Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態の偏心揺動型減速装置10の側面断面図である。減速装置10は、主に、入力軸12と、クランク軸14と、外歯歯車16、18と、内歯歯車20と、キャリヤ22、24と、ケーシング26と、主軸受50、52と、を備える。
図6は、第2実施形態の減速装置10の側面断面図である。本実施形態の隙間空間78を含む外周側空間104は、他の空間に連通している。詳しく説明する。
Claims (5)
- ケーシングと一体化された内歯歯車と、
前記内歯歯車に噛み合う外歯歯車と、
前記外歯歯車の軸方向一方側に配置された第1キャリヤと、
前記ケーシングと前記第1キャリヤの間に配置された第1主軸受と、を備えた偏心揺動型減速装置であって、
前記内歯歯車は、ピン溝が設けられた内歯歯車本体と、前記ピン溝に配置され、内歯を構成するピン部材とを有し、
前記第1主軸受と前記外歯歯車との間に配置され、前記ピン部材の脱落を防止する第1脱落防止部材を更に備え、
前記第1主軸受と前記第1脱落防止部材との間には、前記内歯歯車本体と前記第1脱落防止部材との間の隙間空間と前記第1主軸受の内部空間とを連通する径方向隙間が設けられる偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 前記外歯歯車の軸方向他方側に配置された第2キャリヤと、
前記ケーシングと前記第2キャリヤの間に配置された第2主軸受と、
前記第2主軸受と前記外歯歯車との間に配置され、前記ピン部材の脱落を防止する第2脱落防止部材と、を備え、
前記第2主軸受と前記第2脱落防止部材との間には、前記内歯歯車本体と前記第2脱落防止部材との間の隙間空間と前記第2主軸受の内部空間とを連通する径方向隙間が設けられる請求項1に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 少なくとも二つの前記外歯歯車を備え、
前記二つの外歯歯車の間に配置され、前記ピン部材の脱落を防止する第3脱落防止部材を備える請求項1または2に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 前記径方向隙間は、前記第1主軸受の外輪と前記第1脱落防止部材との間に設けられ、前記第1主軸受の内輪と前記第1脱落防止部材との間に設けられない請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
- 前記内歯歯車本体は、前記外歯歯車との干渉を回避するための環状溝を備え、
前記環状溝は、潤滑剤を溜める潤滑剤溜まりを構成する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
