23で運転者のアクセルペダルの踏込みが検出されるまで制動状態を維持させる。或いは、自車両Mに電動パーキングブレーキ(EPB)システムが搭載されている場合は、ブレーキアクチュエータによるブレーキ液圧の印加を解除し、パーキングブレーキを作動させるようにしても良い。

Claims (4)
- 自車両前方の走行環境情報を取得する走行環境情報取得部と、
駆動源と駆動輪との間の動力伝達の接続或いは遮断を検出する動力伝達検出部と、
前記走行環境情報取得部で取得した前記走行環境情報に基づいて前記自車両前方の目標対象物を認識した場合、該自車両と該目標対象物との間の距離に応じて該自車両の車速を制御する車速制御部と
を備えるマニュアルトランスミッション車用運転支援装置において、
前記車速制御部は、前記動力伝達検出部で前記動力伝達の遮断を検出した場合、前記走行環境情報取得部で取得した前記自車両前方の前記目標対象物と該自車両との間の距離に応じて自動ブレーキ制御を実行させる
ことを特徴とするマニュアルトランスミッション車用運転支援装置。 - 前記車速制御部は、前記動力伝達検出部でシフトレバーがニュートラル位置に戻されたことを検出した場合、前記走行環境情報取得部で取得した前記自車両前方の前記目標対象物と該自車両との間の距離に応じて前記自動ブレーキ制御を実行させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のマニュアルトランスミッション車用運転支援装置。 - 前記車速制御部は、前記動力伝達検出部でエンジンと手動式変速機との間に設けられているクラッチの遮断を検出した場合、該クラッチの遮断されている状態が所定時間継続している場合、前記走行環境情報取得部で取得した前記自車両前方の前記目標対象物と該自車両との間の距離に応じて前記自動ブレーキ制御を実行させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1或いは2記載のマニュアルトランスミッション車用運転支援装置。 - 前記車速制御部は、前記動力伝達検出部で前記動力伝達の遮断を検出した場合であっても、前記走行環境情報取得部で取得した前記走行環境情報から前記自車両前方の目標対象物が認識されない場合は、前記自動ブレーキ制御を実行させない
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のマニュアルトランスミッション車用運転支援装置。
