弁本体と、
前記弁本体のスプール孔内に移動可能に配置されたスプールと、
前記スプールの位置に応じて変化する弾性定数で前記スプールを押す弾性部材と、を備える。
スプール孔及びアクチュエータ通路を有する弁本体と、
前記スプール孔内を移動し、前記アクチュエータ通路に接続されたアクチュエータにポンプからの作動流体を供給可能とすることで前記アクチュエータを制御するスプールと、
前記スプールに弾性力を付与し、前記スプールの異なる位置で弾性定数が異なる弾性部材と、を備える。
スプール孔及びアクチュエータ通路を有する弁本体と、
前記弁本体のスプール孔内を移動し、前記アクチュエータ通路に接続されたアクチュエータにポンプからの作動流体を供給可能とすることで前記アクチュエータを制御するスプールと、
前記スプールによる押し込み距離が短いと前記弾性定数は小さく、前記スプールによる押し込み距離が長いと前記弾性定数は大きく前記スプールに弾性力を付与する非線形ばねと、を備える。

Claims (7)
- スプール孔及びアクチュエータ通路を有する弁本体と、
前記スプール孔内を移動し、前記アクチュエータ通路に接続されたアクチュエータにポンプからの作動流体を供給可能とすることで前記アクチュエータを制御するスプールと、
前記スプールに弾性力を付与し、前記スプールの異なる位置で弾性定数が異なる弾性部材と、を備える制御弁。 - 前記スプールによる前記弾性部材の押し込み距離が短いと前記弾性定数は小さく、前記スプールによる前記弾性部材の押し込み距離が長いと前記弾性定数は大きい請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記スプールによる前記弾性部材の押し込み距離が最も長い場合に、前記弾性定数は最も大きくなる請求項1又は2に記載の制御弁。
- 前記弾性部材は非線形ばねを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。
- 前記弾性部材は異なるばね定数を有して直列に配置された二以上の部分を備えるばねを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。
- スプール孔及びアクチュエータ通路を有する弁本体と、
前記弁本体のスプール孔内を移動し、前記アクチュエータ通路に接続されたアクチュエータにポンプからの作動流体を供給可能とすることで前記アクチュエータを制御するスプールと、
前記スプールによる押し込み距離が短いと弾性定数は小さく、前記スプールによる押し込み距離が長いと弾性定数は大きく前記スプールに弾性力を付与する非線形ばねと、を備える制御弁。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁を含み油圧アクチュエータの動作方向を切り換える方向切換弁。
