Description of the Related Art In recent years, the use of stepping motors in office automation equipment has been increasing, and accordingly, it has been desired to improve the motor mounting accuracy and reduce vibration and noise. Hereinafter, the related art will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is a half sectional view of a conventional stepping motor. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a stepping motor main body or an outer frame of the main body, and 2 denotes a motor mounting plate fixed to an end face of the stepping motor main body 1 by spot welding or rivets. Although the inside of the motor is drawn with a considerable omission, 4 is a stator and 5 is a rotor having a shaft 6. The stator 4 is fixed to the outer frame 1 of the motor body, and a rotor 5 is rotatably mounted at the center of the rotor 4 with a shaft 6 held by a bearing 7. The motor is mounted on the equipment by fixing the mounting plate 2 to a chassis (not shown) of the equipment with screws or the like. Further, "Microfilm of Japanese Utility Model Application No. 56-1764 (Japanese Utility Model Application No. Sho 57-115551)" discloses that a stepping (pulse) motor is fixed to a frame by screws or the like via an elastic body such as rubber. I have. However, in this conventional example, the vibration from the motor is transmitted through the screw, and since the elastic body is pressed and used, the function of absorbing the vibration noise of the elastic body cannot be fully utilized, so that the stepping motor is used in particular. However, desired characteristics could not be obtained with a motor having high vibration noise. In addition, it does not naturally solve the distortion of the mounting plate. According to the conventional configuration, when the mounting plate 2 and the stepping motor main body 1 are spot-welded, projection processing is performed in advance at a welding position. The plane of the mounting plate 2 may be distorted during welding, in which case the motor could not be correctly mounted on the equipment. Further, the stepping motor is essentially a motor having a high level of vibration noise, and has a problem that vibration and noise are directly transmitted to the device through the mounting plate 2 which is rigidly connected. Means for Solving the Problems In a stepping motor according to the present invention, a motor body is bonded and fixed to a mounting plate via a rubber elastic body in order to mount the motor on a device. Function Since the mounting plate and the stepping motor main body are integrally bonded via the rubber elastic body, the elasticity of the rubber absorbs unnecessary distortion, maintains the flatness of the mounting plate, and maintains the flatness of the mounting plate. When the device is fixed to the chassis, the vibration and noise of the motor are absorbed by the elasticity of the rubber so as not to be transmitted. Embodiment Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a half sectional view of a stepping motor according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a stepping motor main body, 2 is a mounting plate, and 3 is a rubber elastic body. The stepping motor main body 1 and the mounting plate 2 are integrally bonded and fixed via an annular rubber elastic body 3. The rubber elastic body 3 is formed in an annular shape having an appropriate thickness so as to exhibit elasticity. Next, as an example of a manufacturing method of the above configuration, the stepping motor main body or its outer frame 1 and the mounting plate 2 are arranged in a mold with high precision of dimensions related to each other such as squareness and concentricity. Rubber mixed with a vulcanizing agent surrounded by a metal mold is injected, and vulcanized rubber is formed by appropriate heating and pressing. When the vulcanized rubber is formed, an adhesive force is generated between the vulcanized rubber and the stepping motor main body, which is a metal plate, or its outer frame 1 and the mounting plate 2 by vulcanization bonding, and the configuration of the present invention is obtained. In order to strengthen the adhesive force, it is effective to use a means such as roughening the surface of the metal plate, providing a retaining projection, or using metal plating.
According to the above manufacturing method, no extra strain is applied to the stepping motor main body or its outer frame 1 or the mounting plate 2, so that the dimensional accuracy can be maintained and both can be fixed integrally. The accuracy of the flat surface is also improved as compared with the prior art. In addition, the need for projection processing is eliminated, and the number of steps is reduced. Effect of the Invention As described above, the present invention improves the fixing accuracy of the mounting plate by bonding the frame and the mounting plate with a rubber elastic body, and further integrates the mounting plate via the elastic body to the equipment. An excellent stepping motor capable of realizing low vibration and low noise during mounting can be provided.
