【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、ＴＶ受像機にかかわり
ユーザーのライフスタイルを基にしたアドバイス情報が
得られるＴＶ受像機に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】現今のＴＶ受像機は、ＶＨＦ放送局、Ｕ
ＨＦ放送局又は放送衛星からのＢＳ放送等多数ある放送
チャンネルの中から、ユーザーのライフスタイルに合致
した選局操作が行なわれることが多い。例えば、プロ野
球のペナントレースが始まると贔屓しているチームの試
合が頻繁に放送されるＡ局を視聴する割合が高くなる
人、大相撲の場所が始まると、その模様が毎日中継され
るＢ局を欠かさず見る人という具合に、見たいと思う放
送チャンネルは個人のライフスタイルによって、時と場
合により固定化される傾向にある。

【発明が解決しようとする問題点】ところで、このよう
なライフスタイルを持った人もＴＶ受像機のスイッチを
入れた後に他の放送局の園芸番組を見ている時に、いつ
も見ている相撲中継の時間が来た時にはユーザーが相撲
中継の放送チャンネルをプリセットしていない場合や、
すでにプリセット出来る局数をオーバーしていてプリセ
ット出来ない場合は、ポジション選局、ダイレクト選局
もしくはスキップ選局をしてチャンネルを切換えなけれ
ば相撲中継を見ることが出来なかった。その場合に、チ
ャンネルＵＰキーやチャンネルＤＯＷＮキーで見たいチ
ャンネルを探す場合は目的のチャンネルが離れていた時
は非常に煩わしく、１０キーで見たいチャンネルを探す
場合は見たいチャンネルが何番だかわからず大変不便で
あった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明はかかる問題点を
解決するためになされたもので、例えば、ＴＶ受像機の
制御部内にチャンネルを選択していた時間をパラメータ
ーとして、放送チャンネルの選局度数を常時演算するよ
うな演算部と、この演算部の結果から選局される度数の
高い順にチャンネルを配列しながら設定する選局度数配
列記憶手段を設けると共に、チャンネル選択のためにマ
イステーションキー、すなわちＦａｖｏｒｉｔｅ−ｋｅ
ｙ（以下Ｆキーとする。）を設け、このＦキーを押すと
選局度数の高い順にチャンネルを自動的に切換えるよう
に構成したものである。

【作用】制御部内のメモリには、ユーザーが習慣的によ
く見ると思われる放送チャンネルが選局度数によって配
列され記憶されているので、よく見るチャンネルをプリ
セットする必要もなく、メモリの容量によって選局度数
の順位をふやすこともでき、Ｆキー１つで、例えば選局
度数１０位くらいまでもしくはそれ以上の放送チャンネ
ルを順次表示選択することが出来る。

