Abstract
2The deformation of a manifold formed around an inflow / outflow channel of a heat exchange medium is suppressed. When a plurality of tube members 40 each having a brazing material bonded to both surfaces of an aluminum plate material are stacked, the manifold member is formed of an aluminum plate material in a comb shape having the same thickness as the manifold and having comb teeth 52. 50 is arranged in the manifold forming portion 48 so that the comb teeth 52 face the communication flow paths 36a to 36d, and a heat exchanger is formed by brazing with a brazing material by heat treatment in a state where the laminated body is pressurized. . Since the manifold member 50 is disposed in the manifold forming portion 48, it is possible to suppress the manifold from being crushed and deformed by pressurization during the heat treatment. In addition, since the manifold member 50 is brazed to the manifold, the deformation of the manifold can be suppressed by applying a high pressure to the heat exchange medium even if a high pressure is applied in the manifold. Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger and a manifold member used therefor, and more particularly, to a heat exchanger configured by laminating a plurality of flat heat exchange tubes and a manifold member used therefor.
Conventionally, this type of heat exchanger is a heat exchanger constructed by placing tube members that are formed by bending or punching a thin plate of stainless steel or aluminum so that they face each other and are joined by brazing A multi-layered tube has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The tube member of the heat exchanger includes two through holes that form an inflow channel and an outflow channel for the heat exchange medium that penetrates the heat exchange tube when the heat exchanger is configured. An inwardly convex rib is formed to form a heat exchange medium flow path communicating with the through hole.
In heat exchangers made by laminating such flat tube members, they are circulated in the heat exchange medium flow path of tube members formed using thin plates for application to air conditioning equipment that uses refrigerants such as alternative chlorofluorocarbons. It is considered to apply a high pressure to the heat exchange medium. In this case, it is necessary to narrow the flow path width so that the heat exchange medium flow path of the tube member can withstand high pressure. Further, in order to stably supply the heat exchange medium to the flow path of such a heat exchange medium, a manifold is also formed around the inflow path and the outflow path of the heat exchange medium. On the other hand, in such a heat exchanger, a tube member is formed using a clad plate material obtained by joining a brazing material (metal) having a melting point lower than that of the central material to a central material made of a metal such as stainless steel or aluminum on both sides, It is also possible to manufacture the tube member by assembling it so that a plurality of heat exchange tubes are stacked, and placing the tube member in a furnace and brazing. When a heat exchanger is configured using a tube member formed of such a clad plate material, the tube member manifold forming portion is crushed because the tube member is assembled and pressurized and placed in the furnace. There are cases where deformation occurs. In addition, the manifold may be deformed by high pressure acting in the manifold.
In the heat exchanger of the present invention, in order to apply a high pressure to the heat exchange medium using a thin clad plate material, a plurality of tube members formed so as to reduce the width of the heat exchange medium flow path are stacked in a furnace. In the heat exchanger configured by brazing, the main object is to suppress deformation of the manifold formed around the inflow channel and the outflow channel of the heat exchange medium.
The heat exchanger of the present invention employs the following means in order to achieve the main object described above.
The heat exchanger of the present invention is
By using a clad plate material in which a second metal having a melting point lower than that of the first metal is bonded to both surfaces and a thickness of 0.3 mm or less is bonded to the center material of the first metal, at least 2 of the heat exchange medium is obtained. Tube members formed to form a flat heat exchange tube having two outflow inlets and at least one communication channel communicating the two outflow inlets are aligned with the outflow inlets of adjacent heat exchange tubes A heat exchanger configured by laminating a plurality of the above and brazing the second metal as a brazing material by heat treatment,
The tube member is formed with a manifold forming portion that forms a manifold around the two outflow inlets when the heat exchange tube is formed,
A manifold formed of a material having a melting point equal to or higher than the melting point of the first metal and having the same thickness as that of the manifold and having comb teeth, the manifold being arranged in the manifold so that the comb teeth face the communication channel side. Comprising members,
It is characterized by that.
