Hereinafter, the contents of the present invention will be described in detail. In addition, in this specification, "~" is used in the meaning that the numerical values described before and after it are included as the lower limit value and the upper limit value.
In the present specification, various physical property values and characteristic values shall be at 23 ° C. unless otherwise specified.
As used herein, the term "(meth) acrylate" means both methacrylate and acrylate.
The resin composition of the present invention is used in a 1: 1 (mass ratio) mixed solvent of tetrachloroethane and phenol with respect to 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.82 dL / g or less measured at 30 ° C. The melt flow rate (MFR) measured at 190 ° C. using a test load of 2.16 kg contains 0.5 parts by mass or more and 20 parts by mass or less of the impact modifier of 50 g / 10 minutes or more. With such a configuration, a highly fluid resin composition can be obtained. Therefore, it can be preferably used as a thin-walled molded product. Further, a molded product having a high fracture point nominal strain can be obtained. In particular, it is possible to increase the nominal fracture point distortion when a thin-walled molded product is used.
That is, in the present invention, the fluidity can be increased by using a thermoplastic resin having a low intrinsic viscosity. Furthermore, we succeeded in increasing the fluidity and increasing the fracture point nominal strain by using an impact modifier having a high MFR. In particular, the effect of the present invention is an unexpected effect in that the fracture point nominal strain can be increased even though there is no great difference in mechanical strength other than the fracture point nominal strain.
It is presumed that the reason for this is that the thermoplastic resin and the impact modifier are difficult to be compatible with each other, so that the inherent performance of each component is exhibited.
The details of the present invention will be described below.

The shape of the evaluated resin molded product is a long resin molded product having a wall thickness of 1 mm and a width of 1.5 mm in a cross section, and has a spiral shape. This spiral long resin molded product is shown in FIG. In FIG. 1, the central member represents the gate 1, and the size of the spiral long resin molded product is (dimension h1 in the long axis direction) × (short axis) as the distance between the centers of the long resin molded product. The dimension in the direction h2) = 90 mm × 105 mm.
The larger the value of the spiral flow length (unit: mm), the better the fluidity.
<< Destruction point nominal distortion (%) >>
The resin composition pellets obtained above are dried at 120 ° C. for 5 hours, and then used in an injection molding machine (“NEX80” manufactured by Nissei Resin Industry Co., Ltd.) under the conditions of a cylinder temperature of 260 ° C. and a mold temperature of 80 ° C. , A thin-walled dumbbell piece (1 mm thick) and an ISO dumbbell piece (4 mm thick) were injection-molded.
The fracture point nominal strain (unit:%) was measured for the thin-walled dumbbell piece and the ISO dumbbell piece obtained above in accordance with ISO standards 527-1 and ISO527-2.
<< Measurement of flexural modulus >>
The flexural modulus (unit: MPa) was measured using an ISO multipurpose test piece (thickness of 4 mm) in accordance with ISO standard 178.
In Table 2 above, the intrinsic viscosity of PBT means the intrinsic viscosity of the mixture of all PBT resins contained in the resin composition.
As is clear from the above results, the resin composition of the present invention had high fluidity and high fracture point nominal strain (Examples 1 to 5). In particular, the fracture point nominal strain when the ISO dumbbell test piece having a thickness of 4 mm was used was about the same as or less than that of Comparative Examples 1, 3 and 4, but with the dumbbell piece having a thickness of 1 mm. Then, the fracture point nominal distortion could be significantly increased as compared with these comparative examples. This effect is amazing.
Further, the resin composition of the present invention maintained a high Charpy impact strength and a high flexural modulus.
On the other hand, when the impact-resistant modifier was not included (Comparative Example 1), in addition to the Charpy impact strength, the fracture point nominal strain of the thin-walled dumbbell piece was inferior. Further, even if the impact-resistant modifier was contained, when the melt flow rate was low (Comparative Example 2), in addition to the fracture point nominal strain of the thin-walled dumbbell piece, the fracture point nominal strain of the ISO dumbbell piece was also inferior.
On the other hand, when the intrinsic viscosity of the thermoplastic resin was high (Comparative Examples 3 and 4), the fracture point nominal strain of the thin-walled dumbbell piece and the ISO dumbbell piece was inferior, and the fluidity was also inferior.
