Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the structure of a premix tube arranged in a premix combustor of a gas turbine.
In diffusion combustion, in which combustion gas is injected into the air atmosphere, the combustion gas and air are not sufficiently mixed and combustion is performed in a high concentration state, so that the combustion temperature rises and NOx (nitrogen oxide) is discharged. The concentration becomes high. Therefore, the NOx concentration can be reduced by injecting steam or water into the combustion region to lower the combustion temperature.
However, a large amount of water is required for the amount of fuel supplied, which may reduce the efficiency of the gas turbine plant.
Therefore, diluted premix combustion that enables low NOx to be discharged without injecting water vapor or water is adopted. In the diluted premixed combustion, the combustion gas is mixed with air, and the mixed gas diluted to a low concentration is supplied to the combustion region to perform combustion. Since the combustion temperature of this premixture becomes low, the generation of NOx is suppressed and NOx having a low concentration is discharged.
In order to increase the mixing efficiency of this type of diluted premixed combustion, for example,
Further, in
Further, Patent Document 3 describes an upper peripheral wall provided with a hole in the outer cylinder body for creating a swirling flow in a gap between the combustion cylinder and the through-cylindrical inner wall in the upper peripheral wall of the premixing pipe. It has a premixing tube composed of a lower peripheral wall, a first pressure injection nozzle is arranged in the center of the top of the inner wall, and five second pressure injection nozzles are arranged at equal intervals on the lower peripheral wall. The fuel injected toward the center from each second pressure injection nozzle rides on the swirling flow of air from the gap toward the combustion cylinder, spreads widely in the radial direction in the upper region of the combustor, and evaporates early due to the long residence time. -A gas turbine combustor that ignites and burns completely is disclosed.
The gas turbine combustor disclosed in
However, these gas turbine combustors are mainly intended to generate a swirling flow and are intended to promote mixing. However, the state of the mixed concentration distribution is unclear, and it is unclear whether the concentration of the combustion gas is made uniform. Therefore, it may be burned in a state of high concentration, and the emission concentration of NOx may be partially increased.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a premixing tube structure of a gas turbine that promotes mixing of combustion gas and air, makes the concentration of combustion gas uniform, and efficiently performs diluted premixing combustion. It is supposed to be.
In order to achieve the above object, in the premixer pipe structure of the gas turbine according to the present invention, a pilot fuel nozzle is arranged in the center of the combustor inner cylinder, and a plurality of main fuels are arranged around the pilot fuel nozzle. A cylinder in which a nozzle for main fuel is arranged, the nozzle for main fuel is held at the base end portion, and a mixed gas in which the main fuel injected from the nozzle for main fuel is mixed with air is injected from the tip portion into the inner cylinder of the combustor. It is a premixed tube having a shape, and is characterized in that a plurality of air holes for taking in air are arranged in the circumferential direction by communicating the inside and the outside through the peripheral wall, and a plurality of rows are arranged in the axial direction.
The air for premixing is taken in from the periphery of the peripheral wall, and the combustion gas injected from the nozzle for main fuel mixes with the air and is injected into the inner cylinder of the combustor.
Further, it is preferable that the premixing pipe structure of the gas turbine described above has the air holes arranged in a staggered pattern.
By arranging them in a staggered pattern, the air holes adjacent in the axial direction are displaced in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the position where the air is taken in is different, and when the combustion gas passes through the position where the air hole does not exist on the proximal end side, that is, the upstream side, the combustion gas cannot be sufficiently mixed with the air. When this poorly mixed combustion gas flows axially and passes through a position facing the air hole on the downstream side, mixing with air is promoted. Therefore, the undiluted combustion gas that has passed through the upstream side is diluted on the downstream side, and is surely diluted as it flows in the axial direction.
Further, in the above-mentioned gas turbine premixing pipe structure, the number of the air holes arranged in the circumferential direction on the proximal end side is larger than the number arranged in the circumferential direction on the distal end side. It is preferable to have.
The number of air holes arranged in the circumferential direction is increased on the proximal end side (upstream side) than on the distal end side (downstream side).
Since combustion gas is supplied on the proximal end side, it is desirable to supply and mix a large amount of air. Therefore, a large number of air holes are formed on the proximal end side so that air can be sucked.
Further, since air is supplied to the mixed gas in which the combustion gas is diluted on the tip side, a large amount of air is not required as on the base side. Therefore, the number of air holes on the prior application side is smaller than that on the base end side.
Further, in the above-mentioned gas turbine premixing pipe structure, it is preferable that the opening area of the air holes is large on the proximal end side and small on the distal end portion side.
By enlarging the opening area of the air hole on the base end side, a large amount of air can be sucked and the dilution of the combustion gas is promoted.
Further, in the above-mentioned gas turbine premixing pipe structure, the opening area on the plane orthogonal to the cylindrical axis makes the opening area on the tip end side smaller than the opening area from the proximal end side to the body. Is preferable.
The opening area of the tubular premixing tube with respect to the cross section is reduced on the tip side to increase the flow velocity of the mixed gas injected from the tip to the combustor inner cylinder. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of flashback of combustion in the inner cylinder of the combustor.
According to the premixing pipe structure of the gas turbine according to the present invention, the concentration of the mixed gas can be efficiently lowered and made uniform, and the generation of NOx due to combustion can be suppressed. In addition, since air is supplied through the side wall of the premix pipe, the distance between the premix pipe and the canopy can be reduced compared to the structure in which air is taken in from the opening on the proximal end side in the axial direction, and the gas can be used. The size of the turbine can be reduced.
The premixing pipe structure of the gas turbine according to the present invention will be specifically described based on the preferred embodiment shown.
First, an outline of an embodiment of a gas turbine equipped with a premixing pipe having the structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In the

Further, the lower portion of the
An appropriate number of air holes 1a1, 1a2, 1a3, and 1a4 are formed in the
The positional relationship between these air holes 1a1, 1a2, 1a3, and 1a4 is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional view cut along the line 5A-5A in FIG. 2 along a plane orthogonal to the axis C, and 16 air holes 1a1 are arranged in this portion. Further, FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view cut along the
By arranging the air holes 1a2, 1a3, and 1a4 at positions displaced by an angle of 15 °, all of the air holes 1a2, 1a3, and 1a4 are displaced in the direction along the axis C. It doesn't matter what you arrange.
Further, the diameters of the air holes 1a1, 1a2, 1a3, and 1a4 may be different from each other. In this case, it is preferable to increase the diameter of the air holes 1a1 arranged on the upstream side. Further, the diameter may be gradually reduced toward the downstream side, or the diameters of the air holes 1a2, 1a3, and 1a4 may be made equal.
Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the
Next, the operation of the
In the
Further, since the air holes 1a2, 1a3, and 1a4 are arranged so as to be displaced in the circumferential direction, the position where the air hole 1a2 does not face, that is, the position where the intermediate position between the adjacent air holes 1a2 in the circumferential direction faces. It is difficult for air to be introduced into the combustion gas that passes through. However, since the air holes 1a3 arranged downstream of the air holes 1a2 are arranged at positions displaced from the air holes 1a2, the combustion gas that has passed through the portion where the air holes 1a2 are not formed is allowed. It is diluted with the air introduced from the air holes 1a3. Therefore, the supplied combustion gas as a whole is evenly mixed with air, diluted to a desired state and used for combustion to generate a high-temperature, high-pressure working gas.
Since the
Then, the working gas that drives the

Similar to the
As in the case of the
