TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drive control device for a four-wheel drive motor vehicle that drives one of the front and rear wheels with engine driving force and drives the other of the front and rear wheels using energy generated by the engine. Belongs to.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a drive control device of a motor four-wheel drive vehicle, for example, a drive control device described in
[0003]
This conventional publication describes a technique in which a rear wheel is driven by a motor using energy generated by an engine that drives a front wheel. This motor four-wheel drive vehicle is provided with a generator driven by an engine. When the rear wheels are driven by the motor, the electric energy generated by the generator is supplied to the electric motor without passing through the battery, and the rear wheels are driven by the motor. Further, a clutch is provided between the electric motor and the drive wheels. When a vehicle speed exceeds a preset vehicle speed, the drive by the electric motor is stopped and the clutch is released, so that a load caused by the rotation of the electric motor is reduced. It has been reduced.

JP 2001-253256 A (see page 4, lower right).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional drive control device for a four-wheel motor vehicle has the following problems.
(1) When torque assist (4WD drive) in a low vehicle speed range is performed by an electric motor, if the reduction ratio between the electric motor and the drive shaft is increased, the number of revolutions of the electric motor becomes extremely high, and the medium vehicle speed is increased. Can not respond in the area.
(2) When trying to execute torque assist (4WD drive) in the middle vehicle speed range, the reduction ratio cannot be increased so much, and as a result, a large motor torque is required in the low vehicle speed range, resulting in an increase in the size of the motor. Basically, the motor torque is determined by the diameter of the motor. Therefore, in a compact car, if the diameter of the motor is increased, the motor will protrude toward the floor panel, resulting in deterioration of mountability.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problem, and is capable of performing torque assist by 4WD drive not only in a low vehicle speed range but also in a middle vehicle speed range, and does not cause deterioration in mountability. It is an object to provide a drive control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a plurality of electric motors are provided, each electric motor is arranged on a different shaft, and the plurality of shafts on which the electric motors are arranged and the drive shaft are connected at different reduction ratios. Thus, torque assist of the electric motor based on the reduction ratio according to the traveling state becomes possible, and torque assist by 4WD drive becomes possible not only in the low vehicle speed range but also in a wide vehicle speed range. Further, by using a plurality of electric motors and connecting them at a different reduction ratio from the drive shaft, the torque required for the electric motors can be reduced, and the diameter of the motor can be reduced. Along with this, the mountability on a compact car or the like can be improved.

Further, technical ideas other than the claims that can be grasped from the above embodiment will be described below together with their effects.
[0052]
(A) The drive control device for a motor four-wheel drive vehicle according to any one of
When the intention to decelerate is detected, the motor drive control means performs a regenerative operation using an electric motor having a reduction ratio according to the detected vehicle speed, and stores electric energy by the power storage means. Drive control device for motor four-wheel drive vehicles.
[0053]
That is, by selecting an electric motor having a reduction ratio at which the rotation speed of the electric motor does not become too high according to the vehicle speed at the time of deceleration, and using the electric motor to perform regenerative operation, an expensive electric motor corresponding to high rotation is used. Without this, the regenerative operation according to the running situation becomes possible. Needless to say, the regenerative operation may be performed using a plurality of electric motors that do not become too high in rotation among the plurality of electric motors.
[0054]
(B) In the drive control device for a motor four-wheel drive vehicle according to claims 3 and (A),
A drive control device for a motor four-wheel drive vehicle, wherein the clutch is a two-way clutch.
[0055]
Basically, a situation in which 4WD driving is performed is a situation in which, for example, when the front wheels are driven by an engine, sufficient acceleration cannot be obtained due to insufficient driving force or insufficient road surface μ. In such a situation, when sufficient acceleration is obtained only with the front wheels, the driving force on the rear wheels is not required. Therefore, when the number of rotations of the drive shaft driven by the engine exceeds the number of rotations of the drive shaft driven by the electric motor, the clutch is automatically disengaged to release the clutch at an optimal timing. Can be. On the other hand, even when reversing, the clutch can be released at an optimal timing because the clutch is a two-way clutch.