【実施例】図１と図２を用いて本発明の第一の実施例を
説明する。図１は、本発明のテレビジョン受像機の一実
施例を示すブロック図である。この図において、１はア
ンテナ端子、２は外部入力端子、３は受信電波を選択す
るＴＶチューナー、４は中間周波増幅部、５は映像処理
部、１０はキャラクター信号を出力するキャラクタージ
ェネレーター、９は上記各部の動作を制御する制御部、
６はユーザーがチャンネル音量等を調整するため為にテ
レビ受像機のパネル等に設けられている操作部で、この
操作部６又は、リモートコマンダの操作ボタンの中には
後で述べるようにユーザが良くみる番組を選局すること
ができＦキーが設けられている。７は外部のリモートコ
マンダーに対応して設けられた赤外線受光部、８は復調
部、１１は映像信号とキャラクター信号を合成する合成
回路、１２はブラウン管を示す。なお、テレビ信号の走
査回路、音声回路等は省略されている。
【０００７】図２は、本発明のＴＶ受像機の制御部９に
おいて、Ｆキーに関連した機能のブロック図を示したも
のである。この図で９ａはチャンネルキーの操作の間隔
の時間を計る計時回路、９ｂは計時回路が計測した時間
をもとに選択したチャンネルのグレードを計算するグレ
ード回路、９ｃはグレード回路によってランク付された
チャンネルを昇順にソートするソート回路、９ｄはソー
ト回路でソートされたランクを記憶するランクメモリ回
路、９ｅはＦキー操作の操作の間隔の時間を計測するＦ
Ｋ計時回路を示す。
【０００８】本発明のＴＶ受像機は、上記図１、図２の
各回路ブロックを備えることによって、通常のＴＶ受像
機と同様に、例えばリモートコマンダーにより電源のオ
ン／オフ、放送局の選択、音量調整等が行われる。とこ
ろで、本発明のＴＶ受像機は放送局を選局して視聴状態
になったと判断した時から視聴中の時間を計測して、ど
の放送局をどれだけ見ていたかという選局度数を集計
し、その集計データから日常生活でよく見るチャンネル
をランク付けし、Ｆキー１つで順次選局出来るようにな
されている。
【０００９】図３のフローチャートはチャンネルキーを
操作した時に選局度数をメモリするその一連の処理の流
れを示したものである。まず、ＴＶ受像機が作動中にチ
ャンネルキー（以下Ｃｈキーという）が入力されると、
まず、入力されたチャンネルを表示し（Ｆ１０）、計時
回路９ａの時間をクリアーして（Ｆ１１）、次にＦキー
もしくはチャンネルキーの入力があるまでの時間を計測
し始める。（Ｆ１２）。なお、計時回路９ａは電源が入
った時にクリアーされ計測を始めている。
【００１０】そしてＦキーもしくはＣｈキーの入力があ
ると判断すると（Ｆ１３）、計時回路９ａが計測を中止
し（Ｆ１４）、グレード回路９ｂが，計時回路９ａによ
って計測された時間をパラメーターとして、Ｆキーもし
くはＣｈキーの入力があった直前のチャンネルのグレー
ドを計算し（Ｆ１５）、ソート回路９ｂが更新されたチ
ャンネルのグレードを昇順にソートしなおす（Ｆ１
６）。
【００１１】さらに、更新されたチャンネルのランキン
グをメモリ回路９ｄにそのつど記憶して行くようにする
（Ｆ１７）。なお、メモリするランキングに関しては、
例えば約１０位程度まででも良いし、すべてのチャンネ
ルのランキングを記憶してもよい。以上、Ｆキーもしく
はＣｈキーの操作があるたびに図３に示したフローチャ
ートのＦ１０からＦ１７までの動作を繰り返すことによ
りメモリ回路９ｄに記憶されたランキングを更新するこ
とができる。
【００１２】次に図４のフローチャートを用いて、Ｆキ
ーによってメモリ回線９ｄからチャンネルを選択する場
合の流れを説明する。まず、Ｆキーが入力されるとＦキ
ー計時回路９ｅが計測した時間があらかじめ設定してあ
る所定の時間ｘを過ぎているかを判断し（Ｆ２１）、所
定時間ｘを過ぎている場合は、ランキング１位のチャン
ネルを選択して（Ｆ２３）画面に表示し（Ｆ２７）、Ｆ
キー計時回路９ｅをクリアーして（Ｆ２８）、再び計測
を始める（Ｆ２９）。なお、Ｆキー計時回路９ｅは電源
がＯＮになった時から計測を始めている。
【００１３】また、Ｆキー計時回路９ｅが計測した時間
が所定時間ｘを過ぎていない場合は（Ｆ２１）、現在表
示中のチャンネルがランキング１位の場合は、そのまま
ランキング１位のチャンネルを表示し（Ｆ２７）、Ｆキ
ー計時回路５ｅをクリアー（Ｆ２８）、再び計測を始め
る。なお、現在表示中のチャンネルがランキング１位の
場合は、ランキング２位のチャンネルから表示するよう
にしてもよい。
【００１４】Ｆキー計時回路９ｅが計測した時間が所定
時間ｘを過ぎていない場合で（Ｆ２１）、なおかつ現在
表示中のチャンネルが１位のチャンネルではない場合
は、現在表示中のチャンネルの次にランキングされてい
るチャンネルを選択する（Ｆ２４）。なお、メモリ回路
９ｄに記憶されているチャンネルのランキングが、例え
ば約１０位程まであり、現在表示中のチャンネルのラン
キングが最下位の１０位である場合には（Ｆ２５）、ラ
ンキングを１位に戻し（Ｆ２６）、画面に表示し（Ｆ２
７）、Ｆキー計時回路９ｅが計測した時間をクリアーし
て（Ｆ２８）、再び次にＦキーの入力があるまでの時間
の計測を始める（Ｆ２９）
【００１５】以上説明したように、Ｆキーの操作がある
たびに図４に示したフローチャートの動作を繰り返すこ
とにより選局度数のグレードの高い順に順次選局するこ
とができる。したがって、ユーザーがランダムにＣｈキ
ーを入力しチャンネルを選択することによって、チャン
ネルの選択度数のグレードを抽出し、受信チャンネルを
ランク付けしながらメモリし、そのメモリされたチャン
ネルはユーザーがプリセットをしなくても、又、メモリ
する局の数を気にすることなくＦキーを入力をすること
により順次選択することができる。なお、Ｆチャンネル
（Ｆａｖｏｒｉｔｅ−Ｃｈ）はランキングごとにランダ
ムに選択されるため、例えばＯＳＤ１０においてランキ
ング一覧をＬＩＳＴ形式で図５に示したように表示する
ことにより、ユーザーが一目でＦチャンネルの状態を見
ることができるようにすることも出来る。

