Description

次いで、かくして得られた膏体溶液を、剥離フィルム(剥離ライナー)又は支持体上に伸展し、乾燥炉内温度を60℃以上80℃未満に調節した乾燥機で、4〜20分間乾燥し、有機溶剤を乾燥除去後、膏体層を支持体又は剥離フィルム(剥離ライナー)と貼り合わせ、本発明の貼付剤を得ることができる。
なお、膏体層の厚みとしては、30〜200μmが好ましく、特に好ましくは80〜150μmであり、最も好ましくは、100μm程度であるのが良い。
膏体層の厚みが30μm未満であると、薬物放出の持続性が乏しくなるとともに粘着力が低下し、200μmより厚くなると、膏体層中に含有される薬物の量が増え、製造コストが高くなる。
