体1の端面にスポット溶接やリベットにより固定されて
いる。モータの内部はかなり省略して描いているが、4
はステータ、5はロータでシャフト6を有している。ス
テータ4はモータ本体の外枠1に固定され、この中央部
にロータ5がシャフト6を軸受7に保持されて回転自在
に取付けられている。モータの機器への取付けは前記取
付板2を機器のシャーシ(図示せず)にねじ等により固
定して行われる。

ェクション加工を行うが、加工精度の問題でプロジェク
ションの当接面が不均一でスポット溶接時に取付板2の
平面が歪む場合があり、その場合モータを機器に正しく
取付けできなかった。またステッピングモータは本質的
に振動騒音のレベルが高いモータであり、リジッドに結
合された取付板2を通して振動や騒音が機器に直接伝わ
るという問題点もあった。
