Description
(3)機器は、車両の外部から供給される電力により車両に搭載された蓄電装置を充電する充電器である。
<車両の全体構成>
図1は、実施の形態1に係る車両の全体構成を概略的に示す回路ブロック図である。図1を参照して、本実施の形態において、車両1は燃料電池車である。また、車両1は、車両1の外部から供給される電力による外部充電(いわゆるプラグイン充電)が可能にも構成されている。すなわち、車両1は、プラグイン燃料電池車(PFCV:Plug-in Fuel Cell Vehicle)である。ただし、車両1がFCVであることは必須ではない。車両1は、燃料電池に代えてエンジンが搭載された通常のプラグインハイブリッド車両(PHV:Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle)であってもよい。
車両1には、5つの降圧コンバータ33,61,62,71,72が設けられている。各降圧コンバータ33,61,62,71,72の回路構成は基本的に共通であるため、以下では、降圧コンバータ61の回路構成について代表的に説明する。
本実施の形態では、車両1の動作状況に応じた補機バッテリ5の充電制御が実行される。より詳細には、車両1が走行可能な状態(ReadyON状態)である場合と、そうでない場合(たとえば、プラグイン充電のため車両1が走行不能な状態である場合)とでは、補機バッテリ5の充電制御が異なる。実施の形態1では、車両1のReadyON状態における補機バッテリ5の充電制御について説明する。
図5は、実施の形態1における補機バッテリ5の充電制御を示すフローチャートである。図5ならびに後述する図8および図9に示すフローチャートは、たとえば、予め定められた条件の成立時または制御周期が経過する毎に実行される。これらのフローチャートに含まれる各ステップは、基本的にはECU100によるソフトウェア処理によって実現されるが、ECU100内に作製された専用のハードウェア(電気回路)によって実現されてもよい。以下、ステップを「S」と略す。
実施の形態1では、車両1がReadyON状態である場合の補機バッテリ5の充電制御について説明した。実施の形態2においては、車両1のプラグイン充電が行われる場合の補機バッテリ5の充電制御について説明する。なお、実施の形態2における車両1の構成は、実施の形態1における車両1の構成(図1参照)と同様である。
実施の形態1にて説明した補機バッテリ5の充電制御と、実施の形態2にて説明した補機バッテリ5の充電制御とを組み合わせてもよい。
Claims (7)
- 第1の目標電圧を生成するように降圧動作を行い、降圧した電力を電力線に出力するように構成された第1の降圧コンバータと、
第2の目標電圧を生成するように降圧動作を行い、降圧した電力を前記電力線に出力するように構成された第2の降圧コンバータと、
前記電力線を伝送する電力により充電される補機電池と、
前記第1および第2の目標電圧を前記第1および第2の降圧コンバータにそれぞれ出力する制御装置と、
冷却システムにより冷却されるように構成された機器とを備え、
前記第1の降圧コンバータは、前記機器の内部に配置され、
前記第2の降圧コンバータは、前記機器の外部に配置され、
前記制御装置は、前記機器を動作させる場合、前記第1の目標電圧を前記第2の目標電圧よりも高くする、車両。 - 前記機器は、前記車両の走行用モータを駆動する電力変換装置である、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記機器は、前記車両の外部から供給される電力により前記車両に搭載された蓄電装置を充電する充電器である、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1の目標電圧を前記第2の目標電圧よりも高くすることによって、前記第1の降圧コンバータからの出力電流が前記第1の降圧コンバータの最大出力電流よりも小さい場合には前記第2の降圧コンバータが前記電力線に降圧した電力を出力しないようにする一方で、前記第1の降圧コンバータからの出力電流が前記最大出力電流よりも大きい場合には前記第1の降圧コンバータに加えて前記第2の降圧コンバータが前記電力線に降圧した電力を出力するようにする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 前記第2の降圧コンバータを冷却するように構成された他の冷却システムをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の降圧コンバータからの出力電流が前記最大出力電流よりも小さい場合、前記他の冷却システムを停止させる、請求項4に記載の車両。 - 第1の目標電圧を生成するように降圧動作を行い、降圧した電力を第1の電力線に出力する第1の降圧コンバータと、
第2の目標電圧を生成するように降圧動作を行い、降圧した電力を前記第1の電力線に出力する第2の降圧コンバータと、
第3の目標電圧を生成するように降圧動作を行い、降圧した電力を第2の電力線に出力する第3の降圧コンバータと、
第4の目標電圧を生成するように降圧動作を行い、降圧した電力を前記第2の電力線に出力する第4の降圧コンバータと、
前記第1〜第4の降圧コンバータの降圧動作により充電される補機電池と、
前記第1〜第4の目標電圧を前記第1〜第4の降圧コンバータにそれぞれ出力する制御装置と、
車両の走行用モータを駆動する電力変換装置と、
前記車両の外部から供給される電力により前記車両に搭載された蓄電装置を充電する充電器と、
前記電力変換装置を冷却する第1の冷却システムと、
前記充電器を冷却する第2の冷却システムとを備え、
前記第1の降圧コンバータは、前記電力変換装置の内部に配置され、
前記第2の降圧コンバータは、前記電力変換装置および前記充電器の外部に配置され、
前記第3の降圧コンバータは、前記充電器の内部に配置され、
前記第4の降圧コンバータは、前記電力変換装置の内部に配置され、
前記制御装置は、
前記電力変換装置を動作させる場合、前記第1の目標電圧を前記第2の目標電圧よりも高くし、
前記充電器を動作させる場合、前記第3の目標電圧を前記第4の目標電圧よりも高くする、車両。 - 車両の制御方法であって、
前記車両は、
第1の目標電圧を生成するように降圧動作を行い、降圧した電力を電力線に出力するように構成された第1の降圧コンバータと、
第2の目標電圧を生成するように降圧動作を行い、降圧した電力を前記電力線に出力するように構成された第2の降圧コンバータと、
前記電力線を伝送する電力により充電される補機電池と、
冷却システムにより冷却されるように構成された機器とを備え、
前記第1の降圧コンバータは、前記機器の内部に配置され、
前記第2の降圧コンバータは、前記機器の外部に配置され、
前記制御方法は、
前記機器を動作させるか否かを判定するステップと、
前記機器を動作させる場合、前記第1の目標電圧を前記第2の目標電圧よりも高くするステップとを含む、車両の制御方法。
