- − 少なくとも2つの連続した上部ピーク(18)が前記第1の成形シート(5)に付着されており、従ってそれぞれに2つの連続した付着表面(22)を画定し、そして、

請求項1または2記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。 - 前記付着表面(22、26)の少なくとも1つが、結合剤、例えば熱可塑性結合剤、を用いた付着の場所であり、問題の前記ピーク(18、20)を問題の前記成形シート(5、7)と付着させ、前記結合剤が、このピーク(18、20)の前記付着表面(22、26)上に分配されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 前記付着表面(22、26)の少なくとも1つが、問題の前記ピーク(18、20)を問題の前記成形シート(5,7)に溶着によって付着する場所であり、そして問題の前記付着シート(5、7)が、この溶着に用いられる感熱性材料の層を含んでいる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 前記付着表面(22、26)の少なくとも1つが、問題の前記ピーク(18、20)を問題の前記成形シート(5,7)に縫い付けることによって付着する場所である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 前記2つの成形シート(5,7)の内で、少なくとも1つの成形シートが不織材料の層を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 前記不織材料の層が、互いに結合されたガラス繊維を含むガラスウエブを含む、請求項7記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 前記スペーサシート(9)の前記マクロ細孔が、約2〜40nm範囲、好ましくは5〜20mmの範囲の名目寸法を有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 前記マクロ多孔質のスペーサシート(9)が、縦方向の糸および横方向の糸の、それらの交点で結合された格子を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 糸の前記格子が、センチメートル当たりに0.25〜5本の、好ましくはセンチメートル当たりに0.2〜2本の糸密度を有する、請求項10項記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 複合材部品(3)であって、

− それぞれが硬化された、または架橋された状態の、硬化性または架橋性材料によって形成された中央層(30)、前記中央層(30)は、前記2つの成形シート(5,7)の間の前記空間を占有し、前記スペーサシート(9)が前記中央層(30)内に延在している、
を含む、複合材部品(3)。 - 前記硬化性または架橋性材料が、それぞれが硬化されたまたは架橋された状態である場合に、発泡された構造を有している、請求項12項記載の成形構造体(1、101、201、301)。
- 請求項12または13記載の複合材部品(3)の製造方法であって、それぞれが硬化されていないまたは架橋されていない状態の硬化性材料または架橋性材料を、前記成形構造体(1、101、201、301)の前記2つの成形シート(5,7)の間に、前記中央層(30)を形成するように、導入する工程a)を含み、前記硬化性または架橋性材料をそれらの2つの成形シート(5,7)の間で成形することによって、前記2つの成形シート(5,7)が前記中央層(30)の境界を定める、複合材部品(3)の製造方法。
