Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る電池パック(蓄電装置)の分解斜視図である。図1に示すように、電池パックは、積層体100と、積層体100を収容するケース200とを含む。
図7は、実施の形態2に係る電池パックのケース200のみを示す分解斜視図である。
図8は、実施の形態3に係る蓄電装置のケース200のみを示す分解斜視図である。図9は、電池パックのY軸方向に沿う断面図である。
図10は、実施の形態4に係る電池パックのケース200のみを示す分解斜視図である。
図11は、実施の形態5に係る電池パックのケース200のみを示す分解斜視図である。
図12,図13は、ケース200の側面部分と蓋面部分との接合構造の例を示す図である。
Claims (9)
- 第1方向に積層された複数の蓄電セルの積層体と、
前記積層体を収容するケースとを備え、
前記ケースは、前記第1方向に沿って前記積層体の両端面に各々対向する第1部分および第2部分と、前記第1方向に直交する第2方向に沿って前記積層体の両側面に各々対向する第3部分および第4部分と、前記第1方向および前記第2方向に直交する第3方向に沿って前記積層体の上面および底面に各々対向する第5部分および第6部分とを含み、
前記第1部分および前記第2部分は、前記積層体の前記両端面に各々当接し、前記積層体から前記第1方向の力を受け、
前記第1部分および前記第2部分が受けた前記第1方向の力が前記第3部分ないし前記第6部分の全てに伝達されることにより前記積層体が前記第1方向に沿って前記ケースに支持される、蓄電装置。 - 前記第1部分および前記第2部分は、前記第2方向に沿う長辺と前記第3方向に沿う短辺とを含む矩形形状を各々有し、
前記第1部分および前記第2部分は、前記第2方向に沿って押し出された押出材により形成された部分を各々含む、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1部分および前記第2部分には、前記第2方向に沿って延在する第1空洞および第2空洞が各々設けられる、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第3部分および前記第4部分は、前記第1方向に沿って押し出された押出材により形成された部分を各々含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第3部分および前記第4部分には、前記第1方向に沿って延在する第3空洞および第4空洞が各々設けられる、請求項4に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第5部分は、前記第1部分および前記第2部分に対して前記第1方向から当接するコンタクト部を含む、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第6部分は、冷却媒体通路が形成された冷却プレートを含む、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第6部分は、前記第1方向に沿って押し出された押出材により形成された部分を含み、前記冷却媒体通路は前記第1方向に沿って延在する、請求項7に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記複数の蓄電セルの底面は前記第6部分に接触する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
