Claims (10)
- 一つ以上の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池モジュール;
前記電池モジュールの上面上に位置する上部フレーム;
前記電池モジュールの一側面上に位置する第1側面フレーム;および
前記第1側面フレームに対向するように、前記電池モジュールの他側面上に位置する第2側面フレームを含み、
前記上部フレームは、前記上部フレームの一端部に位置する一つ以上の第1ヒンジ部を含み、
前記第1側面フレームは、前記第1側面フレームの上部縁に位置し、前記第1ヒンジ部と締結される一つ以上の第1ポールを含み、
前記第1ヒンジ部には前記第1ポールが挿入される第1開口が形成され、
前記第1開口は、前記上部フレームと垂直な方向および前記上部フレームと平行する方向の間を向くように傾いて形成された電池パック。 - 前記第1開口は、前記電池モジュールに対向するように、内側に傾いて形成された請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1開口は、前記電池モジュールに対向する領域を向くように、外側に傾いて形成された請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記上部フレームは、前記第1ヒンジ部に対向する端部に位置する一つ以上の第2ヒンジ部を含み、
前記第2側面フレームは、前記第2側面フレームの上部縁に位置し、前記第2ヒンジ部と締結される一つ以上の第2ポールを含み、
前記第2ヒンジ部には前記第2ポールが挿入される第2開口が形成され、
前記第2開口は、前記上部フレームと垂直な方向および前記上部フレームと平行する方向の間を向くように傾いて形成された請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第1開口および前記第2開口は、互いに対向する方向に傾いて形成された請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1開口および前記第2開口は、互いに逆方向に傾いて形成された請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1開口は、前記上部フレームと平行する方向から60度〜70度の角度を形成する請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1ヒンジ部は二つ以上であり、前記上部フレームの前記一端部に沿って離隔して位置し、
前記第1ポールは二つ以上であり、前記第1側面フレームの前記上部縁に沿って離隔して位置する請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第1ポールを前記第1ヒンジ部に締結するために、前記第1開口の間隔は前記第1ポールの直径より小さい請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項による電池パックを含むデバイス。