【発明の効果】以上、説明したように本発明のＴＶ受像
機は、通常の使用状態において時間を単位として本人の
視聴傾向をチェックし、本人の好みとする視聴チャンネ
ルを選局度数配列記憶手段に記憶されるようにすると共
に、記憶されている視聴チャンネルはＦキーを押すだけ
でランク順に順次選択することができ、従来のように予
め好みのチャンネルを記憶させる面倒な操作を省略する
ことができる。又、記憶させるチャンネルの数も選局度
数配列記憶手段のメモリ回路の記憶容量をふやすことに
より、従来２〜３局程度しかなかったメモリチャンネル
を、例えば約１５局程度に増やすこともできるようにな
るので、ＢＳ放送等を含めた多数の放送チャンネルをラ
ンキング付けして、Ｆキーで順次選択することも出来る
という利点もある。

Claims (2)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 複数の受信局を選択するチューナーと、
    該チューナーの選局操作を行う制御部とを備えているＴ
    Ｖ受像機において、 前記制御部内に選局チャンネル、及びチャンネルを選択
    していた時間をパラメーターとしてチャンネル選局度数
    を積算し抽出する演算部と、 この演算部のデータからユーザーがよく見るチャンネル
    を推定し順位を付けて記憶する選局度数配列記憶手段と
    を設け、 チャンネル選局のためのキー入力が行われると、該キー
    入力の操作時間が所定時間を過ぎているか否かが判断さ
    れ、 所定時間を過ぎている場合は、上記選局度数配列記憶手
    段に記憶されている順位の一番高いチャンネルを選局す
    ると共に、 所定時間を過ぎていない場合は、現在表示中のチャンネ
    ルの順位が判断され、順位が一番高いチャンネルの場合
    は、そのままのチャンネルから表示し、 順位が一番高いチャンネルでない場合は、現在表示中の
    チャンネルの次に順位が高いチャンネルから表示し、チ
    ャンネルを選局するようにしたことを特徴とするＴＶ受
    像機。
  2. 【請求項２】 複数の受信局を選択するチューナーと、
    該チューナーの選局操作を行う制御部とを備えているＴ
    Ｖ受像機の選局方法において、 前記制御部内に選局チャンネル、及びチャンネルを選択
    していた時間をパラメーターとしてチャンネル選局度数
    を積算し抽出する演算ステップと、 この演算ステップのデータからユーザーがよく見るチャ
    ンネルを推定し順位を付けて記憶する選局度数配列記憶
    ステップとからなり、 チャンネル選局のためのキー入力が行われると、該キー
    入力の操作時間が所定時間を過ぎているか否かが判断さ
    れ、 所定時間を過ぎている場合は、上記選局度数配列記憶手
    段に記憶されている順位の一番高いチャンネルを選局す
    ると共に、 所定時間を過ぎていない場合は、現在表示中のチャンネ
    ルの順位が判断され、 順位が一番高いチャンネルの場合は、そのままのチャン
    ネルから表示し、 順位が一番高いチャンネルでない場合は、現在表示中の
    チャンネルの次に順位が高いチャンネルから表示し、チ
    ャンネルを選局するＴＶ受像機の選局方法。
