BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a technical field of a drive control device for a motor four-wheel drive vehicle that drives one wheel of front and rear wheels with engine driving force and drives the other wheel of front and rear wheels using energy generated by the engine. Belonging to.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a motor power transmission device of a motor four-wheel drive vehicle, for example, a device described in JP-A-2001-287550 is known.
[0003]
This conventional publication describes a motor power transmission device that motor-drives rear wheels using energy generated by an engine that drives front wheels.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the motor power transmission device of the conventional motor four-wheel drive vehicle, the motor is stopped under a predetermined condition such as coasting and the clutch is released to separate the drive wheel from the motor. In the reduction gears and their bearings from the motor to the clutch, the contact state at the same part is always maintained, and if only a specific contact part of the gear or bearing continues to receive vibration input while the vehicle is running, There is a problem in that it may cause a reduction in the service life of the gear and the bearing, and may cause abnormal noise.
[0005]
Here, “fretting” refers to an action that causes surface damage when a slight relative motion is applied between two contact surfaces.
[0006]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above problems, and delays the occurrence of fretting occurring at the contact portion of the gears and bearings of the motor drive system, extends the life of the gears and bearings, and generates abnormal noise during motor rotation. An object of the present invention is to provide a drive control device for a motor four-wheel drive vehicle capable of suppressing the above-described problem.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a motor four-wheel drive vehicle in which one drive shaft is driven by an engine and the other drive shaft is driven via an electric motor driven by electric energy generated by the engine. An electric motor drive control means for driving and controlling the electric motor so as to generate a driving force in accordance with a running state, and a connection / disconnection mechanism capable of connecting / disconnecting the electric motor and the drive wheel. When the electric motor is not driven by the means, the connection / disconnection mechanism control means for disconnecting the connection / disconnection mechanism, and the electric motor temporarily during a predetermined period while the connection / disconnection mechanism control means separates the electric motor and the drive wheel. Fretting suppression control means for rotationally driving the motor.
[0008]
Here, the fretting suppression control may be executed only when the vehicle is traveling at a speed equal to or higher than the set vehicle speed without being executed when the vehicle is stopped or in a low-speed traveling area where the motor driving sound is annoying to the occupant.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
Therefore, in the present invention, while the connection / disconnection mechanism control means separates the electric motor and the drive wheel during traveling, the fretting suppression control means temporarily drives the electric motor to rotate every predetermined period. In order to perform control, the contact part of the gear and bearing of the motor drive system is changed every time the electric motor rotates, and only a specific contact part continues to receive vibration input, thereby delaying the occurrence of fretting. In addition to extending the life of the bearing and the bearing, it is possible to suppress the generation of abnormal noise during motor rotation.
[0010]

In this fretting suppression control, when the vehicle speed V detected by the average values of the left and right front wheel speeds from the front wheel speed sensors 27FL and 27FR is equal to or higher than the set vehicle speed V0, the motor 4 is temporarily set for Δt time every predetermined period T0. Is driven to rotate.
[0030]
Next, the operation will be described.
[0031]
[Fretting suppression control processing]
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the flow of the fretting suppression control process executed by the
[0032]
In step S1, it is determined whether or not the vehicle speed V is equal to or higher than the set vehicle speed V0. If V ≧ V0, the process proceeds to step S2, and if V <V0, the process proceeds to return.
[0033]
In step S2, it is determined whether or not the clutch 12 is in a disconnected state. If the clutch 12 is in a disconnected state, the process proceeds to step S3. If the clutch 12 is in a connected state, the process proceeds to step S7.
[0034]
In step S3, the timer value T is added to T = T + 1. That is, if the situation that satisfies the vehicle speed condition in step S1 and the clutch disengagement condition in step S2 continues, the timer value T becomes a large value for each control activation period.
[0035]
In step S4, it is determined whether or not the timer value T in step S3 is equal to or greater than the set timer value T0. If T ≧ T0, the process proceeds to step S5, and if T <T0, the process proceeds to return.
[0036]
In step S5, a command for temporarily rotating the motor 4 for the time Δt is output.
[0037]
In step S6, the timer value T is reset to T = 0 when the temporary rotational driving of the motor 4 is completed.
[0038]
In step S7, the timer value T is reset to T = 0 based on the determination that the clutch 12 is in the engaged state.

[0042]
In contrast, in the first embodiment, when the vehicle is running and the state where the clutch 12 is disengaged continues for a long time, in the flowchart of FIG. 3, the flow of step S1, step S2, step S3, and step S4. Is repeated, and when the condition that the timer value T in step S4 is equal to or greater than the set timer value T0, the process proceeds to step S5, and in step S5, a command to temporarily rotate the motor 4 for Δt time is output. That is, as shown in the time chart of FIG. 4, during traveling such that the disengaged state of the clutch 12 continues, the motor 4 temporarily stops for Δt time after the set timer value T0 has elapsed from the disengagement start of the clutch 12. The motor 4 is rotationally driven, and after the motor 4 is rotationally driven, the motor 4 is temporarily rotationally driven so that the motor 4 is temporarily rotationally driven for Δt time when the set timer value T0 elapses again. It will be.
[0043]
In this way, when the vehicle is running other than during power transmission and the clutch 12 is disengaged for a long time, the motor 4 is temporarily driven to rotate, and the contact portion of the gear and the bearing is changed. Because we always avoided contact by vibration input to the same part,
(1) Delay the occurrence of fretting and extend the life of gears and bearings.
(2) Delay the occurrence of fretting and suppress the generation of abnormal noise during the next rotation of gears and bearings.
The advantage is obtained.
[0044]
If the vehicle speed V is lower than the set vehicle speed V0 when the vehicle is stopped or traveling at a low speed, the flow proceeds from step S1 to return in the flowchart of FIG. Fretting suppression control for rotating 4 is not executed. This is because the motor drive sound becomes annoying to the occupant when the vehicle is stopped or at low speeds, and the fretting suppression control is performed only when the vehicle in which the motor drive sound does not become a noise for the occupant is traveling at the set vehicle speed V0 or higher. Running.
[0045]
Next, the effect will be described.
In the drive control device for the motor four-wheel drive vehicle of the first embodiment, the effects listed below can be obtained.
[0046]
(1) While the clutch 12 is disengaged and the left and right
[0047]
(2) The fretting suppression control is temporarily performed for Δt time every predetermined period T0 when the vehicle speed V detected by the average value of the left and right front wheel speeds from the front wheel speed sensors 27FL and 27FR is equal to or higher than the set vehicle speed V0. Since the motor 4 is rotationally driven, it is possible to prevent the generation of motor noise that is annoying to the occupant when the vehicle stops or travels at a low speed while delaying the occurrence of fretting during traveling.
[0048]
As mentioned above, although the drive control apparatus of the motor four-wheel drive vehicle of this invention has been demonstrated based on 1st Example, it is not restricted to this 1st Example about a concrete structure, Claim of Claim Design changes and additions are allowed without departing from the spirit of the invention according to each claim.
[0049]
For example, in the first embodiment, as an example of fretting suppression control, the motor is driven to rotate for a fixed time at a fixed period. However, there is a vibration input from a vehicle that is likely to cause surface damage even during traveling. When driving on uneven roads, the vibration input from the vehicle does not cause surface damage even when the fretting suppression control cycle is shortened and the motor rotation drive time is increased. When driving on a road surface, there are various fretting effects such as a longer fretting suppression control period and a shorter motor rotation driving period. The time may be given as a variable value.
