- 第1サブ画素領域、及び前記第1サブ画素領域の一側に隣接する第2サブ画素領域を備えた基板と、
前記基板上に備えられ、前記第1サブ画素領域に備えられた第1サブ電極、及び前記第2サブ画素領域に備えられた第2サブ電極を含む第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に配置された有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層上に配置された第2電極と、
前記第1サブ電極と前記第2サブ電極の間に備えられ、前記第1サブ画素領域と前記第2サブ画素領域を区分するバンクと、
前記バンク上に備えられ前記有機発光層と接する反射部とを含む、表示装置。 - 前記有機発光層が、複数の有機層を含み、前記反射部と接しながら前記反射部の下に備えられた有機層は、光異性化有機物を含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射部が、前記有機発光層の内部に配置された、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記有機発光層が、複数の有機層を含み、前記反射部は、前記複数の有機層の中のいずれか二つの有機層の間に備えられた、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の有機層が、第1正孔輸送層、第1色の光を発光する第1発光層、及び第1電子輸送層を含んでなる第1スタック、第2正孔輸送層、第2色の光を発光する第2発光層、および第2電子輸送層を含んでなる第2スタック、及び前記第1スタックと第2スタックの間に備えられた電荷生成層を含み、
前記反射部は、前記第1電子輸送層の上面に備えられた、請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1電子輸送層が、光異性化有機物を含む、請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射部が、前記有機発光層の上面に配置された、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記有機発光層が、正孔輸送層、発光層、および電子輸送層を含み、
前記反射部は、前記電子輸送層の上面に備えられた、請求項7に記載の表示装置。 - 前記電子輸送層が、光異性化有機物を含む、請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射部が、前記有機発光層の内部に備えられた第1層、及び前記第1層と離隔しながら前記有機発光層の内部または上面に備えられた第2層を含む複数の層を備える、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射部が金属を含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記バンクが、上面及び前記上面から前記第1サブ電極の上面に延在した第1傾斜面を含み、
前記反射部は、前記第1傾斜面上に配置された第1反射部を含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1反射部が、前記バンクの上面まで延在した、請求項12に記載の表示装置。
- 前記バンクが、前記上面から前記第2サブ電極の上面に延在した第2傾斜面を含み、
