Claims (15)
- 一つ以上の電池セルが積層されたセル積層体および前記セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームを含む電池モジュール、
前記電池モジュールを収納するパックフレーム、および
前記モジュールフレームの下面と前記パックフレームとの間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層
を含み、
前記モジュールフレームの前記下面に開放部が形成されて、前記セル積層体が前記熱伝導性樹脂層と接触する電池パック。 - 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、熱伝導性接着物質を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、熱伝導性樹脂が前記セル積層体と接触したまま固化された形態である、請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層と前記パックフレームの底部との間に位置する放熱器をさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記モジュールフレームのうちの少なくとも一つは、U字型フレームであり、
前記U字型フレームの下面に前記開放部が形成された、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記U字型フレームの上面にはカバーが位置し、
前記U字型フレームと前記カバーとが溶接結合して結合部を形成する、請求項5に記載の電池パック。 - 前記モジュールフレームのうちの少なくとも一つは、前面及び後面が開放されたモノフレームであり、
前記モノフレームの下面に前記開放部が形成された、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池モジュールは、二つ以上である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パックフレームは、前記電池モジュールの側面の間に形成された隔壁を含む、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールの側面が前記隔壁と密着されている、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池モジュールの側面方向に沿って配置された電池モジュールは、その側面が互いに密着されている、請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記一つ以上の電池セルは、前記モジュールフレームの両側面と平行になるように直立または倒立形態に積層され、
前記一つ以上の電池セルのそれぞれが前記熱伝導性樹脂層と接触する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記開放部は、前記モジュールフレームの前面および後面のそれぞれから離隔されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記開放部は、前記モジュールフレームの両側面と隣接した、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
