Claims (5)
- サンギヤと、リングギヤと、前記リングギヤと噛み合う複数のピニオンギヤと、前記ピニオンギヤを回転可能に支持するピニオン軸と、前記ピニオン軸を保持するキャリアプレートとを有する遊星歯車機構を備え、
前記ピニオン軸は、軸方向の一方の端部に開口する開口部と、前記開口部に連通し、前記開口部から流入した潤滑油を前記ピニオンギヤの内周面に供給する油路とを有する動力伝達装置であって、
前記キャリアプレートに取り付けられ、前記ピニオンギヤの回転時に前記ピニオンギヤと前記リングギヤとの噛合い部から前記リングギヤの径方向外側に飛散する潤滑油を受けて前記開口部に導くオイルレシーバを備える
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記オイルレシーバは、
前記噛合い部よりも前記リングギヤの径方向外側の位置で、前記リングギヤの周方向に所定範囲に亘って前記リングギヤの径方向内側を向くように配置され、前記ピニオンギヤの回転時に前記噛合い部から前記径方向外側に飛散する潤滑油を受ける受け面と、
前記噛合い部および前記開口部と軸方向に対向するように配置され、前記受け面で受けた潤滑油を前記開口部に案内する案内面と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記ピニオンギヤは、はすば歯車であり、
前記はすば歯車のねじれ方向は、前記ピニオンギヤの回転時に前記噛合い部から軸方向で前記オイルレシーバ側に潤滑油が飛散するねじれ方向に設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記案内面は、前記噛合い部から飛散した潤滑油の動圧を利用して当該潤滑油を前記開口部に案内する曲面形状を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記キャリアプレートと一体回転するように連結された回転軸と、
前記キャリアプレートの停止位置を制御する制御装置と、をさらに備え、
前記キャリアプレートの内部には、前記ピニオン軸に設けられた油路同士を連通させるプレート油路が形成されており、
前記オイルレシーバは、前記複数のピニオンギヤに対応する位置に複数設けられ、
前記制御装置は、前記キャリアプレートを停止させる際、複数の前記オイルレシーバのうちのいずれか一つが、上下方向で前記回転軸の上側に位置するように前記キャリアプレートの停止位置を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達装置。
