Abstract
【解決手段】本実施形態は、非水系基剤として少なくとも1種の炭素数6以上の飽和炭化水素化合物を含み、且つ水を実質的に含まない、冷却液組成物である。

Description
(2) 飽和炭化水素化合物の炭素数が8〜18である、(1)に記載の冷却液組成物。
(3) 飽和炭化水素化合物が、直鎖状飽和炭化水素化合物を含む、(1)又は(2)に記載の冷却液組成物。
(4) 直鎖状飽和炭化水素化合物が、オクタン、ノナン、デカン、ウンデカン、ドデカン、トリデカン、テトラデカン、ペンタデカン、ヘキサデカン、ヘプタデカン、及びオクタデカンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む、(3)に記載の冷却液組成物。
(5) 飽和炭化水素化合物が、分岐鎖状飽和炭化水素化合物を含む、(1)又は(2)に記載の冷却液組成物。
(6) 分岐鎖状飽和炭化水素化合物が、ジメチルヘキサン、エチルメチルペンタン、メチルヘプタン、トリメチルペンタン、ジメチルヘプタン、エチルヘプタン、メチルオクタン、テトラメチルペンタン、トリメチルヘキサン、ジエチルヘキサン、ジメチルオクタン、エチルメチルヘプタン、ペンタメチルヘプタン、及びメチルドデカンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む、(5)に記載の冷却液組成物。
(7) 飽和炭化水素化合物の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、10質量%以上である、(1)〜(6)のいずれか1つに記載の冷却液組成物。
(8) 鉱油をさらに含む、(1)〜(7)のいずれか1つに記載の冷却液組成物。
(9) 飽和炭化水素化合物の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、10〜90質量%であり、
鉱油の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、10〜90質量%である、(8)に記載の冷却液組成物。
(10) 飽和炭化水素化合物の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、30〜70質量%であり、
鉱油の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、30〜70質量%である、(8)に記載の冷却液組成物。
(11) 20℃における導電率が、0.1μS/cm以下である、(1)〜(10)のいずれか1つに記載の冷却液組成物。
(12) 20℃における導電率が、0.001μS/cm以下である、(1)〜(11)のいずれか1つに記載の冷却液組成物。
(13) (1)〜(12)のいずれか1つに記載の冷却液組成物を冷媒として用いる冷却システム。
(14) 走行用モーターを備える自動車に搭載される発熱機器を冷却するための、(13)に記載の冷却システム。
(15) 発熱機器が、インバーター、コンバーター、ジェネレーター、モーター又はバッテリーである、(14)に記載の冷却システム。
(16) 発熱機器がパワーカードを有し、冷却液組成物とパワーカードが物理的に接触している、(14)又は(15)に記載の冷却システム。
本実施形態は、非水系基剤として少なくとも1種の炭素数6以上の飽和炭化水素化合物を含み、水を実質的に含まない、冷却液組成物である。
本実施形態に係る冷却液組成物は、冷却システムに用いられ、好ましくは、走行用モーターを備える自動車に備えられる冷却システムに用いられる。すなわち、本実施形態の一態様は、本実施形態に係る冷却液組成物を冷媒として用いる冷却システムである。また、本実施形態の一態様は、走行用モーターを備える自動車に搭載される発熱機器を冷却するための冷却システムである。また、本実施形態の一態様は、本実施形態に係る冷却システム、及び該冷却システムで冷却される発熱機器を有する、走行用モーターを備える自動車である。
・デカン(東京化成工業社製)
・ウンデカン(東京化成工業社製)
・ドデカン(東京化成工業社製)
・鉱油:動粘度(20℃)0.1〜10mm2/s
・従来LLC(トヨタ純正、商品名:スーパーロングライフクーラント、エチレングリコールと添加剤を含む。)
・エチレングリコール(東京化成工業社製)(以下、EGとも称す。)
・イオン交換水
下記表1−1〜表1−2に記載の組成で、各冷却液組成物を調製した。
各冷却液組成物の20℃における導電率は、導電率測定機(横河電機株式会社製、パーソナルSCメータSC72、検出器:SC72SN−11)を用いて測定した。結果を表1に示す。
各冷却液組成物の伝熱特性は、冷媒として各冷却液組成物を用いたラジエーター、オイルクーラー及びインバーターにおける冷却性能を下記式で算出することにより比較した。結果を表1−1〜表1−2に示す。
