Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a descaling device, a hot rolled steel sheet manufacturing facility, and a hot rolled steel sheet manufacturing method.
Generally, when a hot rolled steel sheet is manufactured, descaling of the steel sheet surface is performed prior to rough rolling and finish rolling in order to prevent rolling flaws due to scale. After removing the scale on the surface of the steel sheet in this manner, the steel sheet is rolled.
However, a scale is generated on the surface layer of the steel sheet after the finish rolling is completed and before it is wound. This scale is generally called the secondary scale. The rolled steel sheet may be processed into the final product with the secondary scale attached, but in many cases, the rolled steel sheet undergoes an acid pickling process to remove the secondary scale and be processed into the final product. To do.
In the former case where the pickling treatment is not performed, scale peeling may occur during processing of the steel sheet, which not only makes the product unattractive but also causes scale flaws. Therefore, it is important to reduce the thickness of the secondary scale before processing. On the other hand, in the latter case where the pickling treatment is performed, it is possible to reduce the scale thickness in the pickling step.
As a technique for manufacturing a thin scale steel sheet having a thin secondary scale, for example, there are methods described in
However, in the method of
The method of
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to make it possible to more effectively reduce the secondary scale on the surface of a hot-rolled steel sheet.
Here, the inventor diligently studied that the hot-rolled steel sheet after finish rolling is collided with high-pressure water for descaling, and even if the collision pressure of the high-pressure water is simply increased, descaling is not always successful. I found out that it wasn't there. By further studying, it was found that descaling can be performed more reliably by optimizing the injection condition of high-pressure water with collision energy from collision pressure.
Then, in order to solve the problem, according to one aspect of the present invention, the hot-rolled steel sheet after finish rolling with a hot finish rolling mill is wound in a cooling zone and then wound via a pinch roll for a winder. A descaling device that is provided in a hot-rolled steel sheet manufacturing facility that winds up on a winder, and performs descaling of the steel sheet surface, wherein the descaling device is at a position downstream of the cooling zone and is the winder. Up to 250 kg/cm 2 and less than 600 kg/cm 2 , and the high-pressure water jetted from the jet nozzle has a jet pressure of 250 kg/cm 2 or more and less than 600 kg/cm 2 . The angle of attack is set in the range of 10° or more and 35° or less, and further set so that the injection is performed under the condition that satisfies the following expression (1).
V is represented by the following equation (2) in consideration of the effect of making the injection positions closer.
Here, Pe: collision energy (J/mm 2 ), V: collision speed (m/s), Q: flow rate (m 3 /s), W: spray collision width (m), U: steel plate passing speed (m) /S), Po: injection pressure (Pa), ρ: fluid density (kg/m 3 ), λ: pressure loss coefficient, K: droplet deceleration constant, H: nozzle height (m).
According to the aspect of the present invention, it is possible to more effectively reduce the secondary scale on the surface of the hot-rolled steel sheet.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Constitution)
The hot-rolled steel sheet manufacturing facility of the present embodiment includes, for example, the facility as shown in FIG. 1. The material discharged from the heating device (not shown) is roughly rolled by a rough rolling mill (not shown), and then conveyed to the hot
A cooling zone Z is set on the exit side of the
The

The
Here, in the present embodiment, the basic idea is to set a descaling device in front of the winder 4 to reduce the scale of the hot rolled
Further, in this embodiment, the high pressure water jetted from the
When the hot-rolled
V is represented by the following equation (2) in consideration of the effect of making the injection positions closer.
Here, Pe: collision energy (J/mm 2 ), V: collision speed (m/s), Q: flow rate (m 3 /s), W: spray collision width (m), U: hot rolled steel sheet passage speed (M/s), Po: injection pressure (Pa), ρ: fluid density (kg/m 3 ), λ: pressure loss coefficient, K: droplet deceleration constant, H: nozzle height (m). The outer peripheral contour of the area of the portion where the high-pressure water sprayed from the nozzle collides with the surface of the hot-rolled steel sheet is elliptical. The spray collision width W is represented by the major axis of the elliptical contour.
Q=200m3/s、W=0.07m、U=13m/s、Po=3×106Pa、ρ=995kg/m3、λ=0.75、K=0.44、H=0.15m
An example of the above parameter is the following value.
Q=200 m 3 /s, W=0.07 m, U=13 m/s, Po= 3 ×10 6 Pa, ρ=995 kg/m 3 , λ=0.75, K=0.44, H=0. 15m
Here, the injection pressure is set to 250 kg/cm 2 or more and less than 600 kg/cm 2 because the injection pressure is less than 250 kg/cm 2 , the speed of the hot-rolled
In the cooling zone Z, a cooling laminar 8 of a cooling device for cooling the hot-rolled
The cooling laminar 8 is a device for injecting cooling water onto the portion of the hot-rolled
The cooling
The cooling control is performed by, for example, calculating the temperature transition on the runout table 2 of the sampling point whose temperature is measured by the finishing rolling mill
However, in the present embodiment, after the cooling control by the cooling device, the high-pressure water is injected from the
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the cooling
The descaling temperature drop calculation unit 20A predicts and calculates the temperature drop of the steel plate due to the descaling, based on the amount of high-pressure water jetted from the
The temperature
The temperature drop recalculation unit 20C corrects the required temperature drop amount obtained by the temperature
In the cooling water amount calculation unit, the opening/closing (cooling water amount) of the valve of each nozzle of the cooling laminar 8 is feedforward-controlled based on the required temperature decrease amount corrected by the temperature decrease recalculation unit 20C.

In the present embodiment, a slab heated by a heating device (not shown) is roughly rolled by a rough rolling device (not shown) and then hot finish rolled by a
At this time, in the present embodiment, the following configuration is adopted.

According to this configuration, by performing descaling at a position close to the winder 4, descaling can be reliably performed. Furthermore, by setting the conditions of the high-pressure water jetted from the

Next, examples based on the present embodiment will be described.
A thin-scale hot-rolled
Table 1 shows the winding temperature of the hot-rolled
As for the descaling effect, a scale thickness of 2 μm or less was “◯”, a thickness of 9 μm or more was “x”, and a thickness of more than 2 μm and less than 9 μm was “Δ”.
In Table 1, No.
As can be seen from Table 1, No. In Nos. 1 to 3, the scale thickness was 15 to 21 μm, whereas in Example No. 3 of the present invention. In Nos. 4 to 10, a uniform thin-scale hot-rolled
Comparative Example No. In No. 11, the descaling ability was insufficient due to insufficient collision energy due to the injection pressure being reduced to 15 MPa, and the scale thickness was 10 μm, and it was not possible to obtain a thin-scale hot-rolled
In addition, Comparative Example No. In Nos. 12 and 13, the angle of attack θ was set to 0°, but the scale thickness could not be set to 2 μm or less even though the collision energy was sufficiently satisfied. It is considered that the reason for this is that the angle of attack θ was not set within the range of the present invention, so that the retained water after jetting hindered the collision of the droplets, and sufficient collision energy could not be applied to the scale. In addition, Comparative Example No. Nos. 12 and 13 had an unfavorable appearance because the scale thickness of the entire plate was not uniform and the scale peeled off.
Comparative Example No. 14 and 15 show the case where the angle of attack θ is set to a large value of 40° and 45°. Although a certain effect for thinning the scale was recognized, the scale thickness could not be set to 2 μm or less. Moreover, in order to obtain the collision energy equivalent to θ=0° by increasing the attack angle θ, it is necessary to bring the injection port closer to the steel plate.
From the above, it is understood that the angle of attack θ is preferably 10° or more and 35° or less in order to easily satisfy the expression (1).
