, only the rafter 4a at the right end may be movable. In this case, the main rafter 4a is fixed from the left end, the right end rafter 4a is temporarily fixed, the roofing material 7 and the rafter 4b are assembled from the left end toward the right end, and finally the right end rafter. 4a is fixed permanently. Similarly, when the components are assembled from right to left, only the rafter 4a at the left end may be movable. Alternatively, only the rafters 4a and 4a at both left and right ends may be movable. In this case, the roofing material 7 and the rafter 4b are assembled in this order from one of the intermediate rafters 4b toward the left and right sides, and finally the rafters 4a and 4a at the left and right ends temporarily fixed. Is fixed.
[0035]
When the rafters 4 are directly fixed to the rafter 2 and the front frame 3 instead of the front bracket 14 and the rear bracket 26, they are formed on the rafter 2 and the front frame 3, as shown in FIG. The fixing holes 20 and 30 for fixing screws are long holes. Of course, the fool hole on each rafter 4 side may be a long hole. In any case, the rafter 4 may be configured to be movable by forming a dovetail groove extending in the left-right direction in the rafter 2 and the front frame 3 instead of the long hole, and attaching a back plate to the groove.
[0036]
Since the rafter 4 and the main building 6 are constructed as described above, the roofing material 7 and the lower seal members 18, 28, and 35 can be assembled from the lower side. That is, the balcony roof 1 can be assembled without difficulty using the balcony B as a scaffold without requiring a special scaffold. In addition, since the rafters 4a and 4a at both left and right ends are attached to the rafter 2 and the front frame 3 at the initial stage of the assembling process and these structural members are in the frame state (see FIG. 6), the rafter 2 and the front frame 3 And the subsequent assembly process can be performed in a stable state. Therefore, the assembly work of the balcony roof 1 can be performed safely and efficiently by one person.
[0037]
In the above-described embodiment, a so-called flat single-flow roof having a flat roof surface has been described, but it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to a round-type single-flow roof. Also, the rafters and the attachment structure to the front frame are arbitrary as long as the rafters are movable and can be fastened from below.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the simple roof and the assembling method thereof of the present invention, at least one hanging lumber located at the outermost end is attached to the pair of girders so as to be movable in the left-right direction and to be fastened from below. Therefore, first, the pair of girders and the hanging lumbers at both outer ends can be assembled in a frame shape, and the construction can proceed with the girders stabilized. Moreover, all roofing materials can be constructed without difficulty from the lower side. For this reason, while being able to improve workability with low cost, the safety of construction can be improved.
