Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drive control device for a four-wheel drive motor vehicle that drives one of the front and rear wheels with engine driving force and drives the other of the front and rear wheels using energy generated by the engine. Belongs to.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as a motor power transmission device of a motor four-wheel drive vehicle, for example, a motor power transmission device described in JP-A-2001-287550 is known.
[0003]
This conventional publication describes a motor power transmission device that drives a rear wheel using an energy generated by an engine that drives a front wheel.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a conventional motor power transmission device of a motor four-wheel drive vehicle, the motor is stopped under predetermined conditions such as coasting, the clutch is released, and the drive wheel and the motor are separated. In the case of the reduction gear from the motor to the clutch and its bearing, the contact state is always maintained at the same position. If only a specific contact portion of the gear or the bearing continues to receive vibration input while the vehicle is traveling, the contact portion is flickered. There is a problem in that the gearing and bearings may be shortened in life and may cause abnormal noise.
[0005]
Here, “fretting” refers to the action of causing surface damage when a slight relative motion is applied between two contact surfaces.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and delays the occurrence of fretting generated at a contact portion between a gear and a bearing of a motor drive system, prolongs the life of the gear and the bearing, and generates abnormal noise during rotation of the motor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drive control device for a motor four-wheel drive vehicle, which can suppress the occurrence of a vehicle.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a motor four-wheel drive vehicle in which one drive shaft is driven by an engine and the other drive shaft is driven by an electric motor driven by electric energy generated by the engine. An electric motor drive control means for driving and controlling an electric motor so as to generate a driving force according to a traveling state; and a connection / disconnection mechanism capable of connecting / disconnecting the electric motor to / from a drive wheel. Disconnection mechanism control means for disconnecting the connection / disconnection mechanism when the electric motor is not driven by the means; and an electric motor temporarily for every predetermined period while the connection / disconnection mechanism control means disconnects the electric motor from the drive wheels. And fretting suppression control means for driving to rotate.
[0008]
Here, the fretting suppression control may be executed only when the vehicle is running at a speed equal to or higher than the set vehicle speed, without being executed when the vehicle is stopped or when the vehicle is running at a low speed where the motor driving noise is annoying to the occupant.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
Therefore, according to the present invention, the fretting suppression control unit temporarily drives the electric motor to rotate at predetermined intervals while the connection / disconnection mechanism control unit disconnects the electric motor from the driving wheels during traveling or the like. In order to perform such control, the contact parts of the gears and bearings of the motor drive system are changed each time the electric motor is driven to rotate, and the occurrence of fretting that occurs when only specific contact parts continue to receive vibration input is delayed, In addition to extending the life of the bearing and the bearing, the generation of abnormal noise during rotation of the motor can be suppressed.
[0010]

This fretting suppression control is performed when the vehicle speed V detected by the average value of the left and right front wheel speeds from the front wheel speed sensors 27FL and 27FR is equal to or higher than the set vehicle speed V0. Is driven to rotate.
[0030]
Next, the operation will be described.

[Fretting suppression control processing]
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing a flow of the fretting suppression control process executed by the
[0032]
In step S1, it is determined whether the vehicle speed V is equal to or higher than the set vehicle speed V0. If V ≧ V0, the process proceeds to step S2, and if V <V0, the process proceeds to return.

(1) To delay the occurrence of fretting and prolong the life of gears and bearings.
{Circle around (2)} Slowing the occurrence of fretting and suppressing the generation of abnormal noise during the next rotation of the gears and bearings.
The advantage is obtained.
[0044]
If the vehicle speed V is lower than the set vehicle speed V0, such as when the vehicle is stopped or traveling at a low speed, the flow proceeds from step S1 to return in the flowchart of FIG. 4 is not executed. This is because the motor driving noise is unpleasant for the occupant when the vehicle is stopped or in a low-speed running range. Running.

(2) When the vehicle speed V detected by the average value of the front left and right wheel speeds from the front wheel speed sensors 27FL and 27FR is equal to or higher than the set vehicle speed V0, the fretting suppression control is temporarily performed for every predetermined period T0 for Δt time. Since the
[0048]
As described above, the drive control device for a motor four-wheel drive vehicle of the present invention has been described based on the first embodiment. However, the specific configuration is not limited to the first embodiment, and is not limited to the first embodiment. Changes and additions to the design are permitted without departing from the gist of the claimed invention.
[0049]
For example, in the first embodiment, as the fretting suppression control, an example in which the motor is driven to rotate at a constant cycle for a fixed time has been described. However, there is a vibration input from a vehicle that is likely to cause surface damage even during traveling. When driving on such uneven road surface, the frequency of the fretting suppression control is shortened, the motor rotation driving time is lengthened, or conversely, vibration input from a vehicle that does not cause surface damage even during running For example, when traveling on a road surface, there are various factors affecting the fretting operation, such as increasing the cycle of fretting suppression control and shortening the motor rotation drive time. The time may be given by a variable value.