冷媒として各冷却液組成物を用いたラジエーターにおける冷却性能を下記式で算出した。冷媒は、入口温度が65℃となるように調整した。その他の条件は、以下の通りである。ラジエーターへの送風量:4.5m/sec、冷媒流量:10L/min、冷媒と外気の温度差:40℃(冷媒:65℃、外気:25℃)。
冷媒として各冷却液組成物を用いたオイルクーラーにおける冷却性能を下記式で算出した。冷媒は、入口温度が30℃となるように調整した。その他の条件は、以下の通りである。トランスミッションオイルの流量:6L/min、冷媒流量:10L/min、トランスミッションオイルと冷媒の温度差:30℃(トランスミッションオイル:60℃、冷媒:30℃)。
冷媒として各冷却液組成物を用いたインバーターにおける冷却性能を下記式で算出した。冷媒は、入口温度が65℃となるように調整した。その他の条件は、以下の通りである。インバーター(パワーカード)の発熱量:500W、冷媒流量:10L/min。
各冷却液組成物を耐熱瓶に入れ、アクリルゴム片を浸漬させた後、120℃で216時間加熱した。その後、ゴム片の体積を測定し、ゴム片の体積変化率を算出した(JIS K 6258参照)。基準の体積変化率を超えなかった場合を「○」として評価し、基準の体積変化率を超えた場合を「×」として評価した。
Claims (16)
- 非水系基剤として少なくとも1種の炭素数6以上の飽和炭化水素化合物を含み、且つ水を実質的に含まない、冷却液組成物。
- 飽和炭化水素化合物の炭素数が8〜18である、請求項1に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 飽和炭化水素化合物が、直鎖状飽和炭化水素化合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 直鎖状飽和炭化水素化合物が、オクタン、ノナン、デカン、ウンデカン、ドデカン、トリデカン、テトラデカン、ペンタデカン、ヘキサデカン、ヘプタデカン、及びオクタデカンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む、請求項3に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 飽和炭化水素化合物が、分岐鎖状飽和炭化水素化合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 分岐鎖状飽和炭化水素化合物が、ジメチルヘキサン、エチルメチルペンタン、メチルヘプタン、トリメチルペンタン、ジメチルヘプタン、エチルヘプタン、メチルオクタン、テトラメチルペンタン、トリメチルヘキサン、ジエチルヘキサン、ジメチルオクタン、エチルメチルヘプタン、メチルノナン、ペンタメチルヘプタン、及びメチルドデカンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む、請求項5に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 飽和炭化水素化合物の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、10質量%以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 鉱油をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 飽和炭化水素化合物の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、10〜90質量%であり、
鉱油の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、10〜90質量%である、請求項8に記載の冷却液組成物。 - 飽和炭化水素化合物の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、30〜70質量%であり、
鉱油の冷却液組成物中の含有量が、30〜70質量%である、請求項8に記載の冷却液組成物。 - 20℃における導電率が、0.1μS/cm以下である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 20℃における導電率が、0.001μS/cm以下である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の冷却液組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の冷却液組成物を冷媒として用いる冷却システム。
- 走行用モーターを備える自動車に搭載される発熱機器を冷却するための、請求項13に記載の冷却システム。
- 発熱機器が、インバーター、コンバーター、ジェネレーター、モーター又はバッテリーである、請求項14に記載の冷却システム。
- 発熱機器がパワーカードを有し、冷却液組成物とパワーカードが物理的に接触している、請求項14又は15に記載の冷却システム。
