Claims (10)
- 絶縁膜で被覆されている巻線が巻回されたコイルであって、平坦な第1側面と、前記第1側面以外の第2側面とを有しているコイルと、
前記第1側面に対向している冷却器と、
前記第1側面と前記冷却器の間に挟まれている絶縁放熱層と、
を備えており、
前記第1側面において前記巻線の前記絶縁膜が除去されているとともに、前記第1側面の平面度が、前記第2側面の平面度よりも小さい、
リアクトル。 - 前記コイルは平角の前記巻線をエッジワイズに巻回したものであり、
前記巻線は、前記絶縁放熱層に接している部分を前記コイルの軸線を含む平面でカットした断面形状が、前記コイルの外側において隣接する前記巻線と隙間を有している、請求項1に記載のリアクトル。 - 前記コイルは平角の前記巻線をエッジワイズに巻回したものであり、
前記巻線は、前記絶縁放熱層に接している部分のコイル内側での厚みがコイル外側での厚みよりも大きい、請求項1に記載のリアクトル。 - 前記コイルは平角の前記巻線をエッジワイズに巻回したものであり、
前記コイルの軸線方向からみて前記第1側面に隣接するコイル角部における前記巻線のコイル内周側の厚みがコイル外周側の厚みよりも大きい、請求項1に記載のリアクトル。 - 前記巻線の前記絶縁放熱層に接している部分においてピッチ方向で隣り合う前記巻線の間に絶縁物質が充填されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のリアクトル。
- 前記冷却器の前記絶縁放熱層と接している面が導電性を有しており、
前記絶縁放熱層はセラミック板を含んでいる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のリアクトル。 - 前記巻線の前記絶縁膜が除去されている面にスリットが設けられている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のリアクトル。
- 前記絶縁放熱層が、シリコンとセラミック板で構成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のリアクトル。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のリアクトルの製造方法であり、
前記絶縁膜を除去する前の前記巻線を、平坦な前記第1側面を有する前記コイルとなるように巻回する巻回工程と、
前記第1側面の平面度が前記第2側面よりも小さくなるように前記第1側面を研磨して前記絶縁膜を除去する研磨工程と、
を備えている、リアクトルの製造方法。 - 前記研磨工程に先立ってピッチ方向で隣接する前記巻線の間に絶縁物質を充填する工程を含んでいる、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
