Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a laminate having excellent heat-sealing properties and easy-silence peeling properties, and a lid material and a container using the same, which are excellent in easy-silence opening properties.
Conventionally, containers having various forms have been developed for filling and packaging various foods and drinks, chemical products such as liquid detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, miscellaneous goods, industrial materials and the like.
The lid material that seals the opening of the container is required to have both a sealing property that reliably protects the quality of the contents and an easy-sound opening property (easy peeling property) that can be easily opened at the time of consumption. To.
In order to meet such requirements, the sealant layer is provided with an incompatible polymer alloy made by blending polyethylene and polypropylene, an incompatible polymer alloy made by blending polyolefin and polystyrene, and the like as a heat-sealing resin. It is known to be used (Patent Document 1) and to use a mixture layer of a polypropylene resin and a polyethylene resin and a high-density polystyrene resin layer (Patent Document 2).
Further, in order to exhibit good heat-sealing property and easy peeling property for various substrates such as PET, PP and PS, it is necessary to change the composition of the sealant for each adherend. (
In the sealant layer as described above, a so-called "sea-island structure" is formed in which domains composed of resins forming islands are dispersed in the resin phase forming the sea, and noise is easily generated by coagulation failure in the sealant layer. It expresses openness.
However, the sealant layer as described above has a problem that a so-called "threading phenomenon" in which the resin remains in a fibrous form on the seal peeling surface at the time of opening is likely to occur. In addition, it is difficult to control the sealing strength (opening strength, peeling strength), and if the sealing strength is too strong, the adherend is destroyed or delamination occurs in the lid material, for example, the base material layer. There is also a problem that the phenomenon that only peels off is likely to occur. Further, if the sealing strength is reduced in order to ensure the easy and quiet opening property, there is a problem that the sealing property is impaired. Further, it is difficult to uniformly disperse the domains of the sea-island structure, and there is a problem that the sealing strength and the sealing property are different for each part, and the peeling feeling is varied.
Further, conventionally, the interface peeling type easy peel sealant has a problem that a zipping noise is generated at the time of peeling and noise is generated in a quiet environment.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, is excellent in manufacturing suitability, heat-sealing property and easy-silent peeling property, and is also excellent in quietness at the time of peeling. An object of the present invention is to provide a lid material and a container having excellent quietness at the time.
As a result of various studies, the present inventors have obtained a laminate having at least a base material layer and a sealant layer, and the sealant layer is a heat containing at least an ethylene- (meth) acrylic acid ester copolymer. The easy-to-quiet release laminate, the easy-to-silence open lid material, and the easy-to-silence open container of the present invention will be described in more detail below. The present invention will be described with reference to specific examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
<Easy and quiet release laminate>
The easy-to-quiet releaseable laminate of the present invention is a laminate having at least a base material layer and a sealant layer, the sealant layer has at least a heat-seal layer, and the heat-seal layer is the easy-to-use layer. It is a surface layer on one side of a silent release laminate and contains an ethylene- (meth) acrylic acid ester copolymer.
Then, the easy-to-quiet peelable laminate of the present invention may further have a barrier layer and an adhesive layer, if necessary.
Further, in the easy-to-quiet release laminate of the present invention, even if the adherend to be heat-sealed contains one selected from the group consisting of A-PET, polypropylene, and polystyrene on the surface, it can be easily heated. It can be sealed and can be easily peeled off by hand without making a zipping noise.
The easy-to-quiet peelable laminate of the present invention can be heat-sealed at a relatively low temperature, and can be heat-sealed at 140 ° C. or higher and 180 ° C. or lower.
Generally, the peeling mode when the heat-sealed laminate is peeled from the surface of the adherend is roughly classified into delamination peeling, cohesive fracture peeling, and interfacial peeling depending on the difference in the peeled portion.
Delamination is a mode in which delamination is performed at the interface between layers inside the laminate. Cohesive fracture peeling is a mode in which coagulation fracture (breaking apart) occurs inside the laminate, especially in the heat seal layer, and peeling occurs. Interfacial peeling is a mode in which peeling occurs at the interface between the surface of the heat seal layer on the surface of the laminate and the surface of the adherend.
At the time of peeling after heat sealing, a general easy-to-silent peelable laminate and an easy-to-silent openable packaging material show the above-mentioned mode of coagulation-breaking peeling, but the easy-to-silent peelable laminate of the present invention. The body can be exfoliated in the above interfacial exfoliation mode.
The easy-to-silent peelable laminate and the easy-to-silent openable packaging material of the present invention exhibit appropriate peeling strength (opening strength, heat-sealing strength) when the peeling mode is interfacial peeling, and the surface of the heat-sealed adherend. It can be easily peeled (opened) without leaving a residue of the heat seal layer.
Here, the peel strength is preferably 2N / 15 mm or more and 10N / 15 mm or less. If it is smaller than the above range, heat seal failure is likely to occur, and if it is larger than the above range, it is likely to be difficult to easily peel off by hand, and delamination or cohesive failure is likely to occur.

<Summary of results>
As shown in Tables 3 to 5, the laminates of all the examples have a good balance of heat sealability, peel strength, quietness, and interfacial peeling with respect to any of amorphous PET, polypropylene, and polystyrene. However, the laminated body of the comparative example showed inferior results in any of heat-sealing property, peeling strength, quietness, and peeling mode.
A−PET(非晶性ポリエチレンテレフタレート)シート、
PP(ポリプロピレン)シート、
PS(ポリスチレン)シート
圧着圧力:1kg/cm2。
<Evaluation method>
[Peeling strength]
The sealant layer of the laminated body and the following various resin sheets were overlapped with each other, heat-pressed for 1 second using a seal bar having a width of 5 mm, heat-sealed, allowed to cool, and a test piece having a width of 15 mm was cut out.
Then, the heat-sealed portion was peeled off at a speed of 300 mm / min, and the strength was defined as the peeling strength (N / 15 mm), and 2N / 15 mm or more and 10N / 15 mm or less were accepted.
Resin sheet:
A-PET (amorphous polyethylene terephthalate) sheet,
PP (polypropylene) sheet,
PS (polystyrene) sheet Heat crimping conditions Crimping temperature: 140 ° C, 150 ° C, 160 ° C, 170 ° C, 180 ° C
Crimping pressure: 1 kg / cm 2 .
[Heat sealability]
When the peel strength was less than 2N / 15 mm, it was judged that there was no heat sealability.
[Zipping sound]
The test piece for measuring the peel strength was peeled off by hand, and the presence or absence of zipping noise was judged by hearing.
[Peeling mode]
The peeling mode was confirmed by observing the peeling interface of the test piece after evaluating the peeling strength and the zipping sound.
The meanings of the notations in the table are as follows.
A: Interfacial peeling between sealant layer / various resin sheets B: Aggregation breakage peeling in sealant layer C: Other peeling-: Not evaluated due to poor heat sealability.