In this heat exchanger of the present invention, a clad plate material in which a second metal having a melting point lower than that of the first metal is bonded to both surfaces and a thickness of 0.3 mm or less is bonded to the center material of the first metal face to face. By doing so, a flat heat exchange tube having at least two outflow inlets of the heat exchange medium and at least one communication channel communicating the two outflow inlets is formed, and the heat exchange tube is formed. Then, the tube member is formed so that a manifold forming portion for forming a manifold is formed around the two outflow inlets. When a plurality of tube members are stacked so that the outlets of adjacent heat exchange tubes are aligned, a comb shape having the same thickness as the manifold and having comb teeth is made of a material having a melting point equal to or higher than the melting point of the first metal. The manifold member formed in the shape is arranged in each manifold forming portion so that the comb teeth are directed to the communication channel side, and heat is exchanged by brazing the second metal as a brazing material by heat treatment in a state where the laminate is pressurized. Configure the vessel. The manifold member is brazed to each manifold forming part (each manifold of the heat exchange tube) of the tube member by heat treatment. For this reason, it can suppress that a manifold is crushed and deform | transformed even if it pressurizes in the case of heat processing. Further, deformation of the manifold can be suppressed even if a high pressure acts in the manifold. Here, as "clad plate material", a brazing material such as aluminum silicon alloy is bonded or plated on both sides of an aluminum plate material, or a brazing material such as copper or nickel is bonded or plated on both surfaces of a stainless steel plate material. And soldered or plated brazing material on both sides of a copper plate. “Adjacent heat exchange tubes and outflow inlets are aligned” means that the positions of the outflow inlets of all the heat exchange tubes coincide when the heat exchange tubes are stacked. Therefore, when it is set as a heat exchanger (laminated body), the two inflow / outflow passages which penetrate a heat exchanger in the lamination direction are formed. These two inflow / outflow channels serve as an inflow channel and an outflow channel for the heat exchange medium. “The thickness is the same as the manifold” not only means that the thickness is completely the same as that of the manifold, but also when the manifold member is brazed to the manifold forming portion, When the thickness changes, it means that the thickness is slightly thinner than the manifold or that the thickness is slightly thicker than the manifold, that is, the thickness that allows the manifold member to fit in the manifold after brazing. Yes.
In such a heat exchanger of the present invention, the manifold member fits into the manifold so that it cannot move forward and backward and left and right and cannot rotate when the comb teeth are arranged on the manifold so as to face the communication channel. It can also be formed. In this way, the manifold member can be prevented from moving or rotating in any of the front, rear, left and right directions in the manifold, and the flow of the heat exchange medium into and out of the communication channel is not hindered.
Further, in the heat exchanger according to the present invention, the manifold member has such a length that the inner teeth of the comb teeth pass through the outflow inlet when the comb teeth are arranged on the manifold so that the comb teeth face the communication channel side. It may be formed so as to be shorter than the outer teeth of the comb teeth. If it carries out like this, the function decline as a manifold by having arrange | positioned the manifold member to a manifold can be suppressed. Here, “external teeth” means comb teeth that form a frame on the outer periphery of the manifold member, and “internal teeth” mean comb teeth arranged inside the external teeth. Yes.
In the heat exchanger of the present invention, the tube member has a positioning portion for positioning when the manifold member is fitted into a part of the outer periphery of the manifold forming portion, and the manifold member is attached to the manifold. When the comb teeth are disposed so as to face the communication channel, a portion to be positioned that matches the positioning portion may be formed in a portion that matches the positioning portion. If it carries out like this, when stacking a plurality of tube members, it can control that a manifold member is arranged so that a comb tooth may face the side opposite to a communicating channel.

The manifold member of the present invention is
By using a clad plate material in which a second metal having a melting point lower than that of the first metal is bonded to both surfaces and a thickness of 0.3 mm or less is bonded to the center material of the first metal, at least 2 of the heat exchange medium is obtained. A tube member formed to constitute a flat heat exchange tube having one outflow inlet and at least one communication channel communicating the two outflow inlets, and when the heat exchange tube is formed, A plurality of tube members each having a manifold forming portion that forms a manifold around two outflow inlets are stacked so that the outflow inlets of adjacent heat exchange tubes are aligned, and the second metal is brazed by heat treatment. A manifold member disposed in the manifold when the heat exchanger is configured by brazing as a material,
When a material having a melting point equal to or higher than the melting point of the first metal is arranged in a comb shape having the same thickness as the manifold and having comb teeth, and the comb teeth are arranged on the manifold so as to face the communication channel. It is formed so as to be immovable in the front and rear, left and right and non-rotatable.
It is characterized by that.
The manifold member of the present invention is equal to or more than the melting point of the first metal in the clad plate material in which the second metal having a melting point lower than that of the first metal is bonded to both sides of the central member made of the first metal and the thickness is 0.3 mm or less. The material having the melting point is formed in a comb shape having the same thickness as the manifold and having comb teeth. A flat heat exchanging tube having at least two outflow inlets of the heat exchange medium and at least one communication passage communicating the two outflow inlets is formed by using the above clad plate material and facing each other. In addition, when the heat exchange tube is formed, the tube member formed so that a manifold forming portion that forms a manifold is formed around the two outflow inlets is used as the outflow of the adjacent heat exchange tube. When a plurality of layers are stacked so that the inlets are aligned, the manifold member of the present invention is arranged in each manifold forming portion of the tube member so that the comb teeth face the communication channel side. The laminated body thus formed is subjected to a heat treatment in a pressurized state, and the second metal is brazed as a brazing material to constitute a heat exchanger. At this time, the manifold member is brazed to each manifold forming portion of the tube member (each manifold of the heat exchange tube). For this reason, it can suppress that a manifold is crushed and deform | transformed even if it pressurizes in the case of heat processing. Further, deformation of the manifold can be suppressed even if a high pressure acts in the manifold. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 4, the

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, 7, and 8, the
In the embodiment, the
In the
Further, in the
Further, in the
And in the
In the
In the
In the
In the
In the
In the
In the
